The second motor 15 and the third motor 16 respectively drive the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8 to rotate, and the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8 drive the first blade 11 and the second blade 12 to move through the first connecting block 9 and the second connecting block 10 to crush the passing wood chips.

Referring to fig. 2, the box body 1 is exposed at the left end and the right end of the movable frame 20, the screen 21 is arranged on the movable frame 20, the positioning plate 22 is arranged on the lower end face of the movable frame 20, the positioning rod 23 is arranged on the inner surface of the left side face and the right side face of the box body 1, the positioning rod 23 is slidably connected with the positioning plate 22, a first spring 24 is arranged between the positioning plate 22 outside the positioning rod 23 and the box body 1, the cam 25 is arranged on the transmission rod 18, and the cam 25 is attached to the right end of the movable frame 20. The third motor 16 rotates to drive the transmission rod 18 to rotate, the transmission rod 18 drives the cam 25 to rotate, the cam 25 drives the movable frame 20 attached to the cam to move leftwards, the movable frame 20 recovers to the initial position under the action of the positioning plate 22 and the first spring 24, the left and right movement of the movable frame 20 is achieved, the movable frame 20 drives the screen 21 to move, and sawdust passing through the screen 21 is screened and separated.

With reference to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 8, the packing and forming apparatus includes a casing 30, a discharge port 31 and a hydraulic cylinder 32 are respectively disposed on front and back surfaces of the casing 30, a flip cover 33 is disposed on a front side of the casing 30, connection rings 34 are disposed on left and right sides of a front surface of the flip cover 33, first electromagnets 35 are disposed on left and right sides of the discharge port 31 on the front surface of the casing 30, a positioning ring 36 is disposed between the first electromagnets 35 and the discharge port 31 on the front surface of the casing 30, a limiting rod 37 is slidably connected to the positioning ring 36, a first iron sheet 38 is disposed on one end of the limiting rod 37 facing the first electromagnets 35, a second spring 39 is disposed between the first iron sheet 38 outside the limiting rod 37 and the positioning ring 36, a push plate 40 is slidably connected to the casing 30, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 32 is connected to the push plate 40, a first movable plate 41 is disposed on the front side of the push plate 40, a guide rod 42 is disposed on the back surface of the movable plate 41, the guide rod 42 is slidably connected to the push plate 40, a third spring 43 is disposed between the first movable plate 41 and the push plate 40, the push plate 40 is provided with a pressure sensor 44 on the front surface. The fourth motor 27 drives the second feeding screw 28 to rotate, the screened sawdust is fed into the shell 30 through the feeding pipe 26, and the amount of the sawdust fed into the shell 30 is controlled through the rotating angle of the fourth motor 27. When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 32 extends out to drive the push plate 40 to move, the push plate 40 drives the movable plate 41 to move, the movable plate 41 moves towards the push plate 40 in the process that the movable plate 41 compresses the wood chips, and when the detection value of the pressure sensor 44 on the push plate 40 is larger than a set value, the wood chip press forming is finished. The first electromagnet 35 is electrified to generate magnetic force, the first iron sheet 38 moves towards the first electromagnet 35, the first iron sheet 38 drives the limiting rod 37 to move, the limiting rod 37 slides out of the connecting ring 34, the limiting rod 37 does not limit the position of the turnover cover 33, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 32 continuously extends out, and the formed wood chips are pushed out.

The left end of the movable pipe 29 is connected with the feeding pipe 26 in a sliding mode, the right end of the movable pipe 29 is connected with the shell 30 in a sliding mode, the front face of the movable pipe 29 is provided with a frame body 75, the inner surfaces of the upper end face and the lower end face of the frame body 75 are respectively provided with a first rack 76 and a second rack 77, the front side of the movable pipe 29 is provided with a sixth motor 78, the output end of the sixth motor 78 is provided with a turntable 79, and one side of the turntable 79 is provided with a convex tooth 80. The motor six 78 rotates to drive the turntable 79 to rotate, the convex teeth 80 on the outer side of the turntable 79 are firstly meshed with the rack I76, and the movable pipe 29 is driven to move towards the inside of the shell 30 through the frame body 75; the turntable 79 continues to rotate, the convex teeth 80 on the outer side of the turntable 79 are meshed with the second rack 77, the movable pipe 29 is driven by the frame body 75 to move towards the feeding pipe 26, and the uniformity of wood chips falling in the shell 30 is guaranteed.

