1. A rock bolt delivery apparatus, comprising:

Background

The coal mine roadway is generally supported by the anchor rods, and the main functions of the support are to control the discontinuous deformation of the surrounding rock separation layer, the sliding, the crack opening, the new crack generation and the like in the anchoring area and keep the integrity and the continuity of the coal rock mass.

In the correlation technique, the stock needs artifical transport, and the speed of strutting is slow, and is efficient, and workman's operational environment is poor.

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.

Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides the anchor rod conveying device which is simple in structure and high in conveying efficiency.

The embodiment of the invention provides an anchor rod storage and transportation device which is low in cost and convenient to use.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

A rock bolt delivery device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the anchor rod conveying device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first mounting seat 1, a second mounting seat 2, a chain assembly 3, a first mounting plate 4, a first roller 5, a second roller 6, and a spacing assembly 7.

The first mounting seat 1 and the second mounting seat 2 are arranged in parallel at intervals. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first mount 1 and the second mount 2 are provided at an interval in the left-right direction.

Chain assembly 3 includes chain body 31, action wheel (not shown in the figure) and follow driving wheel (not shown in the figure), and the action wheel rotationally establishes on first mount pad 1, and rotationally establishes on second mount pad 2 from the driving wheel, and chain body 31 establishes on action wheel and follow driving wheel.

The first mounting plate 4 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the chain body 31 and moves with the chain body 31.

The first roller 5 and the second roller 6 are arranged on the first mounting plate 4, the first roller 5 and the second roller 6 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the first roller 5, the second roller 6 and the first mounting plate 4 define a first clamping groove 61, and the first clamping groove 61 is suitable for mounting the anchor rod 101. According to the anchor rod conveying device 100, the chain assembly 3, the first roller 5, the second roller 6 and the first mounting plate 4 are arranged, so that the anchor rod 101 is conveyed, the anchor rod 101 is continuously supplied, the anchor rod 101 can be rapidly mounted, the anchor rod 101 can be pushed to be accurately positioned, the roadway support automation and intelligence degree are improved, the production cost is reduced, and the safety benefit is remarkable.

In some embodiments, the first mounting plate 4 comprises a first section 41, a second section 42 and a third section 43, the first section 41 and the second section 42 are arranged on the second section 42 in parallel at intervals, the second section 42 is mounted on the chain body 31, the first roller 5 is hinged on the first section 41, and the second roller 6 is hinged on the second section 42. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first section 41 and the second section 42 are oppositely arranged on the third section 43 at a left-right interval, the first roller 5 is hinged on the first section 41, and the second roller 6 is hinged on the second section 42, so that the first roller 5, the second roller 6 and the third section 43 form a first slot 61, the anchor rod 101 is conveniently inserted into the first slot 61, and the first mounting plate 4 is more reasonably arranged.

In some embodiments, the anchor rod conveying device 100 further includes a guide plate 21, the guide plate 21 is disposed on the second mounting seat 2, the guide plate 21 has a guide groove 211, the chain body 31 is disposed through the guide groove 211, and an inner circumferential surface of the guide groove 211 is spaced apart from an outer circumferential surface of the chain body 31. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the guide plate 21 is fixed on the second mounting seat 2, and the guide plate 21 is provided with a guide groove 211 penetrating through the guide plate 21 in the left-right direction, the guide plate 21 is provided between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the chain body 31 can be transported in the guide groove 211, so that the chain body 31 is restrained by the guide groove 211, and the chain body 31 is prevented from shaking during transportation. And the chain body 31 does not contact with the guide groove 211, so that abrasion is avoided, the service life is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

In some embodiments, the bolt delivery device 100 further includes a tensioning device 8, the tensioning device 8 including: a base 81, a movable seat 82 and a driving member 83.

The base 81 is provided on the second mounting base 2, and the base 81 is provided with a second mounting plate 811. As shown in fig. 6, the base 81 is a vertical plate and is a fixed base, and the front and back sides of the base 81 are both provided with second mounting plates 811, wherein the second mounting plates 811 at the front side can be fixed on the second mounting base 2 by screws or nuts.

