The limiting effect of the connecting rod 15 on the first pin 13 ensures that the opening process of the sealing door 4 is stable and smooth under the driving of the oil cylinder 12.

After the oil cylinder 12 is extended to the right position, as shown in fig. 9, the top surface of the swing arm 6 just contacts with the top surface of the rubber bump 19, and the sealing door 4 is completely opened. The rubber bump block 19 is arranged on the supporting seat 20 and used for limiting and buffering the swing arm 6 and reducing the impact force of the swing arm 6, so that the sealing door 4 is kept stable under the interaction of the supporting force of the oil cylinder 12 and the counter force of the rubber bump block 19 after being opened.

On the contrary, the oil cylinder 12 can realize descending closing and locking of the sealing door 4 after being retracted, and the closing and locking process is opposite to the unlocking and opening process.

The embodiment also relates to a dustbin which comprises the dustbin sealing door opening and closing device.

To sum up, the single hydro-cylinder of dustbin bilateral symmetry arrangement can accomplish the coherent action that the drive sealing door opened and close and lock in a stroke within range, and it is firm to go up the hook plate locking, and locking elasticity degree is adjustable, has solved the problem of dustbin back door 2 and 4 clearance department sewage seepage of sealing door well, and this device simple structure, manufacturing cost is lower, convenient operation, the controllability is strong, is applicable to dustbin sealing door 4.
