as shown in fig. 5-8, a rectangular straight groove 37 is formed at a position on one side of the upper end surface of the fixed circular seat 1 corresponding to the embedded straight plate 15, the bottom of the rectangular straight groove 37 is connected to the annular sliding groove 27, the outer ring of the embedded straight plate 15 is fixed in the rectangular straight groove 37 by bonding, an adjustable positioning column 38 is arranged at the bottom of the embedded straight plate 15, and a plurality of positioning holes 39 are formed at the upper end surface of the annular sleeve plate 26 corresponding to the positioning column 38; the front end face of the embedded straight plate 15 is provided with external attachment plates 40 at the positions of two sides of the pressure grab handle 16, the bottom positions of the end faces of two sides of the pressure grab handle 16 are provided with internal fixture blocks 50, the end face of the inner side of the external attachment plate 40 is provided with a lifting chute 41 corresponding to the internal fixture block 50, and the rear end face of the pressure grab handle 16 is provided with a plurality of movable steel balls 42; the bottom of the embedded straight plate 15 is provided with a fixing hole 43 corresponding to the positioning column 38, a reset circular groove 44 is arranged above the fixing hole 43, an adjustable bottom circular plate 45 and a top circular plate 46 are arranged in the reset circular groove 44, the head of the positioning column 38 is connected to the lower end surface of the bottom circular plate 45, a third spring 47 is arranged between the bottom circular plate 45 and the top circular plate 46, a pull cable 48 is arranged at the middle position of the upper end surface of the bottom circular plate 45, the pull cable 48 passes through the top circular plate 46 and is movably connected, a guide groove 49 is arranged above the reset circular groove 44 corresponding to the pull cable 48, the head of the guide groove 49 is connected to the front end surface of the embedded straight plate 15 corresponding to the tail of the pressure grab handle 16, the head of the pull cable 48 passes through the guide groove 49 and is connected to the tail of the pressure grab handle 16, when the angle is adjusted, the pressure grab handle 16 can be directly pressed to drive the inner fixture block 50 to move along the lifting sliding groove 41, the pressure grab handle 16 simultaneously drives the pull cable 48 to move, the inhaul cable 48 drives the bottom circular plate 45 connected with the other end to move upwards, the bottom circular plate 45 moves and extrudes the third spring 47 to be compressed, the bottom circular plate 45 simultaneously drives the positioning column 38 to ascend to enable the positioning column to be separated from the positioning hole 39, then the circular table board 25 can be rotated to enable the circular table board to drive the annular sleeve plate 26 to rotate along the annular sliding groove 27, after the proper angle is adjusted, the pressure grab handle 16 can be loosened and fine angle adjustment is carried out, the positioning column 38 enters the corresponding positioning hole 39, the adjusted stability can be guaranteed, and the electric heating towel rack can be conveniently assembled, welded and fixed.
