The application provides an automobile trunk storage box, which comprises a storage mechanism, a rotating plate 2 and a control mechanism, as shown in figures 1-10; the storage mechanism comprises a side plate 1 and a storage cavity 11 formed in the side plate; the storage cavity 11 is positioned in the side plate 1 and close to the tail part of the bicycle; the rotating plate 2 is rotatably connected to the side plate 1, the rotating plate 2 can open and close the storage cavity 11 through rotation, the rotating plate 2 comprises a first side 21 facing the storage cavity 11, a plurality of storage plates 25 are arranged on the first side 21, and the storage plates 25 are suitable for containing a plurality of parts; the control mechanism comprises a control channel 26 arranged in the rotating plate 2, a control block 261 and a first spring 262 arranged in the control channel 26, and a limit block 263 fixedly connected with the control block 261, wherein the first spring 262 provides tension, the control channel 26 is communicated with the outside, the control block 261 is forced to partially extend out of the control channel 26 by the first spring 262, and the control block 261 can control the limit block 263 to move so as to switch the connection state of the storage plate 25 and the rotating plate 2; wherein, change board 2 including locking state and unlocking state, when changeing board 2 and closing storing chamber 11 or rotate to opening partial storing chamber 11, change board 2 and be in locking state, storing board 25 sets firmly on changeing board 2, when changeing board 2 and rotating to opening storing chamber 11 completely, change board 2 and be in unlocking state, storing board 25 can with change board 2 separation.

As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the rotating shaft 111 is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the storage cavity 11, the bottom of the storage cavity 11 is further provided with a limiting table 112, the rotating plate 2 further includes a second side 22, the second side 22 is located at the bottom side of the rotating plate 2, the rotating shaft 111 is rotatably connected to the second side 22, the second side 22 is provided with a first rotating portion 221, the first rotating portion 221 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 111, that is, the bottom of the rotating plate 2 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 111, and the rotating plate 2 can be driven to rotate by rotating the upper end of the rotating plate 2; the outlet of the control channel 26 is located on the second side 22, when the rotating plate 2 is in the unlocking state, the rotating plate 2 is at the lowest position, the second side 22 of the rotating plate 2 is in abutting fit with the outer wall of the limiting table 112, and under the action of the gravity of the rotating plate 2, the outer wall of the limiting table 112 forces the control block 261 to extend into the control channel 26, and the rotating plate 2 is separated from the storage plate 25.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the storage device further includes a motor 3, the motor 3 is disposed in the rotating plate 2, and a driving shaft of the motor 3 is connected to the rotating shaft 111, the motor 3 can drive the rotating shaft 111 to drive the rotating plate 2 to rotate at any angle, the motor 3 has an excellent effect of automatically opening and closing the rotating plate 2, which is convenient for operation, and can realize automatic opening and closing of the storage cavity 11.

As shown in fig. 8 and 15, the rotating plate 2 further includes a third side 23 and a fourth side 24, which are oppositely disposed, and the third side 23 and the fourth side 24 respectively face two sides of the storage cavity 11, that is, the third side 23 and the fourth side 24 are located at the left and right sides of the rotating plate 2 when the storage cavity 11 is closed, the third side 23 is provided with a plurality of slots 231 corresponding to the limiting rods 211, the second rotating portion 251 can slide out of the rotating plate 2 through the slots 231, the slots 231 are communicated with the control channel 26, and the limiting block 263 is slidably connected to the slots 231 and can limit the movement of the second rotating portion 251 through sliding.

It should be noted that the second rotating portion 251 can also be limited from moving by providing a bump on the rotating plate 2, and obviously, the slot 231 is more convenient for processing and can save cost.

As shown in fig. 7-11, a rack 2611 is fixedly connected to the control block 261, a insection 2511 meshed with the rack 2611 is formed on the second rotating portion 251, the rotating plate 2 changes from a parallel arrangement relative to the storage plate 25 to a vertical arrangement relative to the storage plate 25 in response to the change that the rotating plate 2 changes from the locking state to the unlocking state, and at this time, under the meshing action of the rack 2611 and the limiting action of the limiting rod 211, the storage plate 25 can be stably kept in the vertical state.

