Background

The limit of the rotating machinery in the current position servo control mechanism is generally carried out by three modes of continuously giving power to the rotating machinery, a mechanical brake or an electromagnetic band-type brake;

the mechanical brake used at present comprises a brake arm, a brake body, a brake wheel and a push rod, wherein the brake wheel is coaxially fixed with a rotating shaft of a rotating machine; the electromagnetic band-type brake used at present comprises an electromagnet, a pawl, a ratchet wheel and a spring, wherein the ratchet wheel is coaxially fixed with a rotating shaft of a rotating machine, the pawl is clamped on the ratchet wheel through the spring, the electromagnet is arranged on one side of the pawl, the pawl is attracted by the magnetic force of the electromagnet when the electromagnet is electrified so as to be separated from the ratchet wheel, the pawl is firmly clamped with the ratchet wheel under the pulling force of the spring when the electromagnet is powered off, and the rotating machine is prevented from rotating to cause position change.

Although the three modes can meet the limit requirements of the position servo control mechanism, the three modes still have the following defects:

1. the rotary machine continuously gives power, the energy consumption is large, the environmental protection performance is poor, the loss of the equipment is increased, and the service life of the equipment is shortened.

2. The mechanical brake or the electromagnetic band-type brake has a complex structure and higher cost.

3. The braking body and the braking wheel friction limit adopted by the mechanical brake and the pawl and ratchet wheel clamping limit adopted by the electromagnetic band-type brake can cause the braking structure to be abraded due to friction or collision, the braking structure needs to be replaced regularly, and the maintenance cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of high energy consumption and poor environmental protection in the prior art, and provides a rotary limiting device which does not need to continuously supply power, and has a simple structure and low cost.

The oil cavity is arranged above the sealing plate, the spring cavity is arranged below the sealing plate, the top of the spring is in compression fit with the bottom of the sealing plate, and the bottom of the spring is in compression fit with the top of the sealing plate.

The piston rod is provided with a limiting block, the limiting block is arranged above a bottom plate of the piston cylinder, the limiting block is in limiting fit with the bottom plate of the piston cylinder, and the piston rod is in sliding fit with the bottom plate of the piston cylinder.

The oil inlet of the three-position three-way valve is communicated with a pressure oil source, the oil outlet of the three-position three-way valve is communicated with an oil cavity, and the oil return port of the three-position three-way valve is communicated with a normal-pressure oil pool.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the use method of the rotation limiting device, the elastic force of the spring and the hydraulic pressure of the piston are utilized to provide the thrust for the piston rod to drive the piston rod to move, the piston only does work when the piston rod is separated from the limiting hole, the thrust required by the piston rod to be inserted into and kept in the limiting hole is provided by the elastic force of the spring, energy consumption of a system is not needed in the limiting step, and the environment-friendly performance and the economical efficiency are high. Therefore, the design can utilize the elasticity of the spring to drive the piston rod to limit the limiting hole, the system does not need to continuously do work, the energy consumption of the system is effectively reduced, and the environmental protection performance and the economical efficiency are improved.

3. The using method comprises the following steps:

the first step is as follows: the method comprises the steps that an operator opens a main switch of a rotary limiting device and a main switch of equipment to be limited, the rotary limiting device and the equipment to be limited start to work, after the rotary limiting device starts to work, the operator operates a controller to send a control signal to drive a three-position three-way valve 25 to start to work, a valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves, after the valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves, an oil inlet 27 is communicated with an oil outlet 28, hydraulic oil enters an oil cavity 24, the hydraulic oil enters the oil cavity 24 and pushes a piston rod 21 to move by overcoming the elastic force of a spring 23, meanwhile, the top of the piston rod 21 is separated from a limiting hole 13, after the top of the piston rod 21 is separated from the limiting hole 13, a rotating shaft 14 of the equipment to be limited starts to rotate, and at the moment, the preparation step is completed;

the second step is that: a limiting step, after the equipment needing limiting rotates to the position, a controller sends a signal to drive a three-position three-way valve 25 to start working, a valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves to close an oil inlet 27 and simultaneously communicate an oil outlet 28 and an oil return port 29, after the oil outlet 28 and the oil return port 29 are communicated, an oil cavity 24 is communicated with a normal-pressure oil pool, a piston rod 21 is pushed by the elasticity of a spring 23 to be inserted into a limiting hole 13, and the limiting step is finished at this moment;

the third step: a maintaining step, when the equipment needing to be limited needs to be continuously maintained for limiting, the controller sends a control signal to drive the three-position three-way valve 25 to start working, a valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves, an oil outlet 28 is closed after the valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves, an oil cavity 24 is in a sealed state after the oil outlet 28 is closed, and the maintaining step is finished at this moment;

the fourth step: and a separation step, when the equipment needing to be limited needs to rotate again, the controller sends a control signal to drive the three-position three-way valve 25 to start working, the valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves, after the valve core of the three-position three-way valve 25 moves, the oil inlet 27 is communicated with the oil outlet 28, hydraulic oil enters the oil cavity 24, the hydraulic oil pushes the piston rod 21 to move by overcoming the elasticity of the spring 23 after entering the oil cavity 24, meanwhile, the top of the piston rod 21 is separated from the limiting hole 13, after the top of the piston rod 21 is separated from the limiting hole 13, the rotating shaft 14 of the equipment needing to be limited starts to rotate, and the separation step is completed at this moment.

Example 2:

example 2 is substantially the same as example 1 except that:

the oil chamber 24 is disposed above the sealing plate 22, the spring chamber 30 is disposed below the sealing plate 22, the top of the spring 23 is in press fit with the bottom of the sealing plate 22, and the bottom of the spring 23 is in press fit with the top of the sealing plate 22.

example 3 is substantially the same as example 2 except that:

the number of the positioning wedges 12 is three.