With reference to fig. 1 and 6, an opening 53 is formed above the movable frame 20 on the left side surface of the box body 1, a fixed plate 54 is arranged at the inner upper end of the opening 53, a second movable plate 55 is slidably connected in the fixed plate 54, the lower end of the second movable plate 55 is exposed out of the fixed plate 54, a second electromagnet 81 is uniformly arranged on the inner surface of the upper end surface of the fixed plate 54, a second iron sheet 56 is uniformly arranged on the upper end surface of the second movable plate 55, and the second iron sheet 56 corresponds to the second electromagnet 81. When the large granule saw-dust that remains on the screen cloth 21 needs to be cleared up, two 81 electromagnets get electricity and produce magnetic force, two 81 electromagnets and two 56 magnetic connections of iron sheet on two 55 upper ends of the movable plate, two 55 of the movable plate move upwards in fixed plate 54 for two 55 of the movable plate no longer shelter from opening 53, conveniently to the large granule saw-dust ejection of compact above the screen cloth 21.

With reference to fig. 2 and 5, a first sliding groove 57 and a second sliding groove 58 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper end face of the movable frame 20, a first sliding block 59 and a second sliding block 60 are respectively connected in the first sliding groove 57 and the second sliding groove 58 in a sliding manner, a scraping plate 61 is arranged above the movable frame 20, the scraping plate 61 is connected with the first sliding block 59 and the second sliding block 60, a threaded rod 62 is rotatably connected in the first sliding groove 57, a first gear 63 is arranged at the left end of the threaded rod 62, a fifth motor 64 is arranged below the left end of the movable frame 20, a second gear 65 is arranged on the output end of the fifth motor 64, and the second gear 65 is meshed with the first gear 63. Five 64 rotations of motor drive gear two 65 rotate, through the meshing of gear two 65 and gear one 63, drive threaded rod 62 and rotate, threaded rod 62 rotates and drives slide 59 rather than threaded connection and slide in spout 57, and slide 59 drives the scraper blade 61 motion, and scraper blade 61 strikes off the remaining large granule saw-dust in screen cloth 21 top, need not the manual work and clears up.

Referring to fig. 5, the left end of the movable frame 20 is provided with a guide plate 66, and the front and rear sides of the upper end surface of the guide plate 66 are provided with guide plates 67. The discharge plate 66 and the guide plate 67 on the upper end face thereof guide the discharge direction of the large-particle chips remaining on the screen 21 scraped by the scraper 61.

With reference to fig. 1, an air outlet of the negative pressure fan 3 is communicated with an air supply pipe 82, the air supply pipe 82 is communicated with the flue gas treatment box 49, water washing liquid is arranged in the flue gas treatment box 49, one end of the air supply pipe 82 communicated with the flue gas treatment box 49 is located below the liquid level of the water washing liquid, an air outlet 50 and a liquid discharge pipe 51 are respectively arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the flue gas treatment box 49, and a liquid supplementing pipe 52 is arranged at the upper end of the side surface of the flue gas treatment box 49. When the negative pressure fan 3 is operated to collect the wood chips, the smoke generated by cutting the wood is filtered by the filter screen 68 and then sent to the smoke treatment box 49 through the air pipe 82. The water washing liquid in the flue gas treatment box 49 is used for washing the flue gas, so that particulate matters and carbon monoxide contained in the flue gas due to incomplete combustion of wood are eliminated, and the treated flue gas is discharged through the exhaust port 50. The washing liquid in the flue gas treatment tank 49 is replaced and replenished through a drain pipe 51 and a liquid replenishing pipe 52.

With reference to fig. 1 and 7, a filter screen 68 is arranged at the upper end in the box body 1, guide grooves 69 are arranged at positions corresponding to the positions of the filter screen 68 on the inner surfaces of the front and back surfaces of the box body 1, the filter screen 68 is slidably connected with the guide grooves 69, a top plate 70 is arranged at the upper end of the filter screen 68, a handle 71 is arranged on the upper end surface of the top plate 70, and the top plate 70 is connected with the upper end surface of the box body 1 through bolts. The top plate 70 at the upper end of the filter screen 68 is connected with the box body 1 through bolts, the bolts are loosened or screwed, the filter screen 68 can be disassembled or assembled, the guide groove 69 guides the installation and taking-out direction of the filter screen, and the handle 71 facilitates the taking and placing of the filter screen.

The present invention and its embodiments have been described, without limitation, and the embodiments shown in the drawings are only one embodiment of the present invention, and the actual configuration is not limited thereto. In summary, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
