Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of nuclear power, in particular to an automatic disassembling and assembling tool for a mechanical seal bolt of a thermocouple.

Background

The mechanical seal of the thermocouple is used as a primary circuit pressure boundary and plays an important role in the safe operation of the nuclear power station. During overhaul of the nuclear power plant unit, the mechanical seal of the thermocouple needs to be disassembled and assembled. Due to the narrow working space and the relatively complex process, workers need to work in a high-dosage environment for a long time.

The thermocouple mechanical seal comprises a jackscrew plate, a semi-snap ring, a male flange, a HALF and other parts, and 6 jackscrews at the top part need to be disassembled and assembled when the thermocouple mechanical seal is disassembled and assembled. At present, the dismounting jackscrews of the medium and wide nuclear CPR unit adopt wrenches to alternately tighten and loosen screws, the time consumption is long, and the dose of the personnel is high.

For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic dismounting tool for a thermocouple mechanical seal bolt in a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an annular main body 1, and a plurality of sets of screw assemblies 2 arranged on the annular main body 1 at intervals along the circumferential direction.

The screwing component 2 comprises an inner angle floating sleeve 22 and a driving motor 21 for driving the inner angle floating sleeve 22 to rotate, the inner angle floating sleeve 22 extends outwards from one end of the annular main body 1 to be respectively sleeved on thermocouple mechanical sealing bolts, and the driving motor 21 drives the inner angle floating sleeve 22 to rotate to remove all the bolts.

Preferably, the control module is arranged in the control box, the control box is used as a system control center, and the control unit of the whole system is integrated and comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller), a servo driver, a control screen, an electric quantity display screen and the like, and the control screen is used for switching the dismounting mode and the manual-automatic mode of the mechanical seal bolt of the thermocouple. In addition, the control box is also used for equipment transportation and storage. Meanwhile, a battery is arranged in the control box, the equipment is integrally designed, and all parts are stored in the control box.

Meanwhile, a manual control box is further arranged on the control box, the manual control box is an operation unit of the equipment, and manual and automatic mode switching, single motor selection and other operations can be achieved by matching a control screen of the control box.

The device adopts a modular design, has simple and reliable structure, light weight and convenient and fast disassembly and assembly; the control system is high in integration level, the bolts are synchronously assembled and disassembled through one-key operation, the reloading bolts are automatically stopped when reaching a preset installation torque, and torque protection is arranged in the bolt screwing process, so that the bolts are prevented from being damaged; the motor is adopted to synchronously screw the bolts, so that the working efficiency is high, the time of a key path is saved, and the irradiated dose of workers is reduced.

Description of the embodiments in the field:

a, automatic installation of a thermocouple mechanical seal bolt:

1) after the thermocouple wire jacking plate is installed, the heights of 6 bolts are manually adjusted to be basically consistent;
