1. An interface assembly device, for assembly of an interface assembly, the interface assembly comprising a male end and a female end; the interface assembling equipment comprises an assembling mechanism, an equipment machine table and a driving mechanism;

the assembling mechanism is provided with a first positioning part, and the equipment machine table is provided with a second positioning part; one of the male end and the female end is in positioning fit with the first positioning part, and the other of the male end and the female end is in positioning fit with the second positioning part; the first positioning part and/or the second positioning part comprise/comprises a special-shaped positioning surface which is matched with the male end and/or the female end in a positioning way;

the driving mechanism drives the assembling mechanism and/or the equipment machine table to move between an initial position and a matching position; when the assembly mechanism and/or the equipment machine table are located at the matching position, the first positioning portion is matched with the second positioning portion, and the male end is buckled with the female end.

2. The interface assembly apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus table includes a mating surface provided with the second positioning portion, the first positioning portion being disposed toward the mating surface;

the driving mechanism comprises a first driving piece matched with the assembling mechanism and/or the equipment machine table, and the driving direction of the first driving piece is perpendicular to the matching surface.

3. The interface assembly apparatus of claim 2, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a second driving member coupled to the assembly mechanism and/or the apparatus platform, the driving direction of the second driving member being parallel to the coupling surface.

4. The interface assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the assembly mechanism includes a vacuum emitter and a vacuum nozzle in communication with the vacuum emitter, the vacuum nozzle being disposed at the first positioning portion.

5. The interface assembly apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first positioning portion includes a first bottom surface and a shaped positioning surface extending from the first bottom surface toward the apparatus table; the vacuum suction nozzle is arranged on the first bottom surface.

The interface assembly apparatus of claim 5, wherein the male or female end comprises an interface body and a coaxial line connected to the interface body; an opening is formed in the special-shaped positioning surface, the interface main body is in positioning fit with the special-shaped positioning surface, and the coaxial line is matched with the opening.

The interface assembly device of claim 1, wherein the male end or the female end comprises a component body and an interface body disposed on the component body; the second positioning part comprises a second bottom surface and a positioning seat extending from the second bottom surface to the assembling mechanism, and the part main body is arranged in the positioning seat and is matched with the positioning seat in structure.

8. The interface assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second positioning portion comprises an antistatic bakelite.

10. An interface assembly, assembled using an interface assembly device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the interface assembly comprising a male end and a female end;

the male end comprises a male end interface main body and a male end interface arranged on the male end interface main body, and the female end comprises a female end interface main body and a female end interface arranged on the female end interface main body;

the male end interface is matched with the female end interface in structure, and the outer surface of the male end interface main body and/or the female end interface main body is provided with a special-shaped surface matched with the special-shaped positioning surface in structure.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic technology, and more particularly, to an interface assembly apparatus and an interface assembly.

Background

In the related art, electronic devices such as mobile phones generally include various signal transmission lines, and the signal transmission lines involve engagement of interfaces at the connection points. However, the male end interface and the female end interface in the related art usually adopt the auxiliary clamp of manual cooperation to realize the lock connection, and on the one hand, the clamp of the auxiliary clamp is got the operation inconvenience, and on the other hand, the manual control anchor clamps also can influence the butt joint precision and the butt joint pressure of the male end interface and the female end interface, cause the operating efficiency low, the interface card is bad and the interface does not block the joint and targets in place the scheduling problem.

Disclosure of Invention

The present disclosure provides an interface assembly apparatus and an interface assembly to improve the fastening efficiency of the interface assembly and the accuracy and convenience of the fastening operation.

According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, an interface assembly apparatus is provided for assembly of an interface assembly, the interface assembly comprising a male end and a female end; the interface assembling equipment comprises an assembling mechanism, an equipment machine table and a driving mechanism;

the assembling mechanism is provided with a first positioning part, and the equipment machine table is provided with a second positioning part; one of the male end and the female end is in positioning fit with the first positioning part, and the other of the male end and the female end is in positioning fit with the second positioning part; the first positioning part and/or the second positioning part comprise/comprises a special-shaped positioning surface which is matched with the male end and/or the female end in a positioning way;

the driving mechanism drives the assembling mechanism and/or the equipment machine table to move between an initial position and a matching position; when the assembly mechanism and/or the equipment machine table are located at the matching position, the first positioning portion is matched with the second positioning portion, and the male end is buckled with the female end.

