an integrated pumping and pressure-bearing combined pumping method comprises the following steps:

a preset working barrel is connected below the outer barrel of the rod-type oil well pump, when a plugging tool falls into the preset working barrel, along with the reduction of a gap, the well mouth pressurizing pressure rises, the inclined plane of the plugging tool reaches the limiting inclined plane of the preset working barrel, the outer diameter of the plugging tool shrinks under the elastic action of a locking claw and enters the lower working barrel, the step on the locking claw is above a locking step, then, under the action of the pressure in an oil pipe, a valve ball moves downwards to compress a spring, the liquid pressure acts on a piston, the piston drives the plugging tool to move downwards continuously along with the continuous rising of the pressure, when the step on the locking claw moves downwards to the lower part of the locking step, the locking claw expands under the elastic action, the step of the locking claw is clamped on the locking step, the plugging tool is locked with the preset working barrel, and the position of the plugging tool is limited;

the pressure in the oil pipe is continuously increased, when the stress of the piston is larger than the shearing force of the shear pin, the shear pin is sheared off, the piston falls onto the blind plate, at the moment, the upper channel is communicated with the lower channel, the plugging tool is communicated with the stratum, the pressure at the well head suddenly drops, and therefore the situation that the plugging tool is put down in place can be judged on the ground;

the pressure in the wellhead is relieved, the pressure in the oil pipe is reduced, the valve ball is quickly reset under the action of the spring, meanwhile, due to the action of the pressure of the ground pressure in the oil pipe at the lower part of the plugging tool, the pressure acts on the valve ball, the valve ball is matched with the ball seat, and the pressure in the oil pipe is sealed, so that the pressure in the oil pipe is prevented from being transmitted to the wellhead;

the inner cylinder and the ejector rod of the rod-type oil well pump are put down in place, the oil flow channel is communicated, liquid in the well enters the oil well pump through the lower channel, the upper channel and the ball seat, ground oil pumping equipment is started, and the oil well pump lifts the well liquid to the ground, so that the pressurized rotary pumping operation construction of the integrated pumping and combined pipe column is realized.

Further, the method also comprises the following steps:

when next operation needs to lift out the sucker rod and the oil pipe in the well, if pressure still exists in the well, at the moment, the sucker rod is lifted, the sucker rod drives the inner cylinder of the rod type oil well pump and the ejector rod to move upwards, the valve ball is seated on the ball seat under the action of the spring and the pressure in the well, the pressure in the well is sealed, and the oil pipe and the sucker rod are safely lifted out. If no pressure exists in the well, after the sucker rod is lifted out, a plugging tool can be opened by throwing weights such as a short joint of the sucker rod and the like, the oil sleeve is communicated, oil drainage of the oil pipe is realized, and oil pipe spraying and lifting operation is avoided.

Further, the method comprises the following steps:

a preset working barrel is connected below the outer barrel of the rod-type oil well pump, and before a plugging tool falls into the preset working barrel, a pipe column channel above the measure tool is unblocked at the moment, so that measure construction can be carried out, or a test tool is put into the pipe column channel for test construction;

after the measure construction, if the phenomenon of self-blowing occurs, the oil pipe has pressure, when the inner cylinder of the oil well pump and the sucker rod are required to be pressed down under pressure to pump, the blowout prevention pipe is installed from the wellhead, the plugging tool is placed into the blowout prevention pipe, the gate of the wellhead is opened, the plugging tool falls down along the oil pipe under the action of gravity, if the viscosity of liquid in the well is high, the plugging tool is pressed from the wellhead to the oil pipe when being difficult to place, and the plugging tool is pushed to fall down.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the integrated pumping column is connected before the working barrel is preset, if self-spraying occurs, a plugging tool can be put in, if no pressure exists, normal construction can be carried out, and normal construction procedures are not affected.

The plugging tool is put in from a blowout prevention pipe connected with a wellhead, and can be conveyed to a preset position in various modes such as pumping, steel wire rope delivery, gravity delivery and the like, so that the construction is safe and reliable;

the plugging tool is opened mechanically, so that the plugging tool can be opened while the inner cylinder of the oil well pump is put in, and the plugging tool is simple, convenient, safe and reliable;

when the sucker rod is lifted, the pipe column is automatically sealed, so that the next operation and construction are facilitated;

after the sucker rod is put out, plugging tools can be opened by putting weights such as a short joint of the sucker rod and the like, the oil sleeve is communicated, oil drainage of an oil pipe is realized, and the operation of spraying and lifting the oil pipe is avoided.

