The zipper is a common article in daily life and is widely applied to articles such as clothes, bags and the like. Generally, a slide fastener includes a fastener tape, fastener elements fixed to the fastener tape, and a slider for coupling and decoupling the fastener elements on two fastener tapes.

A few zipper tapes in the market today are of a double-layer structure, which mainly adopts an ultrasonic wave compression technique or a die guide mode, and the two modes forcibly change a single-layer cloth tape into a double-layer tape, and fold the single-layer cloth into the double-layer tape by post-processing and other modes. The zipper tapes produced by the methods can generate folding resilience, so that the zipper tapes with a double-layer structure are difficult to apply to special clothing, bags and other products. This not only results in a time-consuming process of sewing the zipper, but also results in a large consumption of raw materials, which increases the cost of the zipper sewing process.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an organization structure of a fastener tape body 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a cross section of the fastener tape body 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is a partial schematic view of a slide fastener 200 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a cross section of the slide fastener 200 provided in an embodiment of the present application, in order to be able to produce a double-layer fastener tape 100 with good quality, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, according to a first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, there is provided a fastener tape 100 for forming the slide fastener 200. The fastener tape 100 includes a fastener tape body 10 and fastener elements 20 fixed on side edges of the fastener tape body 10, the fastener tape body 10 including a first layer fastener tape 11 and a second layer fastener tape 12. The first layer fastener tapes 11 and the second layer fastener tapes 12 each extend in the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 100. The fastener elements 20 are fixed to a first side edge of the first layer fastener tape 11. The second-layer link belt 12 is disposed opposite to the first-layer link belt 11. The side of the second layer fastener tape 12 away from the fastener elements 20 is connected to the second side of the first layer fastener tape 11 by a sewing thread 15. The sewing thread 15 participates in the weaving process of the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12 at the same time, and connects the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12 together to play a role of sewing. The link body 10 is constructed as an integrally formed structure directly forming the first and second layers of the links 11 and 12 through a weaving process. The first side edge is referred to as a first side edge (i.e., a side edge on which the fastener element 20 is attached, i.e., a left side edge in fig. 1) in the width direction of the first-layer fastener tape 11, and the other side edge (i.e., a side edge away from the fastener element 20, i.e., a right side edge in the drawing) is referred to as a second side edge.

The "direct forming" means that the first layer chain belt 11 and the second layer chain belt 12 are formed at one time through a single process of the weaving process, instead of forming the first layer chain belt 11 through the first process, forming the second layer chain belt 12 through the second process, and then connecting the two layer chain belts through a process of post-rework, or forming the two layer chain belts by folding the side edges of the side of the chain belt body 10 away from the fastener elements 20.

Through the technical scheme, the zipper strips 100 with the double-layer structures (the first layer of the zipper strips 11 and the second layer of the zipper strips 12) can be completed at one time in the weaving process, the zipper strips 100 do not need to be subjected to secondary treatment by other functional equipment or devices in the subsequent process (such as edge folding equipment or ultrasonic devices such as ultrasonic welding and the like for forcibly changing the single-layer zipper strips 100 into the double-layer zipper strips 100), the process steps are simple, and batch and stable production is convenient to realize. Moreover, different with forming bilayer structure through folding among the prior art, because bilayer structure's of this application zipper strip 100 is weaving direct integrated into one piece of in-process, directly pass through stylolite 15 at the junction of first layer chain belt 11 and second floor chain belt 12 and connect, need not folding, do not store stress, the bilayer structure who finally obtains is stable, under the natural state, fold condition keeps the original state, does not kick-back, does not produce the fold, reduces defective products and produces, can the mass stabilization production. Therefore, the fastener tape 100 of a double-layer structure with good quality can be produced by the above-described scheme.