Optionally, the equipment machine includes a fitting surface provided with the second positioning portion, and the first positioning portion is disposed toward the fitting surface;

the driving mechanism comprises a first driving piece matched with the assembling mechanism and/or the equipment machine table, and the driving direction of the first driving piece is perpendicular to the matching surface.

Optionally, the driving mechanism further includes a second driving member engaged with the assembling mechanism and/or the equipment machine, and a driving direction of the second driving member is parallel to the engaging surface.

Optionally, the assembling mechanism includes a vacuum emitter and a vacuum nozzle communicated with the vacuum emitter, and the vacuum nozzle is disposed at the first positioning portion.

Optionally, the first positioning portion includes a first bottom surface and a special-shaped positioning surface extending from the first bottom surface toward the machine table of the equipment; the vacuum suction nozzle is arranged on the first bottom surface.

Optionally, the male end or the female end includes an interface main body and a coaxial line connected to the interface main body; an opening is formed in the special-shaped positioning surface, the interface main body is in positioning fit with the special-shaped positioning surface, and the coaxial line is matched with the opening.

Optionally, the male end or the female end includes a component body and an interface body disposed on the component body; the second positioning part comprises a second bottom surface and a positioning seat extending from the second bottom surface to the assembling mechanism, and the part main body is arranged in the positioning seat and is matched with the positioning seat in structure.

Optionally, the second positioning portion is made of antistatic bakelite.

Optionally, the interface assembly device further includes a pressure regulator electrically connected to the driving mechanism, and when the interface assembly device is in a matching state, the pressure regulator is respectively matched to the assembly mechanism and the device machine.

According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an interface assembly for assembly using the interface assembly apparatus, the interface assembly comprising a male end and a female end;

the male end comprises a male end interface main body and a male end interface arranged on the male end interface main body, and the female end comprises a female end interface main body and a female end interface arranged on the female end interface main body;

the male end interface is matched with the female end interface in structure, and the outer surface of the male end interface main body and/or the female end interface main body is provided with a special-shaped surface matched with the special-shaped positioning surface in structure.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.

In the related art, electronic devices such as mobile phones generally include various signal transmission lines, and the signal transmission lines involve engagement of interfaces at the connection points. However, the male end interface and the female end interface in the related art usually adopt the auxiliary clamp to be manually matched to realize the buckling connection, on one hand, the size of the signal transmission line based on the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone is limited, the clamping operation of the auxiliary clamp is inconvenient, on the other hand, the manual control clamp also influences the butt joint precision and the butt joint pressure of the male end interface and the female end interface, and the problems of low operation efficiency, bad interface card, in-place clamping failure of the interface and the like are caused.

The present disclosure provides an interface assembly device 1 for assembling an interface assembly 2, where the interface assembly 2 includes a male end 21 and a female end 22, and the interface assembly device 1 includes an assembly mechanism 11, a device board 12, and a driving mechanism 13. The assembling mechanism 11 is provided with a first positioning portion 111, the equipment table 12 is provided with a second positioning portion 121, one of the male end 21 and the female end 22 is in positioning fit with the first positioning portion 111, and the other of the male end 21 and the female end 22 is in positioning fit with the second positioning portion 121. The first positioning portion 111 and/or the second positioning portion 121 include a shaped positioning surface 1111, and the shaped positioning surface 1111 is in positioning fit with the male end 21 and/or the female end 22. The driving mechanism 13 drives the assembling mechanism 11 and/or the equipment base 12 to move between an initial position and a matching position, when the assembling mechanism 11 and/or the equipment base 12 is located at the matching position, the first positioning portion 111 is matched with the second positioning portion 121, and the male end 21 is buckled with the female end 22.

