However, the existing mineral insulated cable generally has the problems of unreasonable structure, difficult installation, easy damp of a joint, lower voltage grade than the domestic low-voltage grade, high manufacturing cost and the like, and the bending performance and high fire resistance requirements are difficult to meet higher requirements.

(2) The mica tape layer 112 in the invention comprises a three-in-one synthetic mica tape, does not contain crystal water, has a melting point of 1375 ℃, has good high temperature resistance, is suitable for a fire-resistant temperature of 950-. The mica tape layer 112 not only has a fire-resistant function, but also has an insulation function, and the insulation resistivity of the material is very high, so that the insulation resistance of the insulation layer can be effectively improved.

(3) The fireproof mud layer 30 made of inorganic mineral substances is used as a filling and fireproof protective layer of the cable, and a large amount of water vapor can be generated when the fireproof mud layer 30 is burnt, so that the flame temperature is effectively reduced.

(4) Because the fireproof mud layer 30 is not shaped when just coming out of the die orifice and is easy to deform under external force, the cable is not round, and particularly the cable is easy to overflow from the band gap when being extruded on a take-up reel, the fireproof mud layer 30 utilizes the optimal proportion and adopts an extrusion type nylon die to ensure that the fireproof mud layer 30 fills the cable core gap of the multi-core cable as much as possible, so that the thickness outside the cable core gap is reduced as much as possible, and the rounding degree of the cable is ensured.

(5) The insulating layer 113 separates the mica tape layer 112 and the fireclay layer 30, and prevents water in the fireclay layer 30 from permeating into the mica tape layer 112 to lower its insulation resistance.
