Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure and a construction method thereof.

Background

The brick mould is widely applied to concrete members of foundation beams and foundation parts, such as waterproof parts outside basement exterior walls or parts where templates are not easy to remove.

However, in the soft soil foundation engineering, the silty soil has obvious thixotropy, the soil body is disturbed during construction, the structure is damaged, the soil is softened under the action of underground water, the soil flows in a liquefaction manner, even the sand flow phenomenon is generated, the earthwork around the foundation pit is easy to collapse, the construction cannot be normally carried out, and the foundation pit is difficult to dig to the designed depth.

In addition, the traditional brick moulding bed is not suitable for the height of the foundation beam and the bearing platform exceeding more than 500mm, because when the height of the foundation beam and the bearing platform is higher, the depth of backfill soil after the building of the moulding bed is completed is also deeper, so the brick moulding bed is easy to damage and deform when backfilling and tamping, and when concrete is poured and tamping, the brick moulding bed is easy to expand outwards and deform due to the downward fluidity of the concrete and the vibration force of a vibrating rod, so the loss of the concrete is increased, and simultaneously, the concrete member looks irregular. In addition, the existing brick moulding bed construction process of the soft soil foundation is complex, the cost is high, the construction efficiency is low, and the construction period is long.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention aims to provide a safe and practical soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure and a construction method thereof, which have the advantages of cost saving, simple process, high construction efficiency and construction period saving.

In a first aspect, the soft soil foundation brick molding bed construction structure of the present invention includes:

a sand cushion layer is laid in the soft soil backfill region of the excavation;

the sleeper is laid on the sand bedding layer;

the cushion frame is arranged on the sleeper;

the brick molding bed is arranged on one side of the bedding frame, the lower end of the brick molding bed is provided with a cutting edge, and the cutting edge can sink into the bedding sand layer through the sleepers;

and (5) molding concrete, and pouring the concrete into the brick molding bed to form the brick molding bed.

The soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure provided by the invention considers the influence of adverse geological conditions, and aiming at the soil characteristics of low bearing capacity, large compressibility and poor water permeability of the soft soil foundation, the brick moulding bed does not need to treat the soft soil foundation and can be used as a barrier to provide construction conditions for constructors; and earth retaining measures such as steel sheet piles are not needed, so that the influence of the collapse of peripheral soil bodies on construction can be avoided, and the safety of constructors is ensured.

In one embodiment of the above technical solution, the gap between the sleepers is filled with sand, and the center of the sleeper core coincides with the center line of the cutting edge.

In one embodiment, the specification of the sleeper is 16cm x 22cm x 250 cm;

the spacing of the cushion frame is 0.45 m.

Compared with the prior art, the soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure and the construction method thereof consider the influence of unfavorable geological conditions, and aiming at the soil characteristics of low bearing capacity, high compressibility and poor water permeability of the soft soil foundation, the brick moulding bed does not need to treat the soft soil foundation and can be used as a fence to provide construction conditions for constructors; and earth retaining measures such as steel sheet piles are not needed, so that the influence of the collapse of peripheral soil bodies on construction can be avoided, and the safety of constructors is ensured. The soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure and the construction method thereof have the characteristics of cost saving, simple process, high construction efficiency, construction period saving, safety, practicability and the like.

Detailed Description

The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like, referred to or may be referred to in this specification, are defined relative to their configuration, and are relative concepts. The invention relates to a soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure, which comprises:

the sand cushion layer 1 is laid in an excavated soft soil backfill area;

the sleepers 2 are laid on the sand bedding layer 1;

the cushion frame 3 is arranged on the sleeper 2;

the brick moulding bed 4 is arranged on one side of the pad frame 3, and the lower end of the brick moulding bed is provided with a cutting edge which can sink into the sand pad layer 1 through the sleeper 2;

and the mould concrete 5 is formed by pouring concrete into the brick moulding bed 4.

The soft soil foundation brick moulding bed construction structure of the invention considers the influence of bad geological conditions, and aiming at the soil property characteristics of low bearing capacity, large compressibility and poor water permeability of the soft soil foundation, the brick moulding bed 4 does not need to process the soft soil foundation and can be used as a fence to provide construction conditions for constructors; and earth retaining measures such as steel sheet piles are not needed, so that the influence of the collapse of peripheral soil bodies on construction can be avoided, and the safety of constructors is ensured.

Specifically, the gaps among the sleepers 2 are filled with sand, and the centers of the sleepers coincide with the center line of the cutting edge.

Preferably, the dimension of said crosstie 2 is 16cm 22cm 250 cm.

The distance between the cushion frames 3 is 0.45 m.

It should be noted that the clear width and height inside the formwork of the brick moulding bed 4 are consistent with the plane size of the foundation member to be constructed.

Further, the thickness of the brick moulding bed 4 is 250mm, and the cutting edge is arranged at the position of 0.3m of the lower end of the brick moulding bed.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the retractor and the stress bar.

Preferably, the inner side of the template of the brick moulding bed 4 is provided with a draw hook 6, and a stress bar 7 is connected between the draw hooks 6.

Optionally, the form of the brick moulding bed 4 is a 15mm thick wooden form.

The specification of the draw hook 6 is [email protected] 600. [email protected] indicates that the draw hooks 6 have a diameter of 6mm and are arranged at a distance of 600 mm.

step 101, backfilling a soft soil area to be excavated with coarse sand to form a sand cushion layer 1, and paying off on the sand cushion layer 1.
