Furthermore, the top end surface of the horizontal plane of the support rack 31 is vertically fixed with an inserting column 311, the inserting column 311 is inserted into an inserting hole of the support frame 14 in a sliding manner, the top end of the inserting column 311 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the adjacent return spring 15, the end part of the horizontal plane of the support rack 31 is vertically fixed with a sliding block 32, the sliding block 32 is assembled with a sliding groove block 33 in a sliding manner, the side end surface of the sliding groove block 33 is fixed with a screw hole plate 331, a fixing screw 332 is installed in the screw hole plate 331 in a threaded manner, the upper end and the lower end of the side end surface of the sliding groove block 33 close to the support rack 31 are vertically fixed with a supporting spring 333, the other end of the supporting spring 333 is fixed on the support rack 31, the outer end of the vertical plane of the support rack 31 is vertically fixed with a rotary drum seat 34, and a rotary shaft 35 is installed in the rotary drum seat 34 in a rotating manner, so that the stability during supporting is improved.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, two ends of the rotating shaft 35 are rotatably assembled in the rotating cylinder seat 34 through a bearing 351, a plurality of elastic rings 352 are uniformly fixed on the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 35 along the outer circumference direction, and a rubber ring 353 is sleeved and fixed on the outer elastic ring 352 of the rotating shaft 35.

And then the two ends of the rotating shaft 35 are rotatably assembled in the rotating cylinder seat 34 through the bearings 351, a plurality of elastic rings 352 are uniformly fixed on the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 35 along the outer circumference direction, and a rubber ring 353 is sleeved and fixed on the outer elastic ring 352 of the rotating shaft 35, so that the elastic rings 352 and the rubber ring 353 deform during collision, and further the redundant collision force is absorbed.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the moisture-proof assembly 4 includes a positioning frame 41, a mesh plate 42 is fixed at an outer end of an inner portion of the positioning frame 41, moisture-absorbing cotton 43 is filled in the inner portion of the positioning frame 41, the positioning frame 41 is installed between two supporting frames 14 of the box body 11, and the positioning frame 41 is assembled and connected with the fixing screw 121 on the supporting frame 14 through a screw thread.

Furthermore, the mesh plate 42 is fixed at the outer end of the inner part of the positioning frame 41, the moisture absorption cotton 43 is filled in the positioning frame 41, the positioning frame 41 is installed between the two support frames 14 of the box body 11, and the positioning frame 41 is in threaded assembly connection with the fixing screw 121 on the support frame 14, so that the fixed installation is convenient to support, and the installation flexibility is improved.

The working principle is as follows: when the high-reliability reset switch with the protection mechanism is used, the reset switch body 2 is fixedly assembled in the box body 11 of the protection component 1, the bolt 246 is rotated to downwards extrude the plate 241 during use, then the plug post 244 inserted in the hole plate 22 in the shell 21 is pressed to downwards extrude the extrusion plate 241, so that the upper joint on the bottom surface of the extrusion plate 241 is communicated with the reset switch body 2, the box body 11 on the protection component 1 is used for wrapping the reset switch body 2 to form external protection, meanwhile, the moisture-proof component 4 arranged on the outer end surface of the box body 11 absorbs external moisture through the moisture absorption cotton 43, then the externally arranged anti-collision component 3 supports the support strip frame 31, the stability of the reset switch body 2 during vibration is ensured, and meanwhile, the rubber ring 353 on the rotating shaft 35 is used for absorbing external redundant collision force.

The device obtained through the design can basically meet the requirement of protection capable of forming stability outside the reset switch, avoids the influence of the environment on the work of the reset switch, simultaneously ensures the service life of the high-reliability reset switch with a protection mechanism, and places the use with misoperation caused by mistaken touch, but the designer further improves the device according to the purpose of further perfecting the function of the reset switch.