Alternatively, the width of the second layer of the link belt 12 is smaller than the width of the first layer of the link belt 11. The width difference between the first layer fastener tapes 11 and the second layer fastener tapes 12 makes the sewing process of the corresponding slide fastener 200 easy to perform, for example, when sewing the fastener elements 20, since the side edges of the second layer fastener tapes 12 are spaced apart from the fastener elements 20, only the first side edges of the first layer fastener tapes 11 need to be sewn to the fastener elements 20, and the second layer fastener tapes 100 do not interfere with the sewing process of the first layer fastener tapes 100 and the fastener elements 20 due to the width difference. Moreover, when the edge portion 401 of the sewn article 400 is sewn to the fastener tape body 10, for example, fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a sewn state of the fastener chain 200 and the sewn article 400 provided in the first embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the sewn article 400 and the second layer fastener tape 100 are respectively located on both sides of the first layer fastener tape 100, and an overlapping width of the edge portion 401 and the fastener tape body 10 may be equal to a width of the second fastener tape 100, so that a portion of the edge portion 401 overlapping the fastener tape body 10 and the second layer fastener tape 100 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the first layer fastener tape 100, so that strength of both sides of the first layer fastener tape 100 is uniform, the sewn article 400 is enabled to be wrinkle-free during sewing, and aesthetic appearance of a final product is improved.

In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first layer link belt 11 includes a plurality of first warps 111 and a plurality of first wefts 112, and the first wefts 112 and the first warps 111 are interwoven with each other; the second layer of the link belts 12 includes a plurality of second warp threads 121 and a plurality of second weft threads 122, and the second weft threads 122 and the second warp threads 121 are interwoven with each other. The sewing thread 15 is interwoven with at least a part of the first weft thread 112 and at least a part of the second weft thread 122, respectively, so that the first layer fastener tape 100 and the second layer fastener tape 100 are joined by the sewing thread 15. The sewing thread 15 is interwoven with the first weft thread 112 once (back and forth), and the sewing thread 15 is then interwoven with the second weft thread 122 once (back and forth) next time, all the while being in interweaving, and sometimes the first weft thread 112 is not interwoven with the sewing thread 15 at times.

The first and second layer fastener tapes 100 and 100 have respective warp and weft threads, and the first weft thread 112 and the first warp thread 111 in the first layer fastener tape 100 are not interlaced with the second weft thread 122 and the second warp thread 121 in the second layer fastener tape 100, which facilitates the formation of the first and second layer fastener tapes 100 and 100 separated at the junction. Moreover, the sewing thread 15 is interwoven with only the first weft 112 and the second weft 122, not the first warp 111 and the second warp 121, on the one hand, facilitating the joining of the first layer fastener tape 100 and the second layer fastener tape 100 with a minimum width, and on the other hand, making the sewing position more flat and more aesthetically pleasing.

In order to increase the aesthetic appearance of the fastener tape 100, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the edge of the second side edge of the first layer fastener tape 11 is a first edge 113, and the first edge 113 is formed as a circular arc edge formed by the first weft thread 112 turning at the first edge 113; an edge of the side of the second-layer fastener tape 12 remote from the fastener elements 20 is a second edge 123, and the second edge 123 is formed as a circular arc edge formed by the second weft 122 turning around at the second edge 123.

During the specific weaving process of the link belt body 10, the weft yarns of the first weft yarn 112 and the second weft yarn 122 need to be reciprocated back and forth, and when the weft yarns reach the corresponding first edge 113 or the second edge 123, the weft yarns are turned around, so that the first edge 113 and the second edge 123 form a circular arc edge. The arc edge is not only beautiful, but also smooth in the sewing process, is not easy to hook with the sewed object 400 and is not easy to generate uncomfortable feeling to human body when contacting with human body.

At the time of weaving, the first weft 112 or the second weft 122 is sometimes not interlaced with the sewing thread 15 and sometimes interlaced with the sewing thread 15, in other words, the first weft 112 and the second weft 122 at some positions are sometimes not interlaced with the sewing thread 15 at the same time, and therefore the tension lines of the first weft 112 and the second weft 122 are varied during the interlacing, possibly resulting in the occurrence of an uneven surface.

Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a twill weave of the link belt body 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in order to solve the above problem, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the first layer link belt 11 includes a first layer link belt main body 114, a first stitched section 115, and a first support section 116 connected in sequence along a width direction of the link belt body 10. The first weft threads 112 extend from one end to the other end of the first layer link belt 11 in the width direction of the link belt, and are interwoven with the warp threads in the first layer link belt main body 114, the first stitched sections 115, and the first support sections 116, respectively. The sewing thread 15 is interlaced with the first weft thread 112 of at least a part of the first sewing segments 115, in other words, the sewing thread 15 is connected with the first sewing segments 115 of the first layer of the link belts 11 in particular. The first warp threads 111 are provided in the first layer link belt main body 114 and the first sewn sections 115, the first warp threads 111 are not provided in the first support sections 116, and instead, the third warp threads 117 are provided in the first support sections 116. The third warp 117 is not interwoven with the first weft 112, and the first weft 112 passes over or under the third warp 117. The diameter of the third warp yarn 117 is larger than the diameter of the first warp yarn 111. "the third warp 117 is not interwoven with the first weft 112" means that the first weft 112 passes over or under the third warp 117, and the first weft 112 exerts no force on the third warp 117.

The second layer chain belt 12 includes a second layer chain belt main body, a second sewing section and a second supporting section which are connected in sequence. The second weft threads 122 extend from one end to the other end of the second layer of the link belt 12 in the width direction of the link belt, and are interwoven with the warp threads in the second layer of the link belt main body, the second stitched section, and the second support section, respectively. The sewing thread 15 is interlaced with the second weft 122 of at least a part of the second sewing segment, in other words, the sewing thread 15 is connected with the second sewing segment of the second layer fastener tape 12 in particular. The second warp threads 121 are disposed in the second layer chain belt main body and the second sewing segment, the second warp threads 121 not disposed in the second supporting segment, and instead, the fourth warp threads 124 are disposed in the second supporting segment. The fourth warp 124 is not interwoven with the second weft 122. The diameter of the fourth warp thread 124 is larger than the diameter of the second warp thread 121. "the fourth warp 124 is not interwoven with the second weft 122" means that the second weft 122 passes over or under the fourth warp 124, and the second weft 122 exerts no force on the fourth warp 124.

In the above technical solution, since the supporting section is provided next to the sewing section, and the thicker third warp 117 or fourth warp 124 is provided in the supporting section, the strength is higher, and the supporting section can play a supporting role, resist the changed tension of the first weft 112 and the second weft 122, and prevent the connecting position of the first layer fastener tape 100 and the second layer fastener tape 100 from being uneven. In addition, the third warp 117 and the fourth warp 124 can also play a role of separation, so that peripheral yarns are prevented from being influenced in the process that the sewing thread 15 is interwoven with the first layer zipper tape 100 and the second layer zipper tape 100, and defective products such as heavy yarns or skip yarns are prevented from occurring.

The position tension value that the weft was at the edge turn around (being first support section 116 and the second support section) of keeping away from the side of zip fastener tooth 20 department, the position tension value of turn around is great, in the above-mentioned technical scheme, through setting up the support section that intensity is bigger next to the suture section department that is provided with stylolite 15, bears this tension, prevents that tension from transmitting stylolite 15 department, lets stylolite 15 take place to shift, causes bad products such as hourglass knit to produce.

Alternatively, the third warp 117 and the fourth warp 124 may use a covering material.

In order to improve the surface appearance quality of the joint of the first layer chain belt main body 114 and the second layer chain belt main body, a first isolation section 118 is further arranged between the first layer chain belt main body 114 and the first sewing section 115, 1-4 reed dents in the first isolation section 118 do not penetrate through the first warp 111, and optionally 2 reed dents do not penetrate through the warp; still be provided with the second between second layer chain belt main part and the second section of sewing up and keep apart the section, the warp 121 is not worn to establish by 1 ~ 4 dent in the second isolation section, and optionally, warp is not worn to establish by 2 dents. The reed dent is one of the main components on the loom, shaped like a comb, and is used to determine the density of the warp yarns, maintain the position of the warp yarns, and tighten the weft yarns.

