and the lifting device 2 drives the wire placing frame 1 to move in the vertical direction.

In the embodiment, the lifting device 2 is used for driving the wire placing frame 1 to move up and down in the vertical direction, and when the cable is long, the lifting device 2 lifts the wire placing frame 1 and folds the cable, so that the cable is not wound together too loosely; when the cable is short, the lifting device 2 puts down the wire placing frame 1, so that the length of the cable is matched with the height of the wire placing frame 1. Through the mutual cooperation of putting wire frame 1 and elevating gear 2 that sets up, the height of wire frame 1 is put in the regulation that can be convenient, swift, and then is convenient for conclude the cable, does not receive the restriction of cable length, can adapt to more complicated environment for accomodate more simply.

The lifting motor 211 may be a three-phase asynchronous motor with an aluminum alloy casing, and the winding 213 may be a stranded wire made of an alloy material.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the lifting device 2 includes a second lifting device 22, the second lifting device 22 includes a cylinder 221 and a rack 222, the cylinder 221 is fixedly installed on the top of the unit 3, and the acting direction is a vertical direction; the supporter 222 is mounted on the cylinder 221 and supported below the wire placing frame 1.

In this embodiment, the cylinder 221 can adjust the height of the rack 222 up and down, and the rack 222 is adapted to the wire placing frame 1, so as to effectively support the wire placing frame 1 and simultaneously change the height of the wire placing frame 1 in cooperation with the first lifting device 21. The second lifting device 22 can play a role of auxiliary support, and prevent the wire placing frame 1 and the cable from being heavier, which causes the winding 213 to be heavier in load and cause breakage and damages the first lifting device 21.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the wire arranging device may further include a wire clamping device 4 disposed corresponding to the cable, wherein the wire clamping device 4 includes a hinge shaft 41, an elastic member 42, a driving device 43 and two action bars 44; the two action bars 44 are cross-connected by the hinge shaft 41;

for the articulated shaft 41, the action lever 44 comprises two action ends: a wire clamping end 441 and a driving end 442; the two wire-clamping ends 441 have a clamping position where they are close to each other to clamp the cable and a releasing position where they are away from each other to release the cable during the rotation of the two actuating levers 44 relative to the hinge shaft 41;

the elastic member 42 acts on at least one of the acting ends and drives the wire clamping end 441 to move to the clamping position; the actuating means 43 drives the reaction end against the opposing movement of the resilient member to move the wire clamping end 441 to the release position.

In this embodiment, after the lifting device 2 finishes lifting the opposite wire frames 1, the cables need to be fixed, and at this time, the elastic member 42 acts on the acting end to make the two wire clamping ends 441 close to the clamping position for clamping the cables, so as to fix the cables and prevent the cables from being scattered; when the lifting device 2 needs to lift the opposite wire frame 1, the driving device 43 drives the driving end 442, so that the driving end 442 overcomes the force of the elastic element 42, the two wire clamping ends 441 are far away from each other to reach the releasing position for releasing the cable, the cable is loosened, and the subsequent lifting of the opposite wire frame 1 and the cable is completed.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the wire clamping device 4 further includes a supporting frame 45 and a sliding rod 46 mounted on the supporting frame 45, the acting end is slidably sleeved on the sliding rod 46, and the wire clamping end 441 is switched between the clamping position and the releasing position along with the sliding of the acting end relative to the sliding rod 46; the elastic member 42 is a coil spring sleeved on the sliding rod 46, and two ends of the coil spring are abutted against the acting end and the supporting frame 45.

As an alternative embodiment, the driving device 43 includes a driving rod 431 and an acting boss 432, the driving rod 431 moves along the direction perpendicular to the sliding rod 46, the acting boss 432 has a driving inclined surface, and during the movement of the driving rod 431, the driving inclined surface pushes the acting end to slide on the sliding rod 46 against the acting force of the elastic piece 42.

In this embodiment, when the cable needs to be fixed, the driving rod 431 abuts against the acting boss 432 to move perpendicularly to the sliding rod 46, and the section of the acting boss 432 with the smaller driving slope diameter is in contact with the driving end 442, so that the two wire clamping ends 441 are close to each other to fix the cable; when it is necessary to release the cable, the driving rod 431 is pushed against the action boss 432 and reversely moved perpendicularly to the sliding rod 46, and the section of the action boss 432 having the larger driving slope diameter is brought into contact with the driving end 442, so that the two wire clamping ends 441 are away from each other, and the cable is released.

It can be seen that the thread tension device for the machine room of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, through the mutual cooperation of the thread tension device and the lifting device, is different from the traditional fixed thread tension head, and once the cable is fixed, the position is difficult to change, and the thread tension device can be opened and closed at any time, and then can carry out effective retention to the cable, and can adjust the position of the cable at will.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a strip-shaped groove 11 is formed in a side wall of the wire placing frame 1, a storage frame 12 is arranged in the middle of the wire placing frame, and a wire through hole is formed in the bottom of the wire placing frame.

In this embodiment, the strip-shaped groove 11 can reduce the weight of the wire placing frame 1, the accommodating frame 12 can place cables and other machine set parts, and the wire through hole at the bottom is convenient for the cables to pass through, so as to accommodate the cables extending out of the machine set 3.

Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to any of the above embodiments of the wire-placing device for a machine room, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide a machine room, which, with reference to fig. 6 and 7, includes: the system comprises a house body 5, units 3 and a line arranging device, wherein at least one group of the units 3 is arranged in the house body; the unit 3 is provided with the line placing device for the machine room according to any of the embodiments described above.

As an optional embodiment, the computer room is a communication computer room.
