Background

The water-swelling water-blocking material is a material which swells after meeting water and can be used for blocking water. The most common is the water-swellable seal. The rubber generates 2-3 times of expansion deformation after meeting water, fills all irregular surfaces, cavities and gaps of the joint, generates huge contact pressure and thoroughly prevents leakage. When the joint or construction joint is displaced and the gap exceeds the elastic range of the material, the common rubber water-stopping material loses the water-stopping function.

And the material can also stop water by absorbing water and expanding. The water-swelling rubber is used as the plugging sealing water-stopping material, so that the consumption is saved, the characteristic of elastic fatigue caused by excessive compression of common elastic materials can be eliminated, and the waterproof effect is more reliable.

The water-swellable water plugging material needs to be used in a reaction kettle during production, and raw materials with different components are fully and thoroughly mixed. However, the conventional equipment cannot sufficiently mix the components in the kneading operation. Therefore, the reaction kettle for the mine water-swelling water-plugging material is provided by the technical personnel in the field, so as to solve the problems in the background.
