1. The multi-dimensional lip plumping composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1 part of oil-soluble brown algae extract, 0.1-2 parts of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, 0.1-5 parts of oil-soluble transparent sodium alginate, 0.02-0.1 part of vanillyl butyl ether and 4-16 parts of ester solvent.

The lip plumping composition according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.2-0.6 part of oil-soluble brown algae extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, 0.5-2 parts of oil-soluble transparent sodium alginate, 0.05-0.1 part of vanillyl butyl ether and 4-12 parts of ester solvent.

The lip-rounding composition according to claim 2, wherein the oil-soluble brown algae extract consists of a brown algae extract and a solvent, wherein the brown algae extract accounts for 0.8-1.5% by mass, and the balance is caprylic/capric triglyceride; the brown algae extract is extracted from brown algae by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.

4. The lip plumping composition according to claim 3, wherein the extraction method of the brown algae extract comprises the steps of:

step one, performing wall breaking and crushing on root parts of brown algae, and soaking the root parts of the brown algae in 95% ethanol solution for 12-36 hours at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 (0.8-1.8) g/ml to obtain mixed solution;

adding the mixed solution into an extraction kettle, introducing carbon dioxide in a supercritical state into the extraction kettle, controlling the temperature at 30-40 ℃, controlling the pressure at 30-50Mpa, and controlling the time at 2-3 hours;

and step three, introducing the carbon dioxide fluid containing the brown algae extract flowing out of the extraction kettle into a separation kettle for decompression separation to obtain the brown algae extract.

5. The lip-rounding composition according to claim 2, wherein the oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate is 8-14% of sodium hyaluronate, 5-20% of glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate, and the balance of meadowfoam seed oil.

6. The lip balm composition according to claim 2, wherein said ester solvent is selected from the group consisting of caprylic/capric triglyceride, propylene carbonate, dioctyl carbonate, isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, or a combination of at least two thereof.

7. A method of preparing a multi-dimensional lip plumping composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

the method comprises the following steps: adding dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate into an ester solvent, heating to 70-75 ℃, and uniformly stirring;

step two: and (3) cooling to 35-40 ℃ under stirring, adding the oil-soluble brown algae extract and the vanillyl butyl ether, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain the multi-dimensional lip plumping composition.

8. Use of a multi-dimensional lip plumping composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6 in the cosmetic field.

9. Use according to claim 8, wherein said cosmetic product includes but is not limited to lipstick, lip mask, lip cream, lip glaze, lip gloss.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of daily cosmetics, in particular to a multi-dimensional lip plumping composition and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

With the development of times, the aesthetic standard of the Chinese people for the lips is not limited to the ancient 'cherry mouthpieces', and wider and larger lips are gradually accepted. However, consumers have no exception to the size of their lips, which is desired to be voluminous. Lip aging is manifested by a growing white skin, thinner and thinner lips, and a more blurred contour, so that a full and three-dimensional lip is considered to be a sexy, youthful sign.

It is far from sufficient to improve the fullness of the lips by merely doing exfoliating and moisturizing of the lips. If the instant lip plumping effect which is immediately realized is to be achieved, only medical and aesthetic means can be used. At present, the lip plumping effect is achieved mainly by injecting macromolecular hyaluronic acid or collagen, but the substances can be slowly absorbed and metabolized by a human body after being injected, regular supplement is needed, and the cost of each time is high. Hyaluronic acid or collagen has certain limitations if directly applied to cosmetics, in that it can only be dissolved in water and has a low absorption rate when applied to the skin. Lip products mostly contain a large amount of oil because they are more easily dried due to lack of sebaceous glands, and are not suitable for adding water-soluble hyaluronic acid and collagen. Other lip plumping products in the market achieve a certain instant lip plumping effect through a high-content biological heating agent, and have certain irritation and uncomfortable use feeling.

Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline is a synthetic product of palmitoyl and hydroxyproline, wherein hydroxyproline is a main amino acid composed of skin collagen, and the introduction of palmitoyl as an aliphatic group solves the problem that the amino acid can only be dissolved in water, and improves the affinity of skin to hydroxyproline. The oil-soluble transparent sodium hyaluronate is prepared by uniformly dispersing ultralow molecular sodium hyaluronate in the meadowfoam seed oil in a microsphere form through a special process, so that the problem that the sodium hyaluronate is insoluble in oil is solved, wherein the ultralow molecular sodium hyaluronate has better permeability than common sodium hyaluronate. In addition to amino acids and hyaluronic acid, lipids are also important constituent substances of the human body. Although most of the current lip products contain a large amount of oil, the functionality of the lip products still remains in the stage of moisturizing the skin. The market lacks mild, long-acting and multi-target three-dimensional lip plumping products.

Disclosure of Invention

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that thinning of lips and blurring of contour lines symbolize aging of lips, and a multi-dimensional lip plumping composition is provided.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the multi-dimensional lip plumping composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1 part of oil-soluble brown algae extract, 0.1-2 parts of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, 0.1-5 parts of oil-soluble transparent sodium alginate, 0.02-0.1 part of vanillyl butyl ether and 4-16 parts of ester solvent.

Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2-0.8 part of oil-soluble brown algae extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, 0.5-2 parts of oil-soluble transparent sodium alginate, 0.05-0.1 part of vanillyl butyl ether and 4-12 parts of ester solvent.

Preferably, the oil-soluble brown algae extract comprises a brown algae extract and a solvent, wherein the brown algae extract comprises 0.8-1.5% by mass of caprylic/capric triglyceride; the brown algae extract is extracted from brown algae by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.

In some embodiments, the extraction method of brown algae extract comprises the following steps:

step one, performing wall breaking and crushing on root parts of brown algae, and soaking the root parts of the brown algae in 95% ethanol solution for 12-36 hours at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 (0.8-1.8) g/ml to obtain mixed solution;

adding the mixed solution into an extraction kettle, introducing carbon dioxide in a supercritical state into the extraction kettle, controlling the temperature at 30-40 ℃, controlling the pressure at 30-50Mpa, and controlling the time at 2-3 hours;

and step three, introducing the carbon dioxide fluid containing the brown algae extract flowing out of the extraction kettle into a separation kettle for decompression separation to obtain the brown algae extract.

Preferably, the oil-soluble transparent sodium hyaluronate consists of 8-14% of sodium hyaluronate, 5-20% of glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate and the balance of chinlon oil.

Preferably, the ester solvent is selected from any one of caprylic/capric triglyceride, propylene carbonate, dioctyl carbonate, isononyl isononanoate and ethylhexyl palmitate or a combination of at least two of them.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the multi-dimensional lip plumping composition, which comprises the following preparation steps:

the method comprises the following steps: adding dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate into an ester solvent, heating to 70-75 ℃, and uniformly stirring;

step two: and (3) cooling to 35-40 ℃ under stirring, adding the oil-soluble brown algae extract and the vanillyl butyl ether, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain the multi-dimensional lip plumping composition.

In some embodiments, the preparation steps are specifically:

the method comprises the following steps: adding dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate into an ester solvent, heating to 70-75 ℃, and uniformly stirring;

step one, performing wall breaking and crushing on root parts of brown algae, and soaking the root parts of the brown algae in a 95% ethanol solution for 20 hours at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:1.2g/ml to obtain a mixed solution;

adding the mixed solution into an extraction kettle, introducing carbon dioxide in a supercritical state into the extraction kettle, controlling the temperature at 36 ℃, the pressure at 40Mpa and the time at 2.5 hours;

and step three, introducing the carbon dioxide fluid containing the brown algae extract flowing out of the extraction kettle into a separation kettle for decompression separation to obtain the brown algae extract.

Mixing the prepared brown algae extract with caprylic/capric triglyceride to obtain oil-soluble brown algae extract, wherein the mass content of the brown algae extract is 1%.

In the oil-soluble transparent sodium hyaluronate, the content of sodium hyaluronate is 11%, the content of glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate is 12.5%, and the balance is the meadowfoam seed oil.

The ester solvent is preferably caprylic/capric triglyceride.

The invention also provides an application of the multi-dimensional lip plumping composition in the field of cosmetics.

Preferably, the cosmetic includes, but is not limited to, lipstick, lip mask, lip cream, lip glaze, lip gloss.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

the invention selects oil-soluble brown algae extract, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, oil-soluble transparent sodium alginate and vanillyl butyl ether to be matched in a synergistic way, and aims at a plurality of targets of fat cells, extracellular matrix including collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and the like to achieve a more comprehensive and three-dimensional lip-rounding effect.

The invention selects the combination of oil-soluble brown algae extract, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate, is not limited to a single aspect, but aims at a plurality of targets of adipose cells and extracellular matrix of lips, including collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and the like, and is matched with vanillyl butyl ether to promote blood circulation, so that active substances can be better transported to various positions of lips. After the epidermal cells and fat cells of the skin absorb various nutrient substances, the walls of the capillary vessels can be strengthened, thereby continuously promoting the blood circulation. The composition of the invention can enable various active substances to exert better effects, simultaneously reduce the use amount of the active substances and save the product cost.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail by examples, so that how to apply technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.

The raw materials and equipment used in the present application are all common raw materials and equipment in the field, and are all from commercially available products, unless otherwise specified. The methods used in this application are conventional in the art unless otherwise indicated.

There are many other possible embodiments of the present invention, which are not listed here, and the embodiments claimed in the claims of the present invention can be implemented.

"comprising" or "including" is intended to mean that the compositions (e.g., media) and methods include the recited elements, but not excluding others. When used in defining compositions and methods, "consisting essentially of … …" is meant to exclude other elements having any significance to the combination of the stated objects. Examples

The multi-dimensional lip-rounding composition is characterized by comprising, by mass, 0.1-1 part of oil-soluble brown algae extract, 0.1-2 parts of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, 0.1-5 parts of oil-soluble transparent sodium sulfonate, 0.02-0.1 part of vanillyl butyl ether and 4-16 parts of ester solvent.