When the integrated pumping combined pipe column is put down, a preset working barrel is installed on the lower portion of an outer barrel of an oil well pump, after technological measures (fracturing, acidizing, perforating, testing and the like) are completed, if a self-spraying phenomenon occurs and the yield is reduced by pressure and the yield does not meet the production allocation requirement, a blowout prevention pipe is installed at a well mouth, a pipe column plugging tool is put into the underground pipe column, the plugging tool and the preset working barrel are locked through a locking device, and a sealing piece seals the preset working barrel, so that the pipe column is sealed. At the moment, no pressure exists in the pipe column, and the sucker rod and the inner cylinder of the oil well pump can be quickly and safely put in under the condition of no pressure. Before the sucker rod is put down, a plugging tool opening device is arranged on the lower portion of the inner cylinder of the oil well pump, and when the inner cylinder of the oil well pump is put down in place, the plugging tool opening device opens the plugging tool to form an oil flow channel, so that pumping can be achieved. The technology can be applied to an integrated pumping combined pipe column, and has low input cost and better application prospect.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in figure 1, when a measure pump is put in and is connected with a pipe column, a preset working barrel 3 is connected to the lower part of a rod-type oil well pump outer barrel 2, the rod-type pump outer barrel 2 is connected with an upper oil pipe 1, the preset working barrel 3 is connected with a lower oil pipe 1, and the lower oil pipe 1 is connected with a packer 7 or a measure tool 8 and the like required by measure construction. When pressure exists in the well, the plugging tool 4 is thrown into the well from the well mouth to seal the oil pipe, the ejector rod 5 is installed on the lower portion of the rod type pump inner cylinder, and the plugging tool 4 can be opened to form an oil flow channel when the rod type pump inner cylinder is put down in place to perform pumping production.

As shown in fig. 2, the preset working barrel 3 has a certain drift diameter, no barrier exists in the middle, construction is convenient, and the drift diameter of the preset working barrel 3 is smaller than or equal to that of the rod-type pump outer barrel 2.

The lower part of the preset working barrel 3 is provided with a limiting inclined plane 3.3 for positioning the accurate falling position of the plugging tool 4.

The lower part of the preset working barrel 3 is provided with a locking step 3.4 which is matched with a step of a locking claw 4.16 of the plugging tool 4 to prevent the plugging tool 4 from moving upwards under the action of pressure in the well.

The inner diameter of the lower part of the inclined plane 3.3 of the preset working barrel 3 is smaller than the outer diameter of the locking claw 4.16 of the plugging tool 4 in a free state.

The limiting inclined plane 3.3 and the locking step 3.4 designed by the preset working barrel 3 are respectively matched with the inclined plane 4.14 of the plugging tool 4 and the step 4.15 of the locking claw 4.16, so that the position of the plugging tool 4 is accurately limited and cannot move up and down.

As shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the plugging tool 4 is designed with an inverted ball seat 4.2 and a valve ball 4.3, and the valve ball 4.3 is matched with the ball seat 4.2, so that the sealing of the pressure in the well can be realized, and the liquid pressure at the lower part of the oil pipe is prevented from being transmitted to the wellhead.

A spring 4.4 is arranged on a spring guide column 4.5 arranged inside the plugging tool 4, and the spring 4.4 has pretightening force to act on the valve ball 4.3 to force the valve ball 4.3 to reset quickly.

The vertical pipe of the spring guide column 4.5 of the plugging tool 4 is of a hollow structure, holes are formed in the vertical pipe and the lower fixing plate, and the holes are oil flow channels of liquid, so that the circulation of the liquid and the transmission of pressure are realized.

The plugging tool 4 is provided with a piston 4.8, a piston sealing element 4.9 is mounted on the piston 4.8, the upper surface of the piston 4.8 is matched with a step in the plugging tool to limit the upper plane position of the piston, and meanwhile, acting force at the lower part of the piston is transmitted to the step. The piston 4.8 is fixed by means of the shear pin 4.10, the acting force of the upper part of the piston 4.8 is transmitted to the shear pin 4.10, and the size and the number of the shear pins 4.10 are set according to actual conditions.

