The containing mechanism 4 comprises swing rod assemblies which are hinged to two sides of one end of the lower portion of the shell 1, a containing plate 404 is arranged on the lower portion of each swing rod assembly, side plates 405 are arranged on two sides of each containing plate 404, the lower portions of the swing rod assemblies are hinged to the side plates 405, one ends, close to the swing rod assemblies, of the upper portions of the two side plates 405 are connected through supporting columns, two ends of each supporting column extend out of the corresponding side plate 405 and are fixed on the swing assembly 401 through nuts, and a containing box 406 is connected to the ends, far away from the clamping mechanism 3, of the two side plates 405 and the containing plate 404;

the support column is connected with the lower end of the sliding block 2 through a connecting rod assembly, one end of the connecting rod assembly is rotatably arranged on the support column, and the other end of the connecting rod assembly is rotatably arranged on the shell 1;

the housing 1 is provided with an opening allowing the connecting assembly 402 to swing;

the sliding block 2 is driven by a first telescopic mechanism 6, the first telescopic mechanism 6 is arranged above the sliding block 2, the movable end of the first telescopic mechanism 6 is arranged on the sliding block 2, and the fixed end of the first telescopic mechanism 6 is arranged on the shell 1.

The slide block 2 is provided with a slide way 201 in a penetrating manner, the clamping mechanism 3 comprises a clamping slide block 301 which is arranged in the slide way 201 in a sliding manner, rocker arms 302 are symmetrically hinged to two sides of the lower end of the clamping slide block 301, the lower end of each rocker arm 302 is hinged to the upper end of a clamping rod 303, the middle position of each clamping rod 303 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the lower portion of the slide way 201, a cylindrical rod 203 is arranged on the inner wall, the middle position of each clamping rod 303 is rotatably arranged on the cylindrical rod 203, the clamping slide block 301 moves downwards along the slide way 201, and the lower ends of the two clamping rods 303 move towards the center of the slide way 201;

the clamping slide block 301 is driven by a second telescopic mechanism 7, the second telescopic mechanism 7 is arranged above the clamping slide block 301, the movable end of the second telescopic mechanism 7 is arranged on the clamping slide block 301, and the fixed end of the second telescopic mechanism 7 is arranged on the slide block 2;

the slider 2 is provided with a slit 202 allowing the rocking lever 302 and the clamping lever 303 to swing.

The pendulum rod subassembly includes pendulum rod one 4011 and pendulum rod two 4014, has opened straight slot 4012 on the pendulum rod one 4011, has opened a plurality of regulation hole 4015 on the pendulum rod two 4014, and pendulum rod one 4011 and pendulum rod two 4014 are fixed through the bolt 4013 that passes straight slot 4012 and regulation hole 4015, and the upper end of pendulum rod one 4011 articulates on casing 1, and the lower extreme and the curb plate 405 and the bracing piece of pendulum rod two 4014 are connected. The overall length of the swing rod assembly can be changed by adjusting the connecting positions of the first swing rods 4011 and the second swing rods 4014, so that the positions of the containing plate 404 and the containing box 406 can be adjusted and the inclination angle can be adjusted when the slide block 2 moves up and down.

Coupling assembling 402 includes U type connecting plate 4021, has all opened the screw hole on two risers of U type connecting plate 4021, and threaded connection is provided with screw 4022 in the screw hole through threaded connection, and one screw 4022 rotates and sets up on the bracing piece, and another screw 4022 rotates and sets up on slider 2, and the both sides that just are located the riser on two screws 4022 all are provided with the nut. The overall length of the connecting assembly 402 can be changed by adjusting the positions of the two screws 4022 and the U-shaped connecting plate 4021, so that when the slider 2 moves up and down, the adjustment of the positions of the storage plate 404 and the storage box 406 and the adjustment of the tilt angle are achieved.

The clamping rod 303 is a V-shaped rod, an included angle between the clamping rod 303 and one side of the slide rail 201 is larger than 180 degrees and smaller than 250 degrees, and the middle position of the clamping rod 303 is a corner.

Bosses 304 are arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the clamping rod 303, and V-shaped grooves 305 are formed in the opposite surfaces of the two bosses 304.

The rack 5 comprises two symmetrically arranged high upright columns 501 and a low upright column 502, the two high upright columns 501 and the low upright column 502 are distributed in an isosceles triangle shape, the top ends of the two high upright columns 501 are connected through a top plate 503, a lifting plate 504 is arranged on the two high upright columns 501 in a sliding manner, the upper end of the shell 1 is arranged on the lifting plate 504, and the top of the low upright column 502 is connected with the two high upright columns 501 through an inclined rod 505; the isosceles triangle distribution is attractive, and one end of the rack 5 is in an open state, so that the rack is convenient to move to a designated position.

The side of the lifting plate 504, which is far away from the storage box 406, is externally connected with a horizontal plate 506, the horizontal plate 506 is connected with the low upright post 502 through a third telescopic mechanism 8, the movable end of the third telescopic mechanism 8 is arranged on the horizontal plate 506, and the fixed end of a first telescopic mechanism 6 is arranged on the low upright post 502.

The upper end of the housing 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 101, and the rotating shaft 101 is rotatably disposed on the lifting plate 504 and connected through a motor with a reducer.

The first telescopic mechanism 6, the second telescopic mechanism 7 and the third telescopic mechanism 8 can adopt electric push rods.

The lower ends of the low upright 502 and the two high uprights 501 can be provided with universal wheels.

The first use mode is as follows: moving the device to scattered parts, starting a first telescopic mechanism 6, pushing out a slide block 2 and a clamping mechanism 3, moving the slide block 2 downwards, and pulling the lower end of a second swing rod 4014 and the lower end of a screw 4022 to move upwards in the downwards moving process of the slide block 2, so that the containing plate 404 and the containing box 406 move upwards and are separated from the lower part of the clamping mechanism 3;

then, the second telescopic mechanism 7 is started, the clamping slide block 301 moves downwards, the two rocker arms 302 swing outwards, the upper ends of the clamping rods 303 swing outwards, the lower ends of the clamping rods 303 swing inwards along the connection part of the clamping rods 303 and the slide block 2, and therefore the two clamping rods 303 can clamp the part;

finally, the slide block 2 moves upwards, in the process of moving upwards, the slide block 2 pulls the lower end of the swing rod II 4014 and the lower end of the screw 4022 to move downwards in the process of moving upwards, so that the storage plate 404 and the storage box 406 move downwards, and further are located below the clamping mechanism 3, the telescopic mechanism II 7 is started, the two clamping rods 303 are released, parts fall onto the storage plate 404, one end of the storage plate 404 close to the clamping mechanism 3 is tilted upwards, so that the parts falling into the storage plate 404 can slide in the storage box 406 through the slide 201, a small amount of special part cleaning agent can be placed in the storage box 406, and therefore when the storage box 406 swings, the parts can be cleaned.

The second use mode: when the distance between the part and the clamping mechanism 3 is far, the clamping rod 303 cannot clamp the part through the displacement of the sliding block 2, and the three telescopic mechanisms 8 can be started to adjust.

The use method is as follows: when the space is enough and the mounting nut of automobile part exposes outside and can carry out the centre gripping through clamping rod 303, can directly step up through clamping rod 303, then starter motor three realizes the dismantlement of nut, and the nut that has dismantled can be collected through the step of using mode one.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
