Technical Field

The present application relates to an air oven with a heated air circulation heating system.

Background

Air ovens are kitchen appliances that cook food using a circulating flow of heated air from an air heating assembly and fan. Air ovens may be used to process pasta, such as bread, pizza, or snacks such as egg tarts, cookies, and the like. The air oven consists of a box body, a box door, an air heating element and a temperature control and timing device.

Typically, a heating assembly and a cooling assembly are provided in an air oven.

The heating assembly is used for heating the air in the cavity to 100-. The cooling component is used for generating cold air and emitting the cold air outwards. This can maintain the temperature of the electronic components, such as the motor, from being too high to avoid damage to the electronic components and reduce the temperature of the oven housing.

At present, motors and fans of air ovens on the market are arranged above a shell, the fans are arranged along the horizontal direction, hot air is diffused from the periphery, and air return from the middle part forms hot air circulation. In the hot air circulation, the temperature difference between the central temperature and the peripheral temperature of the cavity is large, and particularly when the cavity is filled with food, the food is positioned in the middle of the oven, so that the food often blocks an air return channel. When the volume of the oven cavity is larger, the temperature difference is larger, so that the food cooking effect is not ideal.

In addition, because the hot air directly faces to the food when returning the air, the wind speed and the wind pressure are both larger, and particularly when toasting bread slices or when the bread-drying machine is used as a fruit-drying function, the food can be easily blown away by locally uneven strong wind and pressure. This is undesirable for the user.

Above shortcoming has influenced the normal use of air oven, has also reduced user experience, consequently this application aims at solving above-mentioned heated air circulation heating problem, makes food be heated evenly, improves food processing quality and machining efficiency.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an air oven with a heated air circulation heating system to which the present application relates; fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the internal structure of an air oven with a hot air circulation heating system to which the present application relates.

The air oven of the hot air circulation heating system comprises an inner cavity 2, an outer cavity 9, a hot air circulation system and a heat dissipation system. The inner cavity 2 is used for placing food to be roasted, and the outer cavity 9 is used for heat dissipation. An outer cavity 9 is defined outside the inner cavity 2 and inside the housing 10.

Hot air circulating system

The hot air circulating system comprises a turbofan component 7, a motor 6 and a ventilating duct 4; the ventilation duct 4 has an upper portion 41 and a lower portion 42; wherein the upper portion 41 is located at the upper portion of the oven and the lower portion 42 is located at the rear portion of the oven, i.e., the face opposite to the door body 11. Wherein the lower part 42 of the ventilation duct 4 is connected to the turbofan 7. The motor 6 drives the turbine in the turbofan assembly 7 to rotate, and the air generated by the turbofan assembly 7 flows from the lower portion 42 of the ventilation duct at the rear of the oven to the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct at the upper portion of the oven.

In another embodiment, the lower portion 42 of the ventilation duct 4 may also be located at the side of the oven, and the turbofan assembly 7 and the motor 6, etc. are also located at the side of the oven. In operation, the hot air circulation system operates as follows:

the motor 6 is used for providing power. The motor shaft of the motor 6 is connected to the cooling fan 5 and the turbo fan of the turbo fan assembly 7, and drives the cooling fan 5 and the turbo fan to rotate. The rotation of the cold-air fan 5 and the turbo fan may be controlled individually, or simultaneously; one of the fans may be rotating while the other fan is not. The cool air fan 5 and the turbo fan may be rotated at the same speed or at different speeds.

The turbo fan is rotated by a motor 6. The turbine fan has the advantages of high wind power, and can output the maximum wind power in the minimum space, thereby increasing the air guiding quantity. The turbo fan is formed by rotating an impeller by a motor 6, and the rotation of blades in the impeller causes air to rotate and work the air, so that the momentum of the air is increased. The air is thrown out to the periphery of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, and the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy through the scroll type machine shell. A turbine baffle may also be provided in the circular casing as shown in fig. 2 so that air is forced out of a portion of the air passages of the circular casing. When the air in the impeller is exhausted, the pressure in the impeller is lower than that in the air inlet, new air is sucked into the impeller of the turbofan component 7 from the air guide partition plate 8 under the action of pressure difference, and the air is continuously exhausted from the turbofan component 7.

