In the related technology, the underground anchor rod support work needs manual carrying of anchor rods, the support speed is low, the efficiency is low, and the working environment of workers is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.

Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides the anchor rod tray frame device which effectively solves the problems of anchor rod storage and transportation in the roadway supporting process, does not need frequent manual anchor rod installation, improves the labor efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the tray rack device for the anchor rod comprises: a transport assembly adapted to transport the bolt in a first direction; the anchor rod supporting device comprises a first tray and a second tray, wherein the first tray and the second tray are sequentially arranged on the outer peripheral side of the conveying assembly along a first direction, the first tray and the second tray are arranged along the height direction of the conveying assembly at intervals, and the first tray and the second tray are suitable for being matched with the anchor rod in a stopping manner so as to be used for supporting the anchor rod.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

A pallet rack device for a rock bolt according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a pallet rack device 100 for a rock bolt according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a conveyor assembly 1, a first tray 2 and a second tray 3.

The conveyor assembly 1 is adapted to transport the anchor rods 11 in a first direction.

The first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are sequentially arranged on the outer peripheral side of the conveying assembly 1 along a first direction, the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are arranged at intervals along the height direction (the vertical direction as shown in fig. 1) of the conveying assembly 1, and the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are suitable for being matched with the anchor rods 11 in a stop mode to support the anchor rods 11. Specifically, as shown in the figure (as shown in fig. 1, the up-down direction), the number of the first trays 2 and the number of the second trays 3 are plural, the first trays 2 and the second trays 3 are alternately arranged on the outer peripheral side of the transportation assembly along the first direction, and the first trays 2 and the second trays 3 are arranged at intervals along the up-down direction, so that the transportation assembly drives the first trays 2 and the second trays 3 to move along the first direction, and the trays 111 of the anchor rods are arranged on the first trays 2 and the second trays 3 and are in abutting fit with the first trays 2 and the second trays 3, thereby preventing the anchor rods 11 from falling off from the lower ends, and ensuring the transportation stability of the anchor rods 11.

According to the anchor rod tray rack device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are sequentially arranged on the outer periphery side of the conveying assembly 1 along the first direction, so that the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 can lift the anchor rod tray 111 to prevent the anchor rods 11 from falling off from the conveying device, the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the conveying assembly 1, the adaptability of the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 is improved, the stacking design of the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 saves more space, the anchor rods 11 are staggered along the up-down direction under the action of the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 to prevent the interference between the two adjacent anchor rods 11, the space utilization rate is improved, the large-capacity storage of the anchor rods 11 is realized, the anchor rods 11 are continuously supplied, the anchor rods 11 do not need to be frequently supplemented manually, and the underground operation requirements are met, the labor intensity is reduced.

In some embodiments, the conveying assembly 1 includes a first base 11, a chain 12, a driving wheel (not shown) and a driven wheel (not shown), both of which are rotatably disposed on the first base 11 and are spaced along a length direction (left and right directions as shown in fig. 1-2) of the first base 11, and the chain 12 is sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are both hinged on the first base 11, the chain 12 is sleeved between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and both the driving wheel and the driven wheel are in meshing transmission with the chain 12.

In some embodiments, the outer circumferential surface of the chain 12 is provided with an extension 121 extending up and down, and the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are provided on the extension 121 by the first fastening member. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the chain 12 includes a plurality of links connected to each other, each link is provided with an extension 121 on both upper and lower sides of an outer peripheral surface thereof, and the first and second trays 2 and 3 are fixed to the extensions 121 by fasteners 45, so that the first and second trays 2 and 3 are fixed to an outer peripheral side of the chain 12.

In some embodiments, the conveying assembly 1 further comprises a tensioning assembly 4, and the tensioning assembly 4 comprises a second base 41, a movable seat 42 and a driving member 43.

The second base 41 is arranged on the first base 11, the first mounting plate is arranged on the second base 41, the movable seat 42 is movably arranged on the second base 41, the driven wheel is rotatably arranged on the movable seat 42 so as to drive the driven wheel to move, the driving member 43 penetrates through the first mounting plate 411, one end of the driving member 43 is in abutting fit with the movable seat 42, and the position of the driving member 43 can be adjusted along the axial direction thereof so as to drive the movable seat 42 to move so as to adjust the tension of the chain 12.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second base 41 is a fixed base and is fixedly installed on the first base 11, the first mounting plate 411 is fixed on the first base 11, the movable seat 42 can move on the second base 41 in the left-right direction, the driven wheel is rotatably installed on the movable seat 42, the driving member 43 is installed at the rear side of the second base 41 and penetrates through the first mounting plate 411, the left end of the driving member 43 abuts against the movable seat 42, and therefore, the driving member 43 drives the movable seat 42 to move in the left-right direction, so as to drive the driven wheel to move to adjust the tension of the sprocket.

