1. The peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament is characterized by comprising a core layer made of polyphenylene sulfide and a sheath layer made of polyether-ether-ketone; the skin layer wraps the core layer.

2. A method of making the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

melting and extruding the polyphenylene sulfide material through a screw extruder A to prepare a uniform polyphenylene sulfide melt, and melting and extruding the polyether-ether-ketone material through a screw extruder B to prepare a uniform polyether-ether-ketone melt;

respectively conveying the polyphenylene sulfide melt and the polyether-ether-ketone melt to a composite spinning manifold, and respectively distributing the polyphenylene sulfide melt and the polyether-ether-ketone melt to a composite spinning assembly;

extruding two components in the composite spinning assembly, and performing pre-stretching treatment to obtain pre-drawn yarns;

and (3) performing a drafting and shaping process on the pre-drawn yarns through a heating zone to carry out shaping processing to obtain the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament.

3. The method for preparing the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament as claimed in claim 2, wherein the melting temperature of the polyphenylene sulfide material is 315-365 ℃; the melting temperature of the polyether-ether-ketone is 365-435 ℃.

4. The method for preparing the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament as claimed in claim 2, wherein the temperature in the composite spinning box is 335-425 ℃.

According to the preparation method of the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament, the melting temperature of the polyphenylene sulfide material is 315-365 ℃; the melting temperature of the polyether-ether-ketone is 365-435 ℃.

The preparation method of the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament provided by the invention has the advantage that the temperature in the composite spinning box body is 335-425 ℃.

The preparation method of the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament provided by the invention has the advantage that the temperature of the heating zone is 285-365 ℃.

According to the preparation method of the peek/pps sheath-core composite monofilament, the temperature of a hot plate in a drafting and shaping process is 280-310 ℃, and the temperature of a hot plate is 305-385 ℃; the drawing ratio is 3.5-5.5, and the drawing speed is 200-350 m/min.
