Background

Venous transfusion is the most common clinical treatment mode, and at present, in the transfusion process, a patient inevitably pulls a transfusion device in the activities of turning over, relieving the bowels and the like, and a puncture needle of the transfusion device can be separated from a transfusion bottle stopper carelessly. When the puncture needle head of the infusion apparatus is pulled out, the infusion apparatus needs to be replaced again, and the waste and even pollution of the liquid medicine can be caused. The workload of medical care personnel is increased while unknown injury is caused to the patient.

Therefore, a plurality of transfusion anti-falling devices appear in the prior art, but the transfusion anti-falling devices in the prior patent technology are not converted and applied to a transfusion link, and the anti-falling devices in the prior patent technology change the structure of the original puncture mold and need to reopen the mold; the existing automatic assembly equipment also needs to customize part of links, so that no transfusion safety clamp in an ideal state exists at present for the reasons, the problem of transfusion safety is not solved actually, and an improved space still exists in the transfusion process.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the transfusion safety clamp which can prevent a puncture needle head from falling off and can be used for holding a transfusion device, the transfusion safety clamp is directly combined with the existing transfusion puncture device under the condition of not changing the original puncture device mould, the operation is simple, convenient and flexible, the transfusion safety is greatly improved, and the convenience in operation of medical personnel is obviously improved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a transfusion safety clip is characterized in that: comprises a chuck and a positioning sheet;

the clamp head is provided with a clamp groove which can be clamped to the neck of an infusion bottle, a left clamp head plate and a right clamp head plate which are used for an operator to apply force to open the clamp groove, and the left clamp head plate and the right clamp head plate are respectively provided with an infusion needle placing groove and an infusion needle positioning hole;

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the clamping head is clamped on the bottleneck of the infusion bottle through the clamping groove, and the positioning sheet is fixed on the puncture outfit through the positioning part of the puncture outfit, so that the puncture outfit can be stably positioned on the infusion bottle plug, the problem that the puncture outfit is accidentally separated from the infusion bottle plug is avoided, and the infusion safety is improved;

Detailed Description

The infusion safety clip of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

A transfusion safety clip is characterized in that: comprises a clamping head 1 and a positioning sheet 2. The clamp 1 is provided with a clamp groove 11 which can be clamped on the neck of an infusion bottle, and a left clamp head plate 12 and a right clamp head plate 13 which are used for an operator to apply force to open the clamp groove 11. In this embodiment, the size of the notch of the clamping groove 11 is changed by deformation to clamp the infusion bottle or the bottleneck of the infusion bag, and the convenience of deformation and increase of the notch of the clamping groove 11 can be improved by the left and right clamping head plates 12 and 13. An infusion needle placing groove 121 and an infusion needle positioning hole 132 are respectively arranged on the left chuck plate 12 and the right chuck plate 13. The locating plate 2 can be bent, one end of the locating plate 2 is connected to the chuck 1, and the other end of the locating plate is provided with a puncture outfit locating part 23.

Infusion needle resting groove 121 and infusion needle positioning hole 132 are both of a vertically extending structure, and a notch 1211 for allowing an infusion needle to enter infusion needle resting groove 121 from the side is formed in the side of infusion needle resting groove 121. Specifically, when the infusion needle is placed, an infusion tube connected to the rear portion of the infusion needle enters the infusion needle placement groove 121 from the side, and the size of the rear portion of the infusion needle is larger than the size of an upper opening of the infusion needle placement groove 121, so that the rear portion of the infusion needle is supported on the upper end wall of the infusion needle placement groove 121.

The positioning sheet 2 and the chuck 1 are of an integrally formed structure, that is, one end of the positioning sheet 2 corresponding to the chuck 1 is connected with the left chuck plate 12 and the right chuck plate 13 through a connecting part 21. In this embodiment, the clamping head 1 and the positioning plate 2 are made of plastic materials, so that the positioning plate 2 can be bent up and down relative to the clamping head 1, and the positioning plate 2 can be conveniently positioned on the puncture outfit.

The shielding tube 131 can prolong the length of the positioning hole 132 of the infusion needle to avoid the problem that the needle head of the infusion needle is exposed accidentally, and meanwhile, the needle cap of the infusion needle can be sleeved and positioned. Namely, in the infusion stage, the needle cap of the infusion needle can be sleeved on the shielding tube 131.

In order to further facilitate the deformation of the positioning plate 2, a plurality of notches 22 facilitating the deformation are formed on the positioning plate 2, so as to improve the flexibility of the deformed part of the positioning plate 2.

The puncture outfit positioning part 23 is a positioning plug which can be clamped into the puncture outfit 4, namely, the puncture outfit 4 is provided with a positioning groove 41 for clamping the positioning plug, and the positioning groove 41 has simple structure, so the original structure of a puncture outfit mould is not required to be changed when the positioning groove 41 is opened; as another embodiment of the puncture outfit positioning part 23, the puncture outfit positioning part may also be an original air inlet hole on the puncture outfit, and in this embodiment, a channel for communicating the external environment with the air inlet hole needs to be arranged on the puncture outfit positioning part. The number of the positioning plugs is one or two, and the positioning plugs can be selected according to actual requirements during specific use. In the process, the puncture outfit can be directly combined with the existing transfusion puncture outfit under the condition of not changing the original puncture outfit mould, and has the characteristic of simple operation.

When the puncture device is used, the left chuck plate 12 and the right chuck plate 13 are held to be close to each other, the notch 111 of the chuck groove 11 can be opened, then the chuck groove 11 is clamped on the bottleneck of an infusion bottle, the left chuck plate 12 and the right chuck plate 13 are loosened, the chuck groove 11 deforms and recovers by itself, namely the notch 11 of the chuck groove 11 deforms and reduces, the chuck groove 11 is clamped on the bottleneck of the infusion bottle, and the positioning sheet 2 is fixed on the puncture device through the positioning plug, so that the puncture device 4 can be stably positioned on the infusion bottle plug, the problem that the puncture device 4 is accidentally separated from the infusion bottle plug is solved, and the infusion safety is improved;

the left chuck plate 12 and the right chuck plate 13 can be hung or wound by an infusion tube in the infusion apparatus, so that the problem of mopping caused by the overlong infusion tube is avoided; before infusion, an infusion needle of an infusion apparatus can be placed on the infusion needle placing groove 121, so that the problem that the infusion needle drags the ground or pricks a person is avoided; after infusion, can fix a position infusion needle to infusion needle locating hole 132 in, can guarantee depositing of infusion needle, can avoid the unexpected problem of pricking people of infusion needle again, show and made things convenient for taking of medical personnel to infusion bottle and transfusion system.

In the process, the left chuck plate 12 and the right chuck plate 13 can be used for conveniently opening the notches of the chuck grooves 11 and placing and positioning all parts in the infusion apparatus, and the convenience for operating and taking medical workers is obviously improved.