In the above embodiment, the irregular positioning surface 1111 may refer to an irregular curved surface, and when the irregular curved surface is positioned and matched with the male end 21 or the female end 22 of the interface module 2, there are more positioning references, so that the spatial position precision of the male end 21 or the female end 22 when being matched with the first positioning portion 111 or the second positioning portion 121 is improved, and the relative position relationship between the male end 21 and the female end 22 in the fastening process is accurate.

The driving mechanism 13 drives the assembling mechanism 11 and/or the equipment bench 12 to move between the initial position and the matching position, namely: at least one of the assembling mechanism 11 and the equipment stand 12 is movable between an initial position and a fitting position by a driving mechanism 13. With the direction of gravity as the longitudinal direction, the male end 21 and the female end 22 of the interface module 2 can be fastened by longitudinal pressure to improve the convenience of fastening and applying force, and can also be fastened by transverse pressure or pressure in other directions, which is not limited by the disclosure. Taking as an example that the male end 21 and the female end 22 of the interface module 2 can be fastened by longitudinal pressure:

when the equipment machine 12 is fixed and the driving mechanism 13 drives the assembling mechanism 11, the initial position of the assembling mechanism 11 may be a position where the assembling mechanism 11 grabs the male end 21 or the female end 22; the matching position of the assembling mechanism 11 may be located above the equipment machine 12, and the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 correspond to each other up and down. When the assembling mechanism 11 is fixed and the driving mechanism 13 drives the equipment base 12, the initial position of the equipment base 12 may be a position where the assembling mechanism 11 can conveniently grab the male end 21 or the female end 22, the matching position of the equipment base 12 may be located below the assembling mechanism 11, and the second positioning portion 121 and the first positioning portion 111 correspond to each other up and down.

When the driving mechanism 13 drives the equipment base 12 and the assembling mechanism 11, the initial position of the assembling mechanism 11 may be a position where the assembling mechanism 11 grabs the male end 21 or the female end 22, and the initial position of the equipment base 12 may be a position where the assembling mechanism 11 grabs the male end 21 or the female end 22. The matching position of the assembling mechanism 11 may be located above the equipment base 12, and the matching position of the equipment base 12 is located below the assembling mechanism 11, so that the positions of the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 correspond up and down.

In the above embodiment, the male end 21 and the female end 22 can obtain an accurate relative position relationship and achieve the fastening quickly along with the movement of the assembly mechanism 11 and/or the equipment machine 12, so that the fastening efficiency of the interface assembly 2 and the accuracy and convenience of fastening operation are improved, the problems of low operation efficiency, bad interface card, no fastening of the interface and the like caused by manually matching the auxiliary clamp to fasten the interface assembly 2 are avoided, and the assembly yield is improved. In addition, the first positioning portion 111 and/or the second positioning portion 121 include the special-shaped positioning surface 1111, and the positioning accuracy of the male end 21 and/or the female end 22 and the interface assembling device 1 is improved by the matching of the special-shaped positioning surface 1111 with the male end 21 and/or the female end 22, so that the accuracy of the fastening operation of the male end 21 and the female end 22 is further improved.

The interface assembly 2 may include a male end 21 and a female end 22, the female end 22 including a component body 223 and a female end interface body 221 disposed on the component body 223. It should be noted that the interface assembling apparatus 1 may include one or more assembling mechanisms 11, and the apparatus base 12 may include one or more second positioning portions 121. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the equipment table 12 includes a mating surface 122 provided with the second positioning portion 121, and the first positioning portion 111 is disposed toward the mating surface 122. The driving mechanism 13 includes a first driving member 131 engaged with the assembling mechanism 11, and the driving direction of the first driving member 131 is perpendicular to the engaging surface 122. That is, the first driving element 131 can drive the assembling mechanism 11 to move between the initial position and the fitting position along the direction perpendicular to the fitting surface 122, so that the first positioning portion 111 on the assembling mechanism 11 is close to or away from the second positioning portion 121 on the equipment base 12, the male end 21 or the female end 22 is grabbed at the initial position, and the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 are fitted at the fitting position. When the first positioning portion 111 is engaged with the second positioning portion 121, the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 provide a pressure with a predetermined value for the engagement of the male end 21 and the female end 22, so that the male end 21 and the female end 22 are engaged in place under the pressure with the predetermined value. Since the driving direction of the first driving member 131 is perpendicular to the mating face 122, the moving path and the control method of the assembling mechanism 11 are simplified.