The sealing element 4.7 is designed outside the plugging tool body 4.6 of the plugging tool 4 and used for sealing the pressure between the plugging tool 4 and the preset working barrel 3, and the sealing element 4.7 is arranged at the upper part of the shear pin hole.

The lower part of the plugging tool 4 is provided with a blind plate 4.12 for receiving a piston 4.8 falling from the upper part, and an upper channel 4.11 and a lower channel 4.13 are arranged on upper and lower plugging tool bodies of the blind plate 4.12. The outer diameter of the plugging tool at the upper channel 4.11 and the lower channel 4.13 is smaller than that at the sealing element 4.7, an annular channel is formed between the plugging tool 4 and the preset working barrel 3, and liquid can be communicated between the upper channel 4.11 and the lower channel 4.13.

The lower end of the plugging tool 4 is designed with an inclined plane 4.14, the inclined plane 4.14 has the same inclination angle with the limiting inclined plane 3.3 of the preset working barrel 3, and the falling position of the plugging tool can be limited.

The lower end of the plugging tool 4 is provided with locking claws 4.16, the locking claws 4.16 are elastic elements, a plurality of locking claws are arranged on the circumference, strip holes are arranged between adjacent locking claws, the upper parts of the adjacent locking claws are connected to the same ring, and the lower parts of the adjacent locking claws are spaced by the strip holes and are not connected, so that the elastic performance of the locking claws 4.16 is improved.

The upper part of a locking claw 4.16 of the plugging tool 4 is designed with a step, and the locking claw is matched with a locking step 3.4 of a preset working barrel 3 to lock the plugging tool 4 and prevent the plugging tool from moving upwards.

The plugging tool 4 can be conveyed in place by adopting three conveying modes of pumping, steel wire rope conveying and gravity delivering. According to the difference of the viscosity of crude oil and the water content of the crude oil in the well, when the crude oil cannot fall in place by means of the dead weight of the tool, a pumping mode can be adopted, and the plugging tool is ensured to be lowered in place.

The specific construction method comprises the following steps:

before the measure construction, a measure tubular column is put in, a preset working barrel 3 is connected to the measure tubular column below the rod-type oil well pump outer barrel 2, at the moment, a tubular column channel above the measure tool is unblocked, and the measure construction can be carried out, or a test tool is put in for testing and other constructions.

After the measure construction, if the phenomenon of self-injection occurs, the oil pipe has certain pressure, when the inner cylinder 10 of the oil well pump and the sucker rod 11 need to be pressed down under pressure for rotary pumping, the blowout prevention pipe is installed from the wellhead, the plugging tool 4 is placed into the blowout prevention pipe, the gate of the wellhead is opened, the plugging tool 4 falls down along the oil pipe 1 under the action of gravity, if the viscosity of liquid in the well is high, the plugging tool is pressed from the wellhead to the oil pipe 1, the plugging tool 4 is pushed to fall down, when the plugging tool 4 falls into the preset working cylinder 3, the pressure of the wellhead is increased along with the reduction of the gap, the inclined surface 4.14 of the plugging tool 4 reaches the limiting inclined surface 3.3 of the preset working cylinder 3, the outer diameter is contracted under the elastic action of the locking claw 4.16 and enters the lower working cylinder, at the moment, the step 4.15 on the locking claw 4.16 is positioned above the locking step 3.4, and the plugging tool 4 and the preset working cylinder 3 are not locked. Then, under the action of the pressure in the oil pipe 1, the valve ball 4.3 moves downwards to compress the spring 4.4, the liquid pressure acts on the piston 4.8, along with the continuous rising of the pressure, the piston 4.8 drives the plugging tool 4 to move downwards continuously, when the step 4.15 on the locking claw 4.16 moves downwards to the position below the locking step 3.4, the locking claw 4.16 expands under the elastic action, the step 4.15 of the locking claw 4.16 is clamped on the locking step 3.4, the plugging tool 4 is locked with the preset working barrel 3, and the position of the plugging tool 4 is limited. And (3) continuing to increase the pressure in the oil pipe, when the stress of the piston 4.8 is greater than the shearing force of the shear pin 4.10, shearing the shear pin 4.8, enabling the piston 4.8 to fall onto the blind plate 4.12, communicating the upper channel 4.11 with the lower channel 4.13 at the moment, communicating the plugging tool 4 with the stratum, and suddenly reducing the pressure at the well head, so that the situation that the plugging tool is put down in place can be judged on the ground. Well head pressure release, oil pipe internal pressure reduces, and valve ball 4.3 resets fast under spring 4.4's effect, simultaneously because the effect that has the ground pressure in the 4 lower parts of shutoff instrument oil pipe, pressure acts on valve ball 4.3, and valve ball 4.3 and 4.2 cooperations of ball seat seal oil pipe internal pressure to prevent that oil pipe internal pressure from transmitting to the well head. As shown in fig. 4.