Preferably, the insections 2511 are distributed throughout the first rotating portion, so that the second rotating portion 251 can be splined to the gear, so that the second rotating portion 251 can be moved with the gear stationary, i.e., with the control block 261 stopped.

It should be noted that the first avoiding groove 212 and the second avoiding groove 213 also play a role in limiting the movement of the storage plate 25, and the second avoiding groove 213 is communicated with the outside, when the storage plate 25 is relatively perpendicular to the rotating plate 2, the storage plate 25 can slide out of the rotating plate 2 through the open groove 231 and the second avoiding groove 213.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the storage plate 25 includes a storage surface 252, a plurality of storage holes 2521 and a plurality of storage slots 2522 are formed on the storage surface 252, and the storage holes 2521 and the storage slots 2522 have a plurality of apertures and sizes, respectively; the storage hole 2521 may be formed by fitting a workpiece such as a screw to a part of the automobile.

Preferably, the storage hole 2521 can be internally provided with a sponge ring matched with the hole diameter of the storage hole 2521, when parts such as screws are placed in the storage hole 2521, the sponge ring can clamp the screws to avoid shaking of the parts, and can also reduce the damage to the parts in the storage box during automobile collision, and so on, the sponge ring can be also arranged in the storage groove 2522 to achieve the same effect, and the storage groove 2522 is internally suitable for placing common parts such as a wrench.

As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of elastic bands 113 are further disposed in the storage cavity 11, and a plurality of elastic bands 113, such as an elastic band 113 with a size of a fire extinguisher and a plurality of elastic bands 113 with a size of a tool book, may be sequentially disposed along the longitudinal depth and the transverse width of the storage cavity 11.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an avoiding channel 27 for a human hand to pass through is formed on the rotating plate 2, a self-locking channel 28 is formed in the rotating plate 2, the self-locking channel 28 is arranged along the length direction of the second side 22, and an outlet of the self-locking channel 28 is arranged on the fourth side 24, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the self-locking channel 28 is transversely arranged in the rotating plate 2 shown in fig. 1, the locking mechanism further comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism comprises a locking groove 114, a second spring 1141 and a locking tongue 1142, the inner wall of the storage cavity 11 corresponding to the self-locking channel 28 is formed with the locking groove 114, the second spring 1141 and the locking tongue 1142 are arranged in the locking groove 114, the second spring 1141 provides tension, the second spring 1141 can enable the locking tongue 1142 to partially extend out of the locking groove 114 at most, one end of the second spring 1141 is connected with the inner wall of the locking groove 114, the other end is connected with the locking tongue 1142, the locking tongue 1142 has a first inclined surface 1143, and the first inclined surface 1143 of the locking tongue 1142 is arranged towards the opening direction of the rotating plate 2, the latch 1142 can extend into the self-locking channel 28 to limit the movement of the rotating plate 2.

Preferably, an avoiding channel 27 is formed in the upper right of the position of the rotating plate 2 in fig. 1, a user can press the opening key 2142 by extending a hand into the avoiding channel 27, and the avoiding channel 27 is shaped like a fan of a plate, so that the hand can be prevented from being scratched due to an arc shape, and a protection effect is achieved.