The mating surface 122 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which is taken parallel to the direction of gravity as the longitudinal direction. The first positioning portion 111 of the assembling mechanism 11 and the second positioning portion 121 of the equipment machine 12 correspond to each other in position in the longitudinal direction, and the male end interface 212 of the male end 21 and the female end interface 222 of the female end 22, which are in positioning fit with the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121, correspond to each other in position in the longitudinal direction, so that the assembling mechanism 11 can be matched with the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 after moving in the longitudinal direction. Based on the above structure setting and the moving path setting of the assembling mechanism 11, the interface assembling device 1 is conveniently controlled, and the operation convenience of the assembling mechanism 11 and the device machine 12 is improved.

In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the equipment table 12 includes a mating surface 122 provided with the second positioning portion 121, and the first positioning portion 111 is disposed toward the mating surface 122. The driving mechanism 13 includes a first driving member 131 and a second driving member 132 engaged with the assembling mechanism 11, the driving direction of the first driving member 131 is perpendicular to the engaging surface 122, and the driving direction of the second driving member 132 is parallel to the engaging surface 122. The first driving member 131 can drive the assembling mechanism 11 to move in a direction perpendicular to the mating surface 122, so that the first positioning portion 111 on the assembling mechanism 11 is close to or far away from the second positioning portion 121 on the equipment machine 12 in the direction perpendicular to the mating surface 122. The second driving member 132 can drive the assembling mechanism 11 to move in a direction parallel to the mating surface 122, so as to realize the translation of the assembling mechanism 11 or the rotation around the rotation axis perpendicular to the mating surface 122. The above-mentioned translational movement and rotation of the assembly mechanism 11 are performed in a direction parallel to the mating surface 122, so as to achieve alignment of the male connector 212 and the female connector 222, and achieve the grabbing action and the buckling action of the male end 21 or the female end 22 by cooperating with the driving of the first driving member 131.

In some embodiments, the interface assembly apparatus 1 further includes a pressure regulator 14 electrically connected to the driving mechanism 13, the pressure regulator 14 may be assembled on the assembly mechanism 1 or the apparatus table 12, and when the interface assembly apparatus 1 is in the fitting state, the pressure regulator 14 is fitted to the assembly mechanism 11 and the apparatus table 12, respectively. Since the pressure between the preset position of the assembling mechanism 11 and the preset position of the equipment machine 12 is positively correlated to the fastening pressure acting on the male end 21 and the female end 22 when the interface assembling equipment 1 is in the matching state, the preset position of the assembling mechanism 11 may be the first positioning portion 111, the preset position of the equipment machine 12 may be the second positioning portion 121, and the fastening pressure between the corresponding male end 21 and the female end 22 can be obtained by monitoring the pressure between the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 through the pressure regulator 14. The pressure regulator 14 is matched with the assembling mechanism 11 and the equipment machine 12 to indirectly monitor the fastening pressure between the male end 21 and the female end 22, so that the structural interference of the pressure regulator 14 on the fastening of the male end 21 and the female end 22 is avoided, and the flexibility of the arrangement position of the pressure regulator 14 is improved. The locking pressure between the male end 21 and the female end 22 is monitored, and is adjusted through the driving mechanism 13, so that the locking pressure can be controlled in a safe range, and the problems that an interface card is broken, the interface is not locked in place and the like are solved.

In other embodiments, the pressure regulator 14 may also be respectively matched with the male end 21 or the female end 22 when the interface assembly apparatus 1 is in the matching state to directly obtain the buckling pressure acting between the male end 21 and the female end 22, which is not limited by the disclosure.

For example, when the fastening pressure between the male end 21 and the female end 22 is detected to be smaller than the preset value, the driving mechanism 13 can control the device mechanism to continue moving toward the equipment base 12 in the direction perpendicular to the mating surface 122, so as to make the fastening pressure reach the preset value.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the assembling mechanism 11 may further include a vacuum emitter 113 and a vacuum nozzle 112 communicating with the vacuum emitter 113, the vacuum nozzle 112 being disposed at the first positioning portion 111. The vacuum suction nozzle 112 arranged on the first positioning part 111 can efficiently realize the grabbing of the male end 21 or the female end 22, and the efficiency of positioning and matching the first positioning part 111 and the male end 21 or the female end 22 is improved. Wherein, the vacuum suction nozzle 112 may be provided with an opening for being disposed on the first positioning portion 111.