The movable seat 82 is movably arranged on the base 81, and the movable seat 82 is connected with the driven wheel so as to drive the driven wheel to move. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the movable base 82 is movable on the base 81 in the left-right direction, and the driven wheel is rotatably mounted on the movable base 82 so as to be moved in the left-right direction by the movable base 82.

The driving member 83 penetrates through the second mounting plate 811, one end of the driving member 83 is in abutting engagement with the movable seat 82, and the position of the driving member 83 in the axial direction thereof can be adjusted so as to drive the movable seat 82 to move to adjust the chain tension. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, the driving member 83 is disposed at the rear side of the base 81 and passes through the rear mounting plate, and the left end of the driving member 83 abuts against the movable seat 82, thereby driving the movable seat 82 to move in the left-right direction.

In some embodiments, tensioner 8 further includes a fastener 84, fastener 84 is disposed on drive member 83 and between the mounting plate and movable mount 82, one end of fastener 84 is in abutting engagement with the mounting plate, and fastener 84 is moved in an axial direction of drive member 83 to adjust the position of drive member 83. As shown in fig. 6, a first thread is disposed on the rod body of the driving member 83, the fastening member 84 is provided with a second thread matched with the first thread, the fastening member 84 is disposed on the driving member 83 and fixed together by the thread matching, the fastening member 84 abuts against the left end of the second mounting plate 811, so that the driving member 83 is fixed on the second mounting plate 811, and the driving member 83 is prevented from moving, when the driving member 83 drives the movable seat 82, the fastening member 84 is rotated to drive the driving member 83 to move in the left-right direction, and thus the tensioning degree of the chain body 31 is adjusted.

In some embodiments, the anchor rod conveying device 100 further includes a power source 9, the power source 9 is disposed on the first mounting seat 1, and an output shaft of the power source 9 is connected to the driving wheel to drive the chain body 31 to move. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, the power source 9 is disposed above the first mounting seat 1, and an output shaft of the power source 9 is connected to the driving wheel through a connecting shaft, so as to drive the chain body 31 to move.

It will be appreciated that the power source is an electric or hydraulic motor.

In some embodiments, the chain body 31 includes a plurality of sequentially connected links 311, and the first mounting plates 4 are sequentially provided at intervals on the outer circumferential side of the links 311 in the circumferential direction of the chain body 31. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, the chain body 31 is formed by a plurality of chain links connected in sequence to form a ring, and the first mounting plate 4 is disposed on the outer periphery of the chain link 311, so that the chain body 31 can be prevented from moving to the turning point of the driving wheel or the driven wheel to drive the first mounting plate 4 to make smooth transition, and the first mounting plate 4 is prevented from being disposed between two adjacent chain links 311 to cause interference, so that the first mounting plate 4 makes smooth transition.

In some embodiments, the limiting assembly 7 includes a fourth mounting seat 71 and a limiting plate 72, the fourth mounting seat 71 is spaced apart from the width direction (the up-down direction shown in fig. 1) of the chain body 31, the limiting plate 72 is disposed on the fourth mounting seat 71, and the limiting plate 72 is adapted to abut against the anchor rod 101 so as to separate the anchor rod 101 from the first engaging groove 61. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the fourth mounting seat 71 is disposed below the chain body 31 and located at a preset position, the limiting plate 72 includes a first plate and a second plate perpendicular to each other, the first plate is fixed on the fourth plate, and the second plate extends in the front-rear direction, so that the second plate can interfere with the anchor rod 101, the anchor rod 101 is prevented from moving along with the chain body 31, and a worker can conveniently detach the anchor rod 101 from the anchor rod conveying device 100.

The anchor rod 101 storage and transportation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bolt 101 magazine (not shown), a bolt 101 rack (not shown), and a bolt conveyor 100.

The anchor 101 is bridged with the anchor 101.

The anchor rod conveying device 100 is the anchor rod conveying device 100 in any one of the above embodiments, the anchor rod conveying device 100 is arranged below the anchor rod 101, and the chain body 31 of the anchor rod conveying device 100 penetrates through the anchor rod 101.