The application further comprises a limiting mechanism, as shown in fig. 2-3, the limiting mechanism comprises a supporting column 41, a bracket 42 rotatably connected to the supporting column 41, a supporting rod 43 arranged on the bracket 42, and a limiting cylinder 44 slidably connected to the supporting rod 43, the supporting column 41 is arranged on the inner wall of the storage cavity 11 opposite to the fourth side 24, the fourth side 24 is provided with a limiting groove 241, the limiting cylinder 44 is slidably arranged in the limiting groove 241, the limiting cylinder 44 has an initial position and a constraining position, when the storage cavity 11 is closed by the rotary plate 2, the limiting cylinder 44 is located at the initial position, when the storage cavity 11 is partially opened by the rotary plate 2, the limiting cylinder 44 is located at the constraining position, and the bracket 42 and the limiting cylinder 44 limit the rotary plate 2 to continue rotating; the switch 2142 is drivingly connected to the position-limiting cylinder 44, and when the switch 2142 is pressed, the position-limiting cylinder 44 exits the position-limiting groove 241, and the rotating plate 2 is allowed to rotate freely.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4-5, a torsion spring 411 is further sleeved on the support 41, a connecting channel 29 communicated with the self-locking channel 28 is further formed in the rotating plate 2, a permanent magnet 291 is disposed in the connecting channel 29 and fixedly connected with the slider 281, the permanent magnet 291 is disposed on one side of the limiting groove 241 away from the limiting mechanism, the limiting cylinder 44 is made of a metal material, when the limiting cylinder 44 is located at the restraining position, pressing the switch key 2142 can enable the slider 281 to drive the permanent magnet 291 to move, and force the limiting cylinder 44 to exit from the limiting groove 241 through the permanent magnet 291, so that the limiting cylinder 44 is separated from the rotating plate 2, at this time, under the action of the torsion spring 411, the support 42 and the support rod 43 drive the limiting cylinder 44 to rotate to the initial position, and when the rotating plate 2 closes the storage cavity 11, the limiting cylinder 44 extends into the limiting groove 241 through magnetic force.

Preferably, the permanent magnet 291 is rectangular parallelepiped, and the permanent magnet 291 is disposed vertically with respect to the slider 281, i.e., the permanent magnet 291 is disposed parallel to the fourth side 24.

It should be noted that, the width of the permanent magnet 291 along the length direction thereof is different, and a practical embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 3, and the width of the permanent magnet 291 decreases gradually from top to bottom in the connecting channel 29, so that the technical effect can be achieved that, when the switch key 2142 is continuously pressed, the switch key 2142 drives the permanent magnet 291 to move toward the limiting mechanism, at this time, the limiting cylinder 44 is located at the lowest part of the limiting groove 241, and as the rotating plate 2 rotates, the limiting groove 241 gradually moves to the constraining position, in this process, the limiting cylinder 44 gradually exits from the limiting groove 241, and when the limiting groove 241 moves to the constraining position, the limiting cylinder 44 completely disengages from the limiting groove 241, so that the rotating plate 2 can directly rotate to the lowest position.

The working process principle of the invention is as follows; when a user needs to completely open the storage cavity 11, the switch key 2142 is continuously pressed, as shown in fig. 3, the switch key 2142 drives the sliding block 281 to move, the sliding block 281 forces the latch 1142 to exit from the self-locking channel 28, the rotating plate 2 is not limited, the rotating plate 2 is rotated outwards, since the switch key 2142 is continuously pressed at this time, and the width of the position where the limiting cylinder 44 corresponds to the permanent magnet 291 increases with the increase of the rotation angle, when the limiting cylinder 44 moves to the limiting position, the permanent magnet 291 forces the limiting cylinder 44 to completely exit from the limiting groove 241, the rotating plate 2 can continue to rotate downwards, and under the action of the torsion spring 411, the bracket 42, the supporting rod 43 and the limiting cylinder 44 are reset to the position shown in fig. 2, when the rotating plate 2 rotates to completely open the storage cavity 11, that is, the rotating plate 2 rotates to the lowest position, at this time, the rotating plate 2 is arranged in parallel, the second side 22 of the rotating plate 2 abuts against the outer wall of the limiting table 112, in this process, the outer wall of the position limiting table 112 forces the control block 261 to extend into the control channel 26, the rack 2611 on the control block 261 forces the second rotating portion 251 to drive the storage plate 25 to rotate to the vertical state, and the position limiting block 263 moves to the position shown in fig. 14-15, at this time, a user can directly take a part on the storage plate 25, or take an object in the storage cavity 11, or directly take the storage plate 25 by translation for further operation.
