According to the fracture type, the reconstruction plate 1 is used for fixing the fracture end, and then the reconstruction plate 1 and the connecting plate 2 are combined by using the connecting screw 3, and the combination form can be but not limited to T-shaped, H-shaped, triangular, quadrilateral, step-shaped and the like.

The connecting holes 22 on the connecting plate 2 can be connected and matched with any screw holes on the reconstruction plate 1, are not limited by positions, and can form various branch structures or frame structures through combination.

In addition, because the screw hole II 25 on the connecting plate 2 and the screw hole I13 on the reconstruction plate 1 have the same structure, when a combined bone fracture plate comprises one connecting plate 2, the connecting head 21 of one connecting plate 2 can be connected with the screw hole I13 on the reconstruction plate 1 and also can be connected with the screw hole II 25 on the other connecting plate 2, and the combined mode can be achieved, so that stable fixation of the fracture part can be realized.

The invention can solve the problem of various forms of fracture by combining the reconstruction plate 1 and the connecting plate 2, and has good universality.