Preferably, the hot air circulation system may further include an air guide partition 8.

An air guide partition 8 is fixed to the inner chamber 2 near the side where the turbofan unit 7 is located. For example, in fig. 1, the air guiding partition 8 is located near the rear side of the inner cavity 2, i.e., the side opposite to the door 11, i.e., the side where the turbofan assembly 7 is located. The air guide partition plate 8 is fixed in the inner cavity 2, and the upper edge of the air guide partition plate 8 is basically positioned on the top surface of the inner cavity 2 or a very narrow gap is left. A gap with proper size is left between the lower edge of the air guide partition plate 8 and the bottom surface of the inner cavity 2, and the gap provides an air channel to play a role in guiding air. A certain distance exists between the air guiding partition 8 and the side (such as the rear side in fig. 1) of the inner cavity close to the turbofan assembly 7, so that an air guiding partition channel 81 is provided to play a role in guiding air.

The lower edge of the air guide partition plate 8 is not higher than the lowest position where the oven tray can be placed, so that air can enter the air guide partition plate after passing through all food from top to bottom.

When the hot air in the inner cavity 2 naturally flows from top to bottom, the hot air flows to the air guide partition channel 81 through the gap between the air guide partition 8 and the bottom surface of the inner cavity 2 under the action of the pressure difference of the turbofan. Due to the nature of the hot air, the hot air has a certain buoyancy that causes the hot air to rise in the air guiding partition passage 81, and the pressure difference provided by the turbofan assembly 7 further causes the hot air to rise in the air guiding partition passage 81 and enter the turbofan assembly 7.

The blades of the turbine fan promote the hot air to rotate, apply work to the hot air to increase the momentum of the hot air, and the hot air is thrown out to the periphery of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. The lower portion 42 of the ventilation duct 4 is connected to the turbofan 7. Preferably, the outer casing of the turbofan 7 is integrally formed with the ventilation duct 4, forming an integral motor cover. The hot air is pressurized by the volute and then guided through the ventilation duct 4. The ventilation duct 4 can function as an air guide. The hot air moves up along the ventilation duct 4, guided by the ventilation duct 4, up to the ventilation duct upper part 41. The upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct is located above the inner cavity.

The upper part 41 of the ventilation duct may present a flow guiding flat layer above the inner cavity 2. Preferably, at least one air guiding fin 3 is arranged in the ventilation duct upper portion 41. The air guiding sheet 3 is fixed on the upper wall of the upper part 41 of the ventilation pipeline according to a certain angle, and plays a role in guiding air. Further, a plurality of air guide fins 3 may be provided so that the wind can be uniformly discharged from the ventilation duct upper portion 41.

Fig. 3 shows a perspective top view of an upper part 41 of a ventilation duct of an air oven with a heated air circulation heating system to which the present application relates.

In the example provided in fig. 3, 3 air deflectors are provided, and the first air deflector 31, the second air deflector 32, and the third air deflector 33 are arranged in sequence from the air inlet direction to the air outlet direction. The lengths and the radians of the three air guide pieces are different. The upper edges of the air guide sheets are all fixed with the upper part 41 of the ventilating duct. From the air inlet direction to the air outlet direction, the lower edge of the air guide sheet is longer and longer in the longitudinal direction (namely the direction vertical to the upper part 41 of the ventilation pipeline), and the air is guided to flow downwards in a progressive mode; the arc length of the lower edge of the air guide sheet is longer and longer, and air circulation is blocked in a progressive mode on a larger arc.