In some embodiments, the tensioning device further comprises a second fastening member 45, the second fastening member 45 is disposed on the driving member 43 and located between the first mounting plate 411 and the movable seat 42, and one end of the second fastening member 45 is in abutting engagement with the first mounting plate 411. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a first thread is disposed on the rod body of the driving member 43, a second thread matched with the first thread is disposed on the second fastening member 45, the second fastening member 45 is disposed on the driving member 43 and fixed together by thread matching, the second fastening member 45 abuts against the left end of the first mounting plate 411, and when the driving member 43 is required to drive the movable seat 42, the second fastening member 45 is rotated to drive the driving member 43 to move in the left-right direction, so as to adjust the tensioning degree of the chain 12.

In some embodiments, the conveying assembly 1 further includes a guide plate (not shown in the drawings), the guide plate is disposed on the first base 11, the guide plate has a guide groove, the chain 12 is disposed in the guide groove, and an inner circumferential surface of the guide groove is spaced from an outer circumferential surface of a body of the chain 12. Specifically, the deflector is fixed on first base 11, and is equipped with the guide way that runs through the deflector along left right direction on the deflector, and the deflector is established between action wheel and follow driving wheel, and chain 12 can be transported in the guide way to play the limiting displacement to chain 12 body through the guide way, prevent that chain 12 body from producing the shake when carrying. And the body of the chain 12 is not contacted with the guide groove, so that abrasion is avoided, the service life is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

In some embodiments, each of the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 includes a first plate 21, a second plate 22, and a third plate 23, the first plate 21 and the second plate 22 are disposed on the third plate 23 at intervals along a length direction of the third plate 23, a groove 24 is disposed on a side of the third plate 23 away from the transportation assembly, when the tray 111 of the anchor rod is inserted into the first tray 2, the rod body of the anchor rod 11 is disposed in the groove 24 of the first tray 2, or when the tray 111 of the anchor rod is inserted into the second tray 3, the rod body of the anchor rod 11 is disposed in the groove 24 of the second tray 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first plate 21 is disposed on the left side of the third plate 23, and the second plate 22 is disposed on the right side of the third plate 23, so that the tray 111 of the anchor rod is prevented from shaking left and right on the third plate 23 by the first plate 21 and the second plate 22, thereby ensuring the transportation stability of the anchor rod 11, and the front side of the third plate 23 is provided with a groove 24, and the rod body of the anchor rod 11 passes through the groove 24, thereby preventing the rod body of the anchor rod 11 from interfering with the third plate 23, and making the arrangement of the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 more reasonable.

In some embodiments, the anchor rod tray rack apparatus 100 further includes a second mounting plate 5 and a third mounting plate 6.

The second mounting plate 5 is connected with the inner peripheral surface of the groove 24 of the first tray 2, the second mounting plate 5 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the transportation assembly, the second mounting plate 5 is connected with the inner peripheral surface of the groove 24 of the first tray 2, the third mounting plate 6 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the transportation assembly, and the height of the second mounting plate 5 is smaller than that of the third mounting plate 6. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first tray 2 is disposed above the second mounting plate 5, the upper end of the second mounting plate 5 is connected with the inner peripheral surface of the recess 24, and the second mounting plate 5 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the transportation unit, the second mounting plate 5 and the extension 121 are fixed together by the first fastening member, thereby mounting the first tray 2 on the transportation unit, the second tray 3 is disposed above the third mounting plate 6, the upper end of the third mounting plate 6 is connected with the inner peripheral surface of the recess 24, and the third mounting plate 6 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the transportation unit, the third mounting plate 6 and the extension 121 are fixed together by the first fastening member, thereby mounting the second tray 3 on the transportation unit. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first plate 21 is an arc-shaped section protruding upwards, the first plate 21 is arranged at the upper end of the third plate 23 and located at the front side of the third plate 23, the second plate 22 is arranged at the lower end of the third plate 23 and located at the right side of the third plate, so that the tray 111 of the anchor rod is prevented from shaking left and right on the third plate 23 through the first plate 21 and the second plate 22, the transportation stability of the anchor rod 11 is ensured, the front side of the third plate 23 is provided with a groove 24, the rod body of the anchor rod 11 penetrates through the groove 24, the interference between the rod body of the anchor rod 11 and the third plate 23 is prevented, and the first tray 2 and the second tray 3 are more reasonably arranged.

In some embodiments, the anchor tray rack apparatus 100 further includes a first bar 7, a second bar 8, a third bar 9, and a fourth bar 10.