The brown algae extract is prepared by the following steps:

step one, performing wall breaking and crushing on root parts of brown algae, and soaking the root parts of the brown algae in a 95% ethanol solution for 20 hours at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:1.2g/ml to obtain a mixed solution;

adding the mixed solution into an extraction kettle, introducing carbon dioxide in a supercritical state into the extraction kettle, controlling the temperature at 36 ℃, the pressure at 40Mpa and the time at 2.5 hours;

and step three, introducing the carbon dioxide fluid containing the brown algae extract flowing out of the extraction kettle into a separation kettle for decompression separation to obtain the brown algae extract.

Mixing the prepared brown algae extract with caprylic/capric triglyceride to obtain oil-soluble brown algae extract, wherein the mass content of the brown algae extract is 1%.

In the oil-soluble transparent sodium hyaluronate, the content of sodium hyaluronate is 11%, the content of glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate is 12.5%, and the balance is the meadowfoam seed oil.

The ester solvent is preferably caprylic/capric triglyceride.

A multi-dimensional lip plumping composition, which is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:

The composition of each component of each example and comparative example is shown in table 1.

Experimental example 1 Zebra fish test

The zebra fish and the human gene have high homology of 87 percent, have prominent advantages as model organisms and are important experimental animals.

Zebra fish is divided into a plurality of groups, wherein a blank control group is not treated, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil is quantitatively added into fish culture water in a negative control group, and 0.1% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil solution is quantitatively added into fish culture water in an experimental group, wherein lip plumping compositions prepared in experimental examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-5 are dissolved in the PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil. And measuring related indexes after 24 h.

Evaluation of blood microcirculation: and analyzing and observing the blood flow velocity of each group of zebra fishes by a blood flow analyzer.

The results are shown in FIG. 1:

1) from all the test results, it can be seen that other actives besides caprylic/capric triglyceride can increase blood flow velocity to different degrees, wherein from the test results of examples 1, 8-9, the effect of vanillyl butyl ether is more prominent because vanillyl butyl ether can dilate blood vessels.

2) From the test results of examples 1, 9, 12 and comparative example 4, it can be seen that the composition is more effective in increasing blood microcirculation than vanillyl butyl ether alone.

Evaluation of skin elasticity: RNA was extracted from each group of zebra fish using the kit, and then the transcription level of the skin elasticity-associated gene (skin collagen col1a2 gene) was detected using q-PCR, and the relative expression amount thereof was calculated.

The results are shown in FIG. 2:

1) as shown by the test results of examples 1, 4 and 5, the transcriptional level of col1a2 gene is mainly and positively correlated with dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, so that the dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline can increase the content of collagen in skin;

2) the test results of examples 1 to 3 and 6 to 11 and comparative examples 1 and 3 to 5 show that the oil-soluble brown algae extract, the oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate, the vanillyl butyl ether and the caprylic/capric triglyceride have no influence on the transcription level of the col1a2 gene when used alone, and the oil-soluble sodium hyaluronate and the vanillyl butyl ether have certain auxiliary effect on the promotion of the transcription level of the col1a2 gene when used in combination with dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline.

3) As can be seen from the test results of examples 1, 5, 12 and comparative example 2, the composition gave better transcription levels of col1a2 gene than dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline alone.

Fat content evaluation: and (3) detecting the content of triglyceride in the zebra fish body by using a triglyceride kit for each group of zebra fish.

The results are shown in FIG. 3:

1) from all the test results, when the content of triglyceride in the fish culture water is increased, the content of triglyceride in the zebra fish is also increased compared with that of the blank control group, wherein from the test results of examples 1 to 3, when the content of oil in the fish culture water is equal, the content of triglyceride in the zebra fish is obviously increased along with the increase of the content of the oil-soluble brown algae extract, which indicates that the oil-soluble brown algae extract can increase the capture of oil by fat cells.

2) From the test results of examples 1, 3, 12 and comparative example 1, it can be seen that the composition can increase the triglyceride content in zebra fish and thus increase the volume of fat cells more than the oil-soluble brown algae extract alone.

EXAMPLE 2 lip plumpness test

Test samples: lip film prepared using 2% of the composition of example 12, comparative examples 1 to 5, hyaluronic acid and collagen

Testing an instrument: antera 3D (Miravex, Ireland)

Test objects: female volunteers between the ages of 20-40 years, 5 persons per group

The test method comprises the following steps:

1. before the product is used, the volume of the lip protruding part of the lip is measured by using an Antera 3D;

2. the product is used in the morning and at night every day;

3. immediately after the product was used, 28 days, the volume of the lip raised portion was measured using an Antera 3D, and the rate of increase or decrease of the average value was calculated.

The results are shown in FIG. 4 below:

the test results show that the lip plumping effect of the lip plumping composition is obviously superior to that of the comparative examples 1-5, hyaluronic acid and collagen in both the instant and long-acting aspects, and the lip plumping composition has better transdermal absorption rate, can synergize and obtains more three-dimensional lip plumping effect.
