The air conditioner casing assembly as claimed in claim 11, wherein the first casing has a mounting plate extending downward, the mounting plate is stacked inside the second casing, and a stud extending inward is formed on the mounting plate, and an elongated screw hole is formed in the middle of the protrusion, and the elongated screw hole is disposed corresponding to the stud for a screw to pass through the screw hole and the stud.

Background

The existing air conditioner casing may be divided into several separate casing parts due to the molding or installation requirements, and the multiple casing parts are spliced together to form a complete casing.

The existing shell parts are usually connected with each other through screws, and when the air conditioner is overhauled or cleaned, the screws need to be taken out, so that the shell parts are difficult to disassemble and low in installation efficiency.

The shell assembly can be applied to an indoor unit of an air conditioner and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the combined shell assembly forms a whole, and a cavity is defined on the inner side of the shell assembly and is used for accommodating air conditioner components such as an air duct, a heat exchanger and a compressor.

Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the air conditioner is a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the first casing 100 is a panel frame, the second casing 200 is an air outlet casing, and the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 are arranged approximately in an up-down direction.

The housing assembly of the air conditioner comprises a first housing 100, a second housing 200 and a fastener 300, wherein a rotating connecting part is arranged on the first housing 100, the second housing 200 is arranged adjacent to the first housing 100, the second housing 200 is provided with an installation side, a clamping matching part is arranged on the installation side, one end of the fastener 300 is rotatably arranged on the first housing 100 through the rotating connecting part, a rotating cover is matched with the installation side of the second housing 200, a clamping part is arranged on the fastener 300 and is matched with the clamping matching part, and the first housing 100 is connected with the second housing 200. In this embodiment, the snap-fit portion may be additionally installed on the second housing 200, or may be integrally formed with the second housing 200, and in order to make the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 firmly connected and facilitate assembly, the second housing 200 and the snap-fit portion are preferably integrally formed.

In this embodiment, the groove 10 and the protrusion 20 are engaged in a fully-covered manner, so that the bearing surface is large, the connection strength is reliable, and the connection is not limited by the installation direction, thereby facilitating the operation and ensuring the connection reliability.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the second casing 200 is disposed adjacent to the lower side of the first casing 100, the upper end of the fastener 300 is rotatably connected to the first casing 100, and the lower end of the fastener 300 covers the mounting side of the second casing 200 to adapt to the position relationship between the face frame and the air outlet casing.

On the basis of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 10, the inner side of the fastener 300 faces the installation side of the second housing 200, the fastening portion includes a frame 11 protruding from the inner side of the fastener 300, a groove 10 is formed in the middle of the frame 11, the fastening mating portion has an open slot 21, the open slot 21 has an opening facing the inner side of the fastener 300, the protrusion 20 protrudes from the bottom of the open slot 21 toward the fastener 300, a gap 210 is formed between the lateral sides of the protrusion 20 and the inner side wall of the open slot 21, and the frame 11 is at least partially inserted into the gap 210 on the lateral sides. Therefore, the lower end of the fastener 300 is exposed out of the second shell 200, when the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit needs to be maintained or cleaned, the lower end of the fastener 300 can be easily lifted upwards, other tools are not needed, and the operation is simple and rapid.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the lower end of the first casing 100 is provided with a limiting portion, the upper end of the second casing 200 is provided with a limiting matching portion, and the limiting portion matches with the limiting matching portion to limit the relative position between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200. Thus, when the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 are assembled, the first limiting part and the second limiting part can be used for presetting the relative position between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 so as to facilitate subsequent assembly, and the connection between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 is firmer.

In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the limiting portion includes a strip-shaped groove 12 disposed at the lower end of the first housing 100, the strip-shaped groove 12 extends along the transverse direction, and the opening faces the inner side of the fastener 300, the limiting portion includes a protruding strip 22 disposed at the upper end of the second housing 200, and the protruding strip 22 is correspondingly embedded in the strip-shaped groove 12. In this way, the vertical relative position between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 is limited. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first housing 100 has a mounting plate extending downward, the mounting plate is stacked inside the second housing 200, and the mounting plate is formed with a stud 15 extending inward, a long screw hole 25 is formed in the middle of the protrusion 20, and the long screw hole 25 is disposed corresponding to the stud 15, so that a screw can pass through the screw hole and the stud 15. It can be understood that the screw holes and the studs 15 are used for standby, and when the fastening structure is simply adopted between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200, and the required connection strength cannot be achieved, the screws can be inserted into the elongated screw holes 25 and the studs 15 for reinforcement.

On the basis of the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 7 to 10, the first housing 100 is concavely provided with a rotating shaft receiving groove 16, the inner walls of both ends of the rotating shaft receiving groove 16 in the length direction are provided with shaft holes 160, the upper end of the fastener 300 is formed with a rotating shaft 30, the rotating shaft 30 is received in the rotating shaft receiving groove 16, and both ends are inserted into the shaft holes 160. Thus, the shaft hole 160 is integrally formed in the first housing 100 to improve the connection between the fastener 300 and the first housing 100, and the rotating shaft 30 of the fastener 300 is accommodated in the rotating shaft accommodating groove 16, and the outer side of the rotating shaft is substantially flush with the outer side of the first housing 100.
