s3: and (3) uniformly stirring the wet material uniformly stirred by the S1 and the powder prepared by the S2 in a drum mixer for 25 min.

S4: replacing screens with different meshes according to requirements, and screening to obtain semi-dry particles in a certain mesh interval;

s3: and (3) uniformly stirring the wet material uniformly stirred by the S1 and the powder prepared by the S2 in a drum mixer for 30 min.

S4: replacing screens with different meshes according to requirements, and screening to obtain semi-dry particles in a certain mesh interval;

s5: and (4) adjusting the temperature to 150 ℃ to dry the semi-dry particles obtained in the step (4), wherein the drying speed is adjusted according to specific conditions, so that the dryness of the wrapped isolation sand meets the requirement, and the rigid waterproof type isolation sand special for the pre-paved waterproof coiled material is obtained.

Comparative example

The performances of the rigid waterproof type insulating sand and the pre-paved waterproof roll made of the rigid waterproof type insulating sand in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example were tested by the GB/T23457-2017 and GB18445-2012 test methods, wherein other components of the comparative example were not changed, and only the rigid waterproof type insulating sand specially used for the pre-paved waterproof roll obtained without penetrating the crystalline master batch was used, and the test results are shown in FIG. 7.
