Technical Field

Background

A fractionation system of an alkylation device mainly adopts a rectification principle to separate reaction products to obtain products of carbon five, carbon three, isooctane, isobutane and normal butane. The top of the fractionating system is cooled by wet air cooling, and the large-area corrosion of the tube bundle can be caused by metal ions, sludge, salt and microorganisms, so that the long-period stable operation of the device is seriously influenced.

At present, the total amount of the tube bundles of a single air cooler is about 1313, and in the using process, the tube bundle leakage phenomenon begins to occur after the air cooler is used for 26 months, and in addition, the tube bundle leakage phenomenon commonly occurs in a plurality of air coolers, and the corrosion failure is a common event.

The analysis of the failure reasons mainly comprises the following steps: 1. environmental factors: along the coast, the air humidity is more than 80 percent for a long time, and the CL ion content is high; 2. the circulating cooling water has poor quality, contains a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions and cannot discharge pollution in time. The corrosion mechanism is electrochemical corrosion under the scale caused by oxygen concentration difference, the corrosion environment under the scale is deteriorated due to the scale, a zinc coating layer cannot reach the designed service life and is corroded too early, then the heat exchange tube matrix is corroded, and finally the air cooling effect is reduced or even loses efficacy.

The polymer can capture and disperse calcium carbonate crystals through the unique bridging effect of the polymer, and can control the thickness of a formed film; by the scale inhibition and dispersion agent, the divalent metal ions in the water are chelated, and the scale formation and deposition of the divalent metal ions are prevented; the chlorine is released after the solid chlorine bactericide is dissolved in water, the chlorine reacts quickly when meeting water to generate HCLO, the HCLO can penetrate through the wall of the bacteria, and enzymes in the bacteria are destroyed through oxidation to kill the bacteria; thereby realizing the improvement of water quality.

Through the medicine storage unit, the structure of conveying unit and water storage unit, realize the ration replenishment of various medicaments, keep medicament concentration in the water storage unit within the numerical value of demand, both can get into the water storage tank simultaneously or respectively with dirt dispersion agent by control dispersion corrosion inhibitor simultaneously, because the quantity of both tends to the same, get into the water storage tank again simultaneously after both mixability from this, mix in advance, solid chlorine bactericide then the quantity has the difference, adopt an independent pipeline to carry from this, can avoid unnecessary chlorine to pass through the same pipeline loss to other two medicine storage barrels simultaneously.

Therefore, the invention can improve the water quality of the water for the air cooler, avoid the corrosion of the pipeline and further prolong the service life of the air cooler.