The sewing thread 15 is interlaced with the first weft 112 and the second weft 122, and then contraction occurs at the joint of the first layer fastener tape 11 and the second layer fastener tape 12, so that the first warp 111 and the second warp 121 are too tight, which may cause a rugged appearance.

In the above-described technical solution, the first sewing segment 115 and the first layer chain belt body 114 can be separated by the first separation segment 118 without passing the warp threads through the plurality of empty dents, and the second sewing segment and the second layer chain belt body can be separated by the second separation segment, thereby preventing the first layer chain belt 11 and the second layer chain belt 12 from being kept flat on the loom.

In the present application, there is no limitation on how the sewn article 400 is sewn to the fastener tape body 10, and in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a surface of the first layer fastener tape 11 on a side facing away from the second layer fastener tape 12 is used to overlap with the edge portion 401 of the sewn article 400. The first layer fastener tape 11 is sandwiched between the second layer fastener tape 12 and the material to be sewn 400. The first layer of chain belts 11 are provided with a first sewing position 91, the second layer of chain belts 12 are provided with a second sewing position 92, and the first sewing position 91 and the second sewing position 92 are used for sewing the first layer of chain belts 11, the second layer of chain belts 12 and the sewed object 400 together. The second sewing position 92 is located on the side of the second layer fastener tape 12 near the fastener element 20. The first sewing position 91 and the second sewing position 92 are equidistant from the fastener elements 20 in the width direction of the fastener tape body 10. In other words, the sewing thread is directly inserted through the material to be sewn 400, the first layer fastener tapes 11, and the second layer fastener tapes 12 in this order, and the first layer fastener tapes 11, the second layer fastener tapes 12, and the material to be sewn 400 are sewn together.

Because the sewed object 400 and the second layer of chain belt 12 are not on the same side of the first layer of chain belt 11, the sewed object 400 and the second layer of chain belt 12 form a symmetrical structure relative to the first layer of chain belt 11, thereby solving the problem of poor strength existing at two sides of the zipper tape 100 in the prior art, enabling the sewed object 400 to be free of wrinkles in the sewing process, and improving the aesthetic property of the final product.

Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a state where the slide fastener 200 is sewn to the sewing object 400 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and in the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, an accommodating space 13 for accommodating an edge portion 401 of the sewing object 400 is formed between the first layer fastener tape 11 and the second layer fastener tape 12. The edge part 401 of the sewed object 400 is clamped between the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12, the second layer of chain belt 12 is clamped between the edge part 401 of the sewed object 400 and the body part 402, and meanwhile, the connecting part 14 between the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12 can also serve as a wrapping edge of the zipper 200, so that the traditional zipper 200 wrapping edge is omitted, the sewing process is further simplified, and the sewing cost is reduced.

In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, at least a part of the link belt body 10 has a twill weave. Optionally, the first layer of chain belt body 114 and the second layer of chain belt body are twill weave respectively, and the grains show about a plurality of "W" shapes, so that the appearance is better.

In one embodiment of the present application, the width of the first-layer fastener tape 11 is an integral multiple of the width of the second-layer fastener tape 12. Alternatively, the ratio of the width of the first-layer link belt 11 to the width of the second-layer link belt 12 is 2:1 or 3: 1.

Used yarn raw materials of first layer chain belt 11 and second floor chain belt 12 in this application, linear density etc. are the same, and basic decorative pattern is twill weave moreover, and basic unit decorative pattern can influence the width of zipper strip 100, because first layer chain belt 11 and second floor chain belt 12 are integrated into one piece structure for the width of first layer chain belt 11 is the integral multiple of the width of second floor chain belt 12.