It should be understood that the angle and length of the air guiding fins 3 can be selected depending on the number of air guiding fins 3. For example, when only one air guide plate 3 is provided on the upper wall of the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct, it is desirable that the air guide plate 3 be provided so that the hot air passage rate is 50%. When a plurality of air deflectors 3 are arranged on the upper wall of the ventilation duct upper portion 41, as shown in fig. 3, the arrangement angle of each air deflector 3 may be different, which makes it possible to arrange the hot air passing rate in stages, that is, the hot air passing rate of each air deflector is different, that is, the hot air passing rate of each air deflector is not at least identical. For example, in the process of flowing hot air from the air inlet to the air outlet direction of the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct, the air guide pieces 3 are arranged so that the passing rate of the hot air is higher. Preferably, the angle between the air guiding sheet and the upper part 41 of the ventilation duct is 90-150 degrees. At this angle, the air may move forward and downward. Therefore, it can be understood that the air can be dispersed more uniformly by the guiding of the air guiding sheet 3, and then discharged from the air outlet position of the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct. The position of the air outlet is located on the bottom surface of the upper part 41 of the ventilation duct.

The air discharged from the bottom of the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct flows downward into the air inlet hole of the inner cover 12 of the heat pipe. The inner heating tube cover 12 is positioned on the top of the inner cavity 2 and is arranged between the upper part of the ventilation pipeline and the heating tube. The diameter of the inner heating tube cover 12 is substantially equal to the diameter of the air outlet at the bottom of the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct, so as to ensure that all air discharged from the air outlet of the upper portion 41 of the ventilation duct can enter the inner heating tube cover 12. The inner heating tube cover 12 is provided with an air inlet channel which can be a hollow round shape, and preferably, the air inlet channel is a plurality of air inlet holes. The upward flow of hot air heated by the heat generating pipes 1 under the inner heating pipe covers 12 can be restricted by providing a plurality of air inlet holes, thereby preventing loss of thermal efficiency.

The air from the air outlet of the upper part 41 of the ventilation pipeline flows downwards after entering the air inlet hole on the inner heating tube cover 12, and then continues flowing downwards, and triggers the heating tube 1 below the inner heating tube cover 12, thus raising the temperature of the air. The heated air will continue to move downward and transfer heat evenly to the food. Since the air guide partition passage 81 continuously draws air, the air in the inner cavity 2 forms a flow path from top to bottom.

The air enters the air guide partition board channel 81, is pressurized by the turbofan 7, is guided by the air guide pipeline 4, is heated by the heating pipe 1, and is finally uniformly transmitted to food. The continuous circulation process enables the food to be heated uniformly, and the cooking speed is improved.

Heat dissipation system

The air oven with the heated air circulation heating system related to the application also has a heat dissipation system. The heat dissipation system includes a cool air fan 5. The cold air fan 5 is located at one end of a motor shaft of the motor 6 and plays a role in heat dissipation of hot air. The redundant heat of the outer cavity 9 can be discharged from the heat dissipation holes on the casing 10 by the cold air fan 5.

In the air oven in the prior art, a motor shaft sequentially penetrates through a cold air fan and a hot air fan from top to bottom. That is, the motor is adjacent to the cold-air fan 5, and the cold-air fan 5 is adjacent to the hot-air fan. The hot air fan functions to drive hot air into the oven, similar to the function that turbofan 7 in this application functions in a hot air circulation system.

In the present application, it is preferable that the motor 6 is interposed between the cool air fan 5 and the turbo fan 7. This makes the hot air increased from the motor cover 4 not to be rapidly cooled by the cold-air fan 5, so that the hot air pressurized by the turbo fan 7 can float upward and more easily reach the ventilation duct upper portion 41.

The cold air fan 5 is communicated with the outer cavity 9, and discharges redundant heat of the outer cavity 9 from the heat dissipation holes in the shell 10, so that the heat is taken away quickly. The quantity of louvre is more, and can set up dispersedly, can for example set up on two at least faces of oven, also can for example set up simultaneously at oven side, top surface and back, consequently can the large tracts of land heat dissipation, has avoided the local high temperature of complete machine, has scalded user's problem.

Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are described above, the descriptions are only for the convenience of understanding the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. It will be apparent to persons skilled in the relevant art that various modifications and variations can be made in the form and details of the disclosed embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure.
