In an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the supporting frame 23 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the feeding mechanism 22, and the upper end of the hot air blower 24 is fixedly connected to the middle of the supporting frame 23.

It should be noted that the hot air blower 24 is convenient to preliminarily remove water from the chrysanthemum morifolium on the material conveying mechanism 22.

In an alternative embodiment, the two ends of the heating pipe 18 are fixedly connected to the inside of the electric sockets 5 and are positioned above the overturning plate 17, and the electric sockets 5 are provided with two groups and are symmetrically arranged at the left and right sides of the water removing tank 1.

It should be noted that it is convenient to heat the heating pipe 18 so as to further remove water from the royal chrysanthemum inside the water removing tank 1.

In an alternative embodiment, one end of the driving shaft 16 is fixedly connected to the inner ring of the bearing 9, the other end of the driving shaft 16 is fixedly connected to the output end of the toggle motor 6 through the bearing 9, and four flipping plates 17 are provided and uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the driving shaft 16.

It should be noted that, the toggle motor 6 drives the driving shaft 16 to rotate through the bearing 9, so that the driving shaft 16 drives the turning plate 17 to rotate, thereby achieving the purpose of removing water from the surface of the royal chrysanthemum.

In an alternative embodiment, one end of the first rotating shaft 12 and one end of the second rotating shaft 14 are movably connected inside the first conveying frame 10 and the second conveying frame 11, and the other end of the first rotating shaft 12 and the other end of the second rotating shaft 14 are fixedly connected with the output ends of the first conveying motor 7 and the second conveying motor 8 respectively.

It should be noted that the first transfer motor 7 and the second transfer motor 8 respectively rotate the first rotating shaft 12 and the second rotating shaft 14 on the first transfer rack 10 and the second transfer rack 11.

In an alternative embodiment, the first conveyor belt 13 and the second conveyor belt 15 are each mesh-shaped and surround the outside of the first rotating shaft 12 and the second rotating shaft 14, respectively.

It should be noted that, it is convenient to let the first rotating shaft 12 and the second rotating shaft 14 respectively drive the first conveyor belt 13 and the second conveyor belt 15 to convey the royal chrysanthemum.

In an alternative embodiment, the first humidity sensor 3 and the second humidity sensor 4 are both located inside the water tank 1, and the heating wire 26 is made of nichrome and is in a circular shape.

Note that the first humidity sensor 3 and the second humidity sensor 4 are implemented to detect the humidity inside the dewatering tank 1.

In addition, two turning plates are arranged at a circumferential angle of 180 degrees as a first comparison group, four turning plates and a sponge buffer sheet are arranged at a circumferential angle of 90 degrees as a second comparison group, eight turning plates and a sponge buffer sheet are arranged at a circumferential angle of 45 degrees as a third comparison group, 1000 fresh royal chrysanthemums are used as a base number, the proportion of the number of fallen petals to the total number, the color and luster of royal chrysanthemums without petals after dehydration and the valve dispersion effect of royal chrysanthemums without petals in 98 ℃ hot water removal are used as statistical results, and the statistical results are shown in table 1.

As shown in the table 1, for the product of the royal chrysanthemum, which has the advantages that the petals are easy to fall off and the requirement on the petal forming of soaking water is met, when the invention is used, the four L-shaped turning plates and the sponge buffer plate are arranged at the circumferential angle of 90 degrees, so that the effect is good.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and its advantages, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.

Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
