The quality defects of weld joint misalignment, welding deviation and incomplete penetration are all caused by improper adjustment of welding parameters, defects in the quality of the section of a raw material, irregular plate shape and the like, and can be solved by ensuring the quality of the raw material and adjusting the technological parameters of equipment. However, the problem of the welding air holes is only solved at the source, which is relatively difficult because the problem not only relates to the quality of raw materials and the technological parameters of equipment, but also relates to the material of the plate (for example, the welding performance is affected by different proportions of elements).