According to a second aspect of the embodiment of the present application, there is provided a fastener tape manufacturing apparatus 300 for sewing the fastener tape 100 provided in any one of the above embodiments, specifically, for sewing the fastener tape body 10 and the fastener elements 20, and sewing the fastener elements 20 to the fastener tape body 10. Fig. 13 is a schematic structural view of a fastener tape manufacturing apparatus 300 according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 13, the fastener tape manufacturing apparatus 300 includes a fastener tape 100 driving member and a sewing needle plate group. The fastener strip 100 driving element is used to drive the fastener strip 100 to be fed along the length direction of the fastener strip 100. Fig. 14 is an exploded schematic view of a sewing needle plate group of a fastener tape manufacturing apparatus 300 according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 14, the sewing needle plate group includes a first sewing needle plate 301 and a second sewing needle plate 302 that are engaged with each other. As shown in fig. 13, the fastener tape manufacturing apparatus 300 further includes a sewing needle 303, a ground thread looper 304, and a steering wheel 305. The sewing needle plate group is provided with a sewing needle hole, a sewing needle 303 is arranged above the sewing needle plate group, an upper sewing thread 308 penetrates through the sewing needle 303, a bottom thread crochet needle 304 is arranged below the sewing needle plate group, and a bottom thread 309 penetrates through the bottom thread crochet needle 304. In the sewing process, under the action of the driving element of the zipper tape 100, two zipper tape bodies 10 enter the sewing needle plate set of the zipper tape manufacturing apparatus 300 by the steering wheel 305, the upper sewing thread 308 is driven by the sewing needle 303, the bottom thread crochet needle 304 drives the bottom thread 309, and a pair of zipper teeth are sewn on the pair of zipper tape bodies 10 to form the zipper 200 with the double-layer structure of the zipper teeth 20.

In order to facilitate the sewing of the fastener tape body having the double-layer structure, as shown in fig. 14, a fastener tape groove 3011 is provided on a surface of the first sewing needle plate 301 contacting the second layer fastener tape 12, and the fastener tape groove 3011 penetrates the first sewing needle plate 301 in a longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 100. The second layer of links 12 slidably engage the link slots 3011. The width and depth of the fastener tape slot 3011 are adapted to the second layer fastener tape 12 of the fastener tape body 10. When sewing the chain belt body 10 and the fastener teeth 20, the second layer of chain belt 12 can just smoothly pass through the chain belt groove 3011, so that the chain belt body 10 can be limited between the first sewing needle plate 301 and the second sewing needle plate 302 in the width direction of the fastener belt 100, and the problem that the sewing of the chain belt body 10 and the fastener teeth 20 is affected due to the fact that the thickness of the left side and the right side of the fastener belt 100 is inconsistent in the production process can be solved. "left and right" refers to the width direction of the fastener tape 100.

According to a third aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a zipper 200. As shown in fig. 8, the slide fastener 200 includes a first fastener tape 100, a second fastener tape 100, and a slider 201 for coupling or separating the first fastener tape 100 and the second fastener tape 100 to or from each other. At least one of the first fastener strip 100 and the second fastener strip 100 is the fastener strip 100 provided by any of the embodiments described above.

The zipper 200 of the application has the advantages that the zipper belt body 10 on the zipper belt 100 has the double-layer structure, so that the zipper has higher rigidity and strength, the zipper is convenient to form a symmetrical structure with the sewed object 400, the generation of wrinkles of the sewed object 400 (such as cloth) can be effectively prevented, and the attractiveness of corresponding products is improved.

The embodiment also provides an article 400 using the zipper, which adopts the zipper 200 provided in any one of the above contents. The present embodiment provides an article having the same technical effects as the above-described slide fastener 200. The article 400 to which the slide fastener is applied is the sewn article 400 described above. The articles can be bedding such as clothes, bags, tents, quilt cover pillowslip, daily necessities such as finishing bags, and interior articles such as automobile seat covers.

For example: the article is a piece of clothing (an article 400 using a zipper as shown in fig. 15), the piece of clothing has at least one opening, two side portions of the opening are used as article bodies, and opposite side edges of the two side bodies are used as edge portions 401 for connecting with the first layer fastener tapes 11 and the second layer fastener tapes 12 in the zipper 200. By sewing the first layer of chain belts 11 and the second layer of chain belts 12 with the edge portion 401 of the clothing, the double-layer structure has better rigidity and strength, so that the generation of wrinkles of the sewed object 400 (such as cloth) can be effectively prevented, and the aesthetic property of the corresponding product is improved.
