Background

Under the condition that 5 people have one vehicle in China on average, the decorations in the vehicle are increased sharply, and the production of leather for the vehicle is increased. In the production of composite leather for vehicles, the size of the vehicle roof puts requirements on the size of the composite leather.

At present, leather is cut in a factory by mainly pulling the leather by hands of workers and pulling the leather on a roller to a certain size for cutting. However, the worker holds the leather by hand, which causes unstable holding, difficulty in pulling, and reduced work efficiency, and also easily causes muscle damage to the hand of the worker, and at the same time, brings about a small labor cost to the factory.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a leather holding device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the clamping device comprises a clamping platform 1, a support 2, a crank lever 3, a pressing block 4, an elastic piece 5 and an electromagnet 6.

The bracket 2 is fixedly arranged on the clamping platform 1.

The first end of the crank lever 3 is fixedly connected with the pressing block 4, the middle part of the crank lever 3 is hinged with the support 2, and the second end of the crank lever 3 is hinged with the first end of the elastic piece 5.

The second end of the elastic element 5 is fixedly connected with the electromagnet 6.

The first ends of the first connecting rods 3-12 are fixedly connected with the first ends of the first connecting rods 3-1, the second ends of the first connecting rods 3-12 are fixedly connected with the pressing blocks 4, the length of the first connecting rods 3-1 is prolonged through the first connecting rods 3-12, and it is guaranteed that the first ends of the crank levers 3 can drive the pressing blocks 4 to press leather on the clamping platform 1.

Referring to fig. 6-7, the pressing block 4 comprises a buffer rubber 4-1 and a pressing block body 4-2.

The first end of the buffer rubber 4-1 is fixedly connected with the first end of the crank lever 3, and the buffer rubber 4-1 is used for buffering, so that the phenomenon that the leather is damaged due to overlarge downward pressure is avoided.

The pressing block body 4-2 is fixedly connected with the second end of the buffer rubber 4-1, and the leather is pressed on the clamping platform 1 through the pressing block body 4-1.

The area of the pressure block body 4-2 is larger than that of the buffer rubber 4-1, so that the stability of clamping leather is ensured.

Specifically, the end face of the clamping platform 1 close to the pressing block 4 is an inclined plane, so that leather can conveniently enter between the clamping platform 1 and the pressing block 4. In this embodiment, the angle between the bevel and the horizontal is 30-60 °.
