But at present, no clear bleaching equipment for efficiently and economically treating floating dirt exists in China. The fishing process adopted by the float-garbage cleaning ship widely applied at present is as follows: a salvage arm is arranged at the front part of the ship, storage bins are arranged at the middle part and the rear part of the ship, and floaters salvaged by the salvage arm are temporarily stored in the storage bins. After the storage bin is filled with the floaters, the float clearing boat is driven to the wharf to unload, the float clearing boat takes a long time to make a round trip and unload, the overall efficiency is greatly reduced, and particularly for a float gathering area provided with a float intercepting device, such as a power station and the like, the fishing efficiency of the traditional float clearing boat is lower.
