In the field of metallurgical construction, a cyclone well is an important building and is indispensable as a steel rolling and steelmaking public auxiliary system, almost all the conventional cyclone wells are of a circular reinforced concrete structure, the diameter is 18-35 meters, the wall thickness of the well is 1-1.5 meters, the depth is 20-35 meters, the method belongs to the key point and difficulty in construction, common construction methods comprise main modes such as large excavation, reverse construction method and open caisson according to soil conditions, underground water level and peripheral working conditions, the large excavation or open caisson mode needs to carry out closed reinforcement on a well wall outer template, steel bars are commonly adopted for the cyclone wells as inner and outer keel stirrups, vertical back ridges are fixed outside the cyclone well templates, equidistant horizontal annular steel bars are arranged on the vertical back ridges, the well wall templates are reinforced and locked by using pull bolt rods and mountain-shaped clamps, however, in the closed process of the well wall outer template, the pouring of each section of the cyclone wells is about 6-8 meters high on average, because the template self has certain intensity, lack the support of external force and hardly assemble into circularly with every template, simultaneously because the unable interim locking of closed template is difficult to accomplish the fine setting of template.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a temporary locking method for the rotational flow well wall outer template, which can finely adjust and reinforce the well wall outer template and accelerate the construction speed.

The invention solves the problems and adopts the technical scheme that:
