step four: cooling to 85 ℃, adding ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, continuously stirring for 5 minutes, beginning to add 76.5kg of 10% hydrogen peroxide and 309.8kg of 10% monomer, then controlling the temperature to be 80-85 ℃, keeping the temperature for 15 minutes, beginning to simultaneously dropwise add the rest monomer and hydrogen peroxide after the heat preservation is finished, finishing the monomer dropwise adding within 120 minutes, finishing the hydrogen peroxide dropwise adding within 130 minutes, controlling the temperature in the dropwise adding process to be 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature at constant temperature for 90 minutes after the dropwise adding is finished;

step five: after the reaction kettle is finished, introducing cold water of a water chiller 22 into a jacket of the reaction kettle to cool the temperature of the material liquid in the kettle to 60 ℃, adding glyoxal, stirring for 10 minutes, adding liquid aluminum sulfate, stirring for 10 minutes, cooling to below 50 ℃, stopping stirring, filtering, discharging, and cleaning the residual material on the wall of the kettle after discharging.
