6. The fully biodegradable antibacterial mulching film according to claim 3, wherein the antistatic agent is a mixture of one or more of sulfate, phosphate and polyethylene glycol uniformly mixed in any proportion.

7. The fully biodegradable antibacterial mulching film according to claim 3, wherein the release agent is a mixture of one or more of oleamide, paraffin and glycerol which are mixed uniformly in any proportion.

8. A method for preparing the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising the following steps,

s1: weighing the raw materials according to the weight percentage, uniformly mixing the raw materials, and extruding the mixture into granules by a double-screw extruder;

s2: and blowing the granules obtained in the step S1 to obtain the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film.

9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the blowing temperature in step S2 is 150 ℃ to 170 ℃.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the granules are formed into a film by a screw extruder, and the number of the screws is set to correspond to the number of the layers of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film.

Background

The conventional common full-biodegradable agricultural mulching film has short service life in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment in a greenhouse and cannot be matched with the growth cycle of grafted crops, theoretically, the common full-biodegradable mulching film is covered at least twice in the growth cycle of the grafted crops, so that the production cost and the labor cost are increased, the operation cannot be realized, if the thickness of the mulching film is increased so as to prolong the service life of the mulching film, the production input cost is overhigh, bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms are easy to breed in the high-temperature and high-humidity greenhouse soil, and the crops need to be covered with the mulching film in a seamless manner so as to control the negative influence of the bacteria in the air on the crop development result. The invention prevents bacteria from quickly carrying out enzymolysis on the full-biodegradable mulching film through the antibacterial arrangement, prolongs the service life, and synchronizes the rooting time of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film and the greenhouse grafted crop.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing mulching film cannot resist bacteria and is short in service life.

The various embodiments may be combined with each other to form other embodiments not shown in the following description.

The embodiment of the invention provides a full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film which is formed by sequentially arranging an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, wherein the thickness of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film is 0.008 mm-0.012 mm, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 15mPa, the longitudinal elongation at break is more than or equal to 350%, and the transverse elongation at break is more than or equal to 400%; comprises the following components: PBAT, polylactic acid, a stabilizer, a heat stabilizer, an antistatic agent, an antioxidant, a mold release agent, an anti-hydrolysis agent, an antibacterial agent and a filler.

Wherein PBAT is the main component of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film, mainly comprises a copolymer of poly (adipic acid) and polybutylene terephthalate, and the mass fraction is controlled to be 72-85%.

The mass fraction of the polylactic acid is controlled to be 4-10%, the polylactic acid has good compatibility and biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms after being used, finally generates carbon dioxide and water, and avoids polluting the environment.

The stabilizer mainly comprises one or more of stearic acid, magnesium stearate, aluminum stearate and potassium stearate which are uniformly mixed in any proportion, the mass fraction is controlled to be 1-3%, the stabilizer can slow down the reaction in the film blowing production, keep the chemical balance, reduce the surface tension, prevent the actions of light, thermal decomposition or oxidative decomposition and the like, and therefore, when the content of the stabilizer is higher than 3%, the full biodegradation rate of the full-biodegradation antibacterial mulching film can be reduced.

The heat stabilizer comprises one or more of calcium stearate and zinc stearate, the mass percentage is controlled to be 3% -7%, and substances with catalytic action on non-chain fracture can be eliminated due to the heat stabilizer, so that the ageing resistance is further improved.

s1: respectively weighing the raw materials corresponding to the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer according to the weight percentage, uniformly mixing the raw materials, and extruding the mixture into granules by a double-screw extruder;

s2: and (4) respectively putting the mixed raw materials obtained in the step (S1) into raw material ports corresponding to a three-screw extruder, firstly changing the granules into molten materials at the temperature of 150-170 ℃, and blowing the molten materials to obtain the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film.

The thickness of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film obtained by the method is 0.008 mm-0.012 mm, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 15mPa, the longitudinal elongation at break is more than or equal to 350%, and the transverse elongation at break is more than or equal to 400%.

The fully biodegradable antibacterial mulching film provided by the present application will be further described with reference to the following examples.

The thickness of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film obtained in the embodiment is 0.012mm, and the tensile strength of the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film is 30mPa, the longitudinal elongation at break is 380%, and the transverse elongation at break is 430% according to a tensile test; the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film has excellent mechanical property and good ductility, and can adapt to the covering of different crops.

The full-biodegradation antibacterial mulching film obtained by the embodiment is used for a full-biodegradation experiment, the full-biodegradation antibacterial mulching film with the area of one square meter is put into 1kg of soil, can be degraded for 90% in about 90-120 days, can be completely degraded for about 150 days without residue, meets the national full-biodegradation standard, is high in degradation rate, does not generate white pollution, and has extremely high popularization and application performance.

In a first comparative experiment, a fully biodegradable antibacterial mulching film is prepared by the same method as in the first comparative example, except that the content of PBAT in the first comparative example is 72%, and the content is as shown in the following table 5:

The fully biodegradable antibacterial mulching film in the embodiment is prepared by the following preparation method, and comprises the following steps:

s1: respectively weighing the raw materials corresponding to the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer according to the weight percentage, uniformly mixing the raw materials, and extruding the mixture into granules by a double-screw extruder;

s2: and (4) respectively putting the mixed raw materials obtained in the step (S1) into raw material ports corresponding to a three-screw extruder, firstly enabling the granules to be molten at the temperature of 160 ℃, and blowing the molten raw materials to obtain the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film.

By the above embodiment, it can be derived that:

the full-biodegradable antibacterial mulching film prepared by the method can effectively prevent bacterial enzymolysis from accelerating full biodegradation of the mulching film, has good mechanical properties and high applicability, is suitable for being applied to high-temperature and high-humidity environments in greenhouses, has a long service life of 9-10 months, is suitable for grafted crops with long growth cycles, saves production cost, meets the national full-biodegradation standard, and has high degradation efficiency and good degradation effect, and white pollution cannot be caused.
