The inner part of the elastic cylinder support is provided with a taper hole section 6011 which is matched with the taper of the corresponding part of the tapered sleeve 407 in a taper mode, so that the supporting claw 6013 can be tightened or loosened when the elastic cylinder support is relatively axially displaced.