After the pressure in the oil pipe is effectively controlled, the rod-type oil-well pump inner cylinder 10 and the sucker rod 11 can be put into the oil pipe from the well head. The lower part of the rod-type pump inner cylinder 10 is connected with a mandril 5, the length of the mandril 5 is determined according to the distance between the rod-type oil well pump outer cylinder 2 and the preset working cylinder 3, and after the rod-type oil well pump inner cylinder 10 is put down in place, the mandril 5 can push the valve ball 4.3 open. The mandril 5, the rod type oil well pump inner cylinder 10 and the sucker rod 11 are sequentially put into the well mouth oil pipe, the rod type oil well pump inner cylinder 10 is put down to the right position and locked with the oil well pump outer cylinder 2, meanwhile, the mandril 5 pushes the valve ball 4.3 open, the valve ball 4.3 moves downwards for a certain distance, and therefore the ball seat 4.2 is opened, and an oil flow channel is formed. The rod pump inner cylinder 10 is locked, and the position of the push rod 5 can be changed only when the rod pump inner cylinder 10 moves. As shown in fig. 5.

The inner cylinder 10 of the rod-type oil well pump and the ejector rod 5 are put down in place, the oil flow channel is opened, the liquid in the well enters the oil well pump through the lower channel 4.13, the annular space where the working cylinder 3 and the plugging tool 4 are preset, the upper channel 4.11 and the ball seat 4.2, the ground oil pumping equipment is started, and the oil well pump lifts the well liquid to the ground, so that the pressurized rotary pumping operation construction of the integrated pumping and connecting pipe column is realized.

When next operation needs to lift out the sucker rod and the oil pipe in the well, if pressure still exists in the well, at the moment, only the sucker rod 11 needs to be lifted, the sucker rod drives the rod type oil well pump inner cylinder 10 and the ejector rod 5 to move upwards, the valve ball 4.3 is seated on the ball seat 4.2 under the action of the spring 4.4 and the pressure in the well, the pressure in the well is sealed, and the oil pipe 1 and the sucker rod 11 are safely lifted out. If no pressure exists in the well, after the sucker rod is lifted out, a plugging tool can be opened by throwing weights such as a short joint of the sucker rod and the like, the oil sleeve is communicated, oil drainage of the oil pipe is realized, and oil pipe spraying and lifting operation is avoided.

The sealing structure of the valve ball 4.3 and the ball seat 4.2 in the invention can be replaced by other sealing structure forms with the same function, such as cone valve sealing, plate valve sealing and the like.

The sealing structure of the piston 4.8 in the invention can be replaced by other structural forms with the same function, and the aim is to ensure that the plugging tool 4 is smoothly lowered and locked when the plugging tool 4 is difficult to lower.

1. The integrated pumping column is connected before the working barrel is preset, if self-spraying occurs, a plugging tool can be put in, if no pressure exists, normal construction can be carried out, and normal construction procedures are not affected.

At the moment, no pressure exists in the pipe column, and the sucker rod and the inner cylinder of the oil well pump can be quickly and safely put in under the condition of no pressure. Before the sucker rod is put down, a plugging tool opening device is arranged on the lower portion of the inner cylinder of the oil well pump, and when the inner cylinder of the oil well pump is put down in place, the plugging tool opening device opens the plugging tool to form an oil flow channel, so that pumping can be achieved. The technology can be applied to an integrated pumping combined pipe column, and has low input cost and better application prospect.

All parts and parts which are not discussed in the present application and the connection mode of all parts and parts in the present application belong to the known technology in the technical field, and are not described again. Such as welding, threaded connections, etc.
