Background

At present, in minimally invasive surgery using the continuous hemostatic clip applier, a clip box capable of being preassembled with a plurality of hemostatic clips at one time is mostly used, and infection and bleeding risks caused by withdrawing the clip applier for a plurality of times are avoided. However, most of the existing hemostatic clamp magazines have springs as firing mechanisms, such as the "new hemostatic clamp propelling and closing device" of chinese patent 2016109855146. However, in the actual use process, the design has a serious defect that the front end of the spring is connected with a biological clamp pushing head, and the biological clamp pushing head is used for pushing the hemostatic clamp. In the continuous pushing process, the biological clamp pushing head is extremely easy to be clamped in the box, so that the pushing cannot be continuously realized to cause the interruption of the operation, the clamp forceps need to be pulled out, and the operation can be continuously performed after the obstacles are eliminated.

The box 2 is a rectangular box with a long strip shape, the length and the size of the box are matched with the inner cavity of the hemostatic clip applier, so that the box can be smoothly placed into or taken out of the inner cavity of the hemostatic clip applier. Repeating the above actions can sequentially eject the six hemostatic clips out of the box, continuously complete the clamping operation of the hemostatic clips, and avoid frequently drawing out the hemostatic clip applier. When the hemostatic clamp is completely ejected, the push rod can be slowly pulled first and then until the third fastener falls into the withdrawing slot, and the box is driven to move backwards until the box is completely pulled out from the hemostatic clamp.