For example, when the assembly mechanism 11 moves to the initial position, the male end 21 or the female end 22 is located above the first positioning portion 111, and the vacuum suction nozzle 112 can be turned on to suck the male end 21 or the female end 22 to the first positioning portion 111 by the suction force of the vacuum suction nozzle 112, and when the first positioning portion 111 includes the shaped positioning surface 1111, the gripping and positioning of the male end 21 or the female end 22 are realized by the suction force and the positioning cooperation between the shaped positioning surface 1111 and the male end 21 or the female end 22.

Further, the assembly mechanism 11 further includes a connection pipe 114, the vacuum emitter 113 may be disposed at any position of the assembly mechanism 11 or the interface assembly apparatus 1, the connection pipe 114 is respectively communicated with the vacuum suction nozzle 112 and the vacuum emitter 113, the vacuum suction force is transmitted to the vacuum suction nozzle 112 on the first positioning portion 111 through the connection pipe 114, the male end 21 or the female end 22 can be grasped in the same manner, the flexibility of the vacuum emitter 113 is improved, and the space occupation at the first positioning portion 111 is avoided.

In one embodiment, the first positioning portion 111 includes a first bottom surface 1112 and a profiled positioning surface 1111 extending from the first bottom surface 1112 toward the equipment platform 12, and the vacuum suction nozzle 112 is disposed on the first bottom surface 1112. The vacuum nozzle 112 is disposed on the first bottom surface 1112 such that the vacuum direction is perpendicular to the male end 21 or the female end 22, thereby facilitating gripping of the female end 22 behind the male end 21. And the special-shaped positioning surface 1111 formed by extending from the first bottom surface 1112 towards the equipment machine 12 can position the male end 21 or the female end 22 in the vacuum suction grabbing process, so that grabbing and positioning efficiency is improved.

In the above embodiments, the male end 21 or the female end 22 may include an interface body and a coaxial line 213 connected to the interface body. Taking the positioning and matching of the male end 21 and the first positioning portion 111 as an example, the male end 21 includes a male interface main body 211 and a coaxial line 213 connected to the male interface main body 211, an opening is provided on the special-shaped positioning surface 1111, the interface main body is positioned and matched with the special-shaped positioning surface 1111, and the coaxial line 213 is matched with the opening. Through the structure, the male end 21 or the female end 22 with the coaxial line 213 is conveniently positioned and matched with the first positioning part 111, and the structural interference between the coaxial line 213 and the special-shaped positioning surface 1111 is avoided.

The special-shaped positioning surface 1111 may be a special-shaped curved surface formed by connecting a plurality of arc-shaped surfaces, the opening is formed between the starting end and the tail end of the special-shaped curved surface, the male end interface main body 211 or the female end interface main body 221 is in positioning fit with the space defined by the special-shaped curved surface, and the coaxial line 213 of the male end 21 or the female end 22 extends out of the opening.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the male end 21 or the female end 22 includes a component main body 223 and an interface main body disposed on the component main body 223, taking as an example that the female end 22 includes the component main body 223 and a female end interface main body 221 disposed on the component main body 223, the second positioning portion 121 includes a second bottom surface 1211 and a positioning seat 1212 extending from the second bottom surface 1211 toward the assembling mechanism 11, and the component main body 223 is disposed in the positioning seat 1212 and is structurally matched with the positioning seat 1212. The inner surface of the positioning seat 1212 facing the female end 22 may be provided with a plurality of positioning protrusions 1212a, and the positioning protrusions 1212a are respectively in positioning fit with the respective portions of the component main body 223, so that the positioning reference of the positioning seat 1212 is increased, and the positioning effect on the female end interface main body 221 is improved. Based on the positioning fit between the first positioning portion 111 and the male end 21 and the positioning fit between the second positioning portion 121 and the female end 22, the relative position relationship between the female end interface main body 221 and the male end interface main body 211 is determined.

