As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a flattening device, where the flattening device 20 is used in cooperation with a drum 10 of a coater, and the drum 10 may be equipped with a plurality of flattening devices 20, and the flattening device 20 can tightly attach a running paper to an outer surface of the drum 10, so as to prevent the paper from contacting with the flattening device 20, thereby avoiding ink accumulation and effectively ensuring the on-line ticket surface detection procedure.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the flattening device 20 includes a supporting rod 21 and a plurality of blowing plates 22 disposed on the supporting rod 21, the supporting rod 21 is disposed in parallel with the drum 10, the blowing plates 22 are disposed along an axial direction of the supporting rod 21 at intervals, a mounting seat 23 is disposed on the supporting rod 21, the blowing plates 22 are fixed on the supporting rod 21 through the mounting seat 23, when in specific application, the plurality of blowing plates 22 can be disposed along the axial direction of the supporting rod 21 at intervals, an arc surface portion 220 is disposed on one side of the blowing plate 22 facing the drum 10, a wind guiding cavity (not shown) is disposed inside the blowing plate 22, air inlet holes 224 are disposed on a surface of the blowing plate 22, the air inlet holes 224 on all the blowing plates 22 are connected in parallel to a high-pressure air source, a plurality of air outlet holes 225 are disposed on the blowing plate 22 above the arc surface portion 220, and an aperture of the air outlet holes 225 is small, the air outlet holes 225 are relatively densely arranged on the arc-shaped surface portion 220, the air inlet holes 224 and the air outlet holes 225 are both communicated with the air guide cavity, and under the action of air pressure, air flow is ejected from the air outlet holes 225 so that paper is tightly attached to the roller 10.

In the embodiment, through set up venthole 225 on blowing board 22, the air current outwards sprays on the paper surface through venthole 225, high velocity air can make the printing ink rapid-curing cutback on the paper, under the air current effect, will overcome the centrifugal force that applies for the paper when cylinder 10 rotates, the paper will hug closely in the surface of cylinder 10, under drive of drive mechanism, the paper will be attached to the surface of cylinder 10 and advance, paper and the board 22 of blowing between contactless, avoid the production of pile ink, effectively guarantee going on of ticket face on-line measuring procedure.

It should be noted here that the area of the sheet that, in terms of its direction of travel, enters first between the spreader 20 and cylinder 10 is the leading end of the sheet, and conversely, the area of the sheet that exits last between the spreader 20 and cylinder 10 is the trailing end of the sheet.

In order to ensure that the head end of the paper can smoothly enter between the arc portion 220 and the drum 10, as shown in fig. 3, the flattening device 20 further includes a first guiding structure 221, and the first guiding structure 221 is disposed at one end of the blowing plate 22, so as to guide the head end of the paper into between the arc portion 220 and the drum 10. Specifically, the first guide structure 221 is provided at the front end of the blowing plate 22 in a smooth transition shape, and the first guide structure 221 faces the drum 10.

That is, the gap between the first guiding structure 221 and the outer surface of the drum 10 is larger than the gap between the arc portion 220 and the outer surface of the drum 10, so that the head end of the paper can smoothly enter between the arc portion 220 of the blowing plate 22 and the drum 10, and the situation that the paper is not favorable for the paper to travel, such as paper collision, paper tearing and the like in the traveling process of the paper, is avoided.

In order to ensure that the tail end of the paper slips, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, the flattening device 20 further includes a second guiding structure, which is disposed at the other end of the blowing plate 22 and is used for guiding out the tail end of the paper between the arc-shaped surface portion 220 and the drum 10. Specifically, the second guiding structure includes a paper pressing wheel 222, the paper pressing wheel 222 is rotatably disposed on the air guide plate, the paper is pressed on the surface of the drum 10 by the paper pressing wheel 222, the paper pressing wheel 222 and the drum 10 move in opposite directions to guide out the tail end of the paper during the paper advancing process, and the tail end of the paper is not easy to swing during the paper advancing process under the condition that a certain extrusion force is given to the tail end of the paper.

Further, the second guiding structure further includes a mounting bracket 223, and the paper pressing wheel 222 is fixed on the air guiding plate through the mounting bracket 223. Wherein, the position of the paper pressing wheel 222 on the mounting bracket 223 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the paper, so that the pressing force of the paper pressing wheel 222 on the paper can be kept within a reasonable range. When the paper is thick, the gap between the platen roller 222 and the drum 10 can be increased to ensure that the thick paper can smoothly pass between the drum 10 and the platen roller 222. Conversely, when the sheet is thin, the gap between the platen roller 222 and the drum 10 can be reduced to ensure the pressing force of the platen roller 222 against the sheet.

It should be noted here that the adjustment stroke of the paper pressing wheel 222 should ensure that the gap between the outer surface of the roller 10 and the arc portion 220 is always larger than the gap between the outer surface of the roller 10 and the outer surface of the paper pressing wheel 222, so that the paper pressing wheel 222 can have a certain pressing force on the paper.

In some embodiments, the two ends of the stay bar 21 are respectively provided with an adjustable connecting piece 24, and the stay bar 21 is fixed on the coating machine through the adjustable connecting pieces 24. The adjustable connecting piece 24 can be movably fixed on the coating machine, or the stay bar 21 can be movably fixed on the adjustable connecting piece 24, as long as the position of the stay bar 21 can be adjusted in practical application, and meanwhile, the assembly is convenient.

The second embodiment of the present invention provides a coater including a roll 10 and the flattening device 20 described in the first embodiment.
