Technical Field

Background

The cylindrical battery cell is a type of battery cell, and in the process of winding the cylindrical battery cell, the core rod needs to be firstly sent to a winding position and then the battery cell is wound.

In the existing winding equipment, most of core rod feeding is manual feeding. However, the manual feeding mode has a slow feeding speed, increases the labor intensity of workers, and is also easy to cause injury to the workers.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the core rod loading device is used for solving the problem that the loading speed is low due to the fact that the core rod of the existing cylindrical battery cell adopts a manual loading mode.

In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the invention provides a mandrel feeding device, which comprises a feeding assembly and a feeding assembly;

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a mandrel feeding device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a feeding assembly and a feeding assembly. The feeding assembly comprises a first base 1, a first driving mechanism, a mandrel jacking support 4, a mandrel jacking block 5, a mandrel magazine support 6 and a mandrel magazine 7, the mandrel magazine support 6 is mounted on the first base 1, the mandrel jacking support 4 is connected to the first base 1 in a vertically sliding mode, the mandrel jacking block 5 is fixed to the mandrel jacking support 4, the mandrel magazine 7 is fixed to the mandrel magazine support 6, a through groove is formed in the bottom of the mandrel magazine 7, the mandrel jacking block 5 penetrates through the through groove, and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the mandrel jacking support 4 and the mandrel jacking block 5 to ascend and descend so that the mandrel jacking block 5 can lift a mandrel 100 at the bottom of the mandrel magazine 7 to a preset height.

In one embodiment, the first driving mechanism comprises a first cylinder 3, a cylinder body of the first cylinder 3 is mounted on the first base 1, and a piston rod of the first cylinder 3 is connected with the mandrel jacking support 4. Thus, the gripping mechanism mount 15 can slide up and down with respect to the second base 11.

In an embodiment, the two ends of the first base 1 are provided with first stoppers 10, so as to prevent the first cylinder 3 from colliding with other parts during operation, thereby preventing unnecessary loss.

In an embodiment, the two ends of the second base 11 are provided with second stoppers 13, so as to prevent the second cylinder 14 from colliding with other parts during operation, thereby causing unnecessary loss.

In an embodiment, the top of the mandrel jacking block 5 is provided with a semicircular accommodating groove for accommodating the mandrel 100, and the semicircular accommodating groove can be well matched with the cylindrical surface of the mandrel 100, so that the mandrel 100 is stably placed on the top of the mandrel jacking block 5.

In one embodiment, the mandrel jacking block 5 has an upwardly opening U-shaped notch 501. The U-shaped notch 501 functions to provide a gripping space for the hand 1601 of the air cylinder gripper 16 when the air cylinder gripper 16 grips the core rod 100.

In an embodiment, the mandrel feeding device further includes a photoelectric sensor 9 installed on one side of the mandrel magazine 7, and the photoelectric sensor 9 is configured to detect whether a mandrel 100 is placed on the mandrel jacking block 5 when the mandrel jacking block 5 is lifted.

In an embodiment, the mandrel loading device further includes a first limiting plate 8a and a second limiting plate 8b, the first limiting plate 8a and the second limiting plate 8b are disposed at two sides of the mandrel jacking block 5 in the width direction in parallel, and the first limiting plate 8a and the second limiting plate 8b can slide along the width direction of the mandrel jacking block 5 to adjust the distance between the first limiting plate 8a and the second limiting plate 8 b. When the mandrel 100 is placed in the mandrel magazine 7, both ends of the mandrel 100 are restricted by the first and second restriction plates 8a and 8 b. In addition, by adjusting the distance between the first limiting plate 8a and the second limiting plate 8b, the feeding requirements of the mandrels 100 of different types (lengths) can be met.

In an embodiment, the first adjusting grooves 701 are disposed on two side plates of the mandrel magazine 7 located on two sides of the first limiting plate 8a, and the first threaded holes are disposed on two sides of the first limiting plate 8a, so that the movement and locking of the first limiting plate 8a can be realized by passing screws through the first adjusting grooves 701 and screwing the screws into the first threaded holes. Similarly, the two side plates of the mandrel magazine 7 located on the two sides of the second limiting plate 8b are provided with second adjusting grooves 702, and the two sides of the second limiting plate 8b are provided with second threaded holes, so that the movement and locking of the second limiting plate 8b can be realized by passing screws through the second adjusting grooves 702 and connecting the screws in the first threaded holes.

The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows:

the core rod 100 is placed in a core rod material box 7 (the core rod material box 7 adopts a funnel shape), the first air cylinder 3 pushes the core rod jacking block 5 to move upwards, the core rod jacking block 5 supports the core rod 100 and sends the core rod 100 to a set position (preset height), the air cylinder clamp 16 clamps the core rod 100, and then the core rod 100 is sent to a corresponding position, so that the feeding of the core rod 100 is completed. After the mandrel jacking block 5 sends the mandrel 100 for one time to reset, the mandrel 100 automatically rolls to the top of the mandrel jacking block 5 by means of gravity.

According to the mandrel feeding device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first driving mechanism drives the mandrel jacking support and the mandrel jacking block to lift, so that the mandrel jacking block can lift a mandrel at the bottom of the mandrel box to a preset height; the mandrel clamping mechanism can clamp the mandrel lifted to a preset height by the mandrel jacking block, and then convey the mandrel to a corresponding position to complete automatic control mandrel feeding. This plug loading attachment has realized automated production, has replaced artifical material loading, has reduced workman intensity of labour and cost of labor, simple structure, and the material loading is fast, and efficiency is higher.

In addition, in other embodiments, the first driving mechanism may also adopt a hydraulic cylinder, a servo electric cylinder, or the like.