The component main body 223 may be a main board, a front shell assembly, a rear shell assembly, a complete machine and other structural members of the electronic device, taking the component main body 223 as the rear shell assembly as an example, the rear shell assembly includes a rear shell and a main board arranged on the rear shell, and the main board is provided with a female-end interface main body 221. The positioning space surrounded by the positioning seat 1212 can be matched with the rear case structure, and because the relative position relationship between the main board and the rear case is fixed and the relative position relationship between the female-end interface main body 221 and the main board is fixed, the positioning of the rear case, the main board arranged on the rear case and the female-end interface main body 221 arranged on the main board can be realized by the positioning fit of the rear case and the positioning seat 1212. It should be noted that, the electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a medical terminal, and the like, and the disclosure does not limit this.

It should be noted that the material of the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121 may be metal or anti-static bakelite capable of preventing scratches. When the first positioning portion 111 is used to position the male connector body 211 or the female connector body 221, the first positioning portion 111 may be made of stainless steel to improve the positioning accuracy. In particular, the material of the first positioning portion 111 may be 304 stainless steel, so as to further control the positioning tolerance and improve the positioning accuracy. When the male end interface main body 211 or the female end interface main body 221 is disposed on the component main body 223, the second positioning portion 121 can position the component main body 223, and the second positioning portion 121 can be made of antistatic bakelite to avoid scratching the component main body 223.

The present disclosure further proposes an interface assembly 2, as shown in fig. 8, assembled using the above-mentioned interface assembly device 1, the interface assembly 2 comprising a male end 21 and a female end 22. The male end 21 includes a male end interface body 211 and a male end interface 212 disposed on the male end interface body 211, and the female end 22 includes a female end interface body 221 and a female end interface 222 disposed on the female end interface body 221. The male interface 212 is structurally matched with the female interface 222, and the outer surface of the male interface main body 211 and/or the female interface main body 221 is provided with a special-shaped surface 2111 structurally matched with the special-shaped positioning surface 1111.

The structural matching between the male interface 212 and the female interface 222 can mean that, when the male interface 212 is a slot-type structure, the female interface 222 is a bump structure capable of being inserted into the slot-type structure. The structural matching between the special-shaped surface 2111 and the special-shaped positioning surface 1111 may mean that the special-shaped surface 2111 and the opposite positioning surface have the same structural shape, so that when the male-end interface main body 211 and/or the female-end interface main body 221 are in positioning fit with the special-shaped positioning surface 1111, the special-shaped surface 2111 is attached to each part of the opposite positioning surface, thereby realizing positioning fit based on a plurality of positioning references.

That is, the irregular surface 2111 may be an irregular surface formed by an irregular surface, and when the irregular surface is matched with the irregular positioning surface 1111 of the interface assembly device 1, there are more positioning references, so that the spatial position precision of the male end 21 or the female end 22 is improved, and the relative position relationship between the male end 21 and the female end 22 in the fastening process is accurate.

The interface assembling apparatus 1 of the present disclosure includes an assembling mechanism 11 and an apparatus machine 12, the assembling mechanism 11 is provided with a first positioning portion 111, and the apparatus machine 12 is provided with a second positioning portion 121. The male end 21 is in positioning fit with one of the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121, and the female end 22 is in positioning fit with the other of the first positioning portion 111 and the second positioning portion 121, so that the male end 21 and the female end 22 can quickly obtain an accurate relative position relationship along with the movement of the assembling mechanism 11 and/or the equipment machine 12 and achieve buckling, and the buckling efficiency of the interface assembly 2 and the precision and convenience of the buckling operation are improved. In addition, the first positioning portion 111 and/or the second positioning portion 121 include the special-shaped positioning surface 1111, and the positioning accuracy of the male end 21 and/or the female end 22 and the interface assembling device 1 is improved by the matching of the special-shaped positioning surface 1111 with the male end 21 and/or the female end 22, so that the accuracy of the fastening operation of the male end 21 and the female end 22 is further improved.
