5. The transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film according to claim 1, wherein the heat stabilizer is a mixture of one or more of calcium stearate and zinc stearate mixed in any proportion.

6. The transparent non-drip full-biodegradable mulch film according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic agent is a mixture of one or more of sulfate, phosphate and polyethylene glycol mixed uniformly in any proportion.

7. The transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film according to claim 1, wherein the release agent is a mixture of one or more of oleamide, paraffin, glycerol mixed in any proportion.

8. A method for preparing the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film according to any one of claims 1-7 comprising the steps of,

s1: weighing the raw materials according to the weight percentage, uniformly mixing the raw materials, and extruding the mixture into granules by a double-screw extruder;

s2: and (S1) blowing the granules to obtain the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film.

9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the blowing temperature in step S2 is 150 ℃ to 170 ℃.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the granules are formed into a film by a screw extruder, and the number of screws is set to correspond to the number of layers of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film.

Technical Field

Background

The transparent agricultural mulching film is usually used in winter or at a low temperature, can be permeated by infrared light and far infrared light in the daytime, enables the temperature of the land to rise, has a heat preservation effect on the land at night, and can cause harm such as slow germination, root rot and the like of crops if heat preservation measures are not taken for the crops; when the temperature of the land is raised to 0.5 ℃ due to mulching, crops can sprout 10-15 days in advance, and the germination rate of the crops can reach 95%.

The current ordinary full biodegradable plastic film can produce the drop of water in the one side of plastic film towards the soil owing to the difference in temperature round the clock, and the drop of water can produce reflection and scattering to sunshine the next day for infrared, far infrared's light transmissivity is low, and the soil heats the effect poorly, is unfavorable for the heat preservation of plastic film.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a transparent non-dropping full-biodegradable mulching film and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that water drops are generated in the conventional mulching film.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The embodiment of the invention provides a transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film, which is formed by sequentially arranging an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, wherein the thickness of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film is 0.01-0.015 mm, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 15mPa, the longitudinal breaking elongation is more than or equal to 350%, the transverse breaking elongation is more than or equal to 400%, and the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film comprises the following components: PBAT, polylactic acid, a stabilizer, a heat stabilizer, an antistatic agent, an antioxidant, a mold release agent, a dripping agent, an antifogging agent and a filler; wherein, in order to save the cost on the premise of ensuring the effect, the dripping agent and the antifogging agent are only added into the inner layer and the middle layer.

Wherein PBAT is the main component of the transparent non-drip full-biodegradable mulching film, mainly comprises a copolymer of poly-adipic acid and butylene terephthalate, and the mass fraction is controlled to be 72-85%.

The mass fraction of the polylactic acid is controlled to be 4-10%, the polylactic acid has good compatibility and biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms after being used, finally generates carbon dioxide and water, and avoids polluting the environment.

The stabilizer mainly comprises one or more of stearic acid, magnesium stearate, aluminum stearate and potassium stearate which are mixed uniformly in any proportion, the mass fraction is controlled to be 1-3%, and the stabilizer can slow down the reaction, keep chemical balance, reduce the surface tension, prevent the effects of light, thermal decomposition or oxidative decomposition and the like in the film blowing production.

The heat stabilizer comprises one or more of calcium stearate and zinc stearate, the mass percentage is controlled to be 3% -7%, and substances with catalytic action on non-chain fracture can be eliminated due to the heat stabilizer, so that the ageing resistance is further improved.

The antistatic agent comprises one or more of sulfate, phosphate and polyethylene glycol which are mixed uniformly in any proportion, the mass fraction is controlled to be 0.5-1.5%, the static accumulation purpose can be reduced, and the transparent non-drip full-biodegradable mulching film is prevented from rolling up under the action of the static accumulation purpose in the use process to influence the use effect.

The release agent is a mixture of one or more of oleamide, paraffin and glycerol which are uniformly mixed in any proportion, the mass percentage is controlled to be 0.3-0.7%, and the transparent non-drip full-biodegradable mulching film is prevented from being bonded with a machine during forming.

The filler is magnesium trisilicate, the mass percent is controlled to be 3% -7%, the magnesium trisilicate has a decoloring effect, and the visibility of the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film can be improved by adding a certain amount of magnesium trisilicate.

The antifogging agent and the dripping agent are core components of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film, wherein the dripping agent can destroy the interfacial tension between water drops and the inner layer of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and prevent the water drops from being formed on the surface of the inner layer, the dripping agent can be usually polyglycerol fatty acid ester or glycerin monostearate and the like, the mass percentage is controlled to be 1.5-2%, because the thickness of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film is 0.01-0.015 mm, the content of the dripping agent is not more than 2%, otherwise, the degradation rate of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film can be influenced; the mass percentage of the antifogging agent is controlled to be 1-2 per mill, and the cooperation of the antifogging agent and the dripping agent can effectively improve the interfacial tension between the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film and water drops and prevent the water drops from being formed on the inner surface of the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film.

The degradation performance of the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film meets the national standard of full biodegradation, after the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film is used, the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film can be degraded in a soil piling mode, and is degraded by using bacteria, mould, saccharomycetes, mycoplasma, viruses, actinomycetes, algae, viruses and other microorganisms in soil, so that the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film has a high degradation rate, a good degradation effect, recyclable degradation products, energy conservation, greenness and environmental protection.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film, which comprises the following steps:

s1: weighing the raw materials corresponding to the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer according to the weight percentage, and putting the raw materials into a double-screw extruder for granulation;

s2: and (4) respectively putting the granules obtained in the step (S1) into raw material ports corresponding to a three-screw extruder, firstly, changing the granules into molten state at the temperature of 150-170 ℃, and carrying out three-layer co-extrusion film blowing on the molten raw materials to obtain the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film.

The thickness of the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film obtained by the method is 0.01-0.015 mm, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 15mPa, the longitudinal breaking elongation is more than or equal to 350%, and the transverse breaking elongation is more than or equal to 400%.

The transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film provided by the present application will be further illustrated with reference to the following examples.

Example one

The transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film obtained by the embodiment is used for a full-biodegradation experiment, the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film with the area of one square meter is put into 1kg of soil, can be degraded for 90% in about 90-120 days, can be completely degraded for about 150 days without residue, meets the national full-biodegradation standard, is high in degradation rate, does not produce white pollution, and has extremely high popularization and application performance.

In a farmland with the day-night temperature difference of 5-10 ℃ in winter, a comparison experiment is carried out by adopting the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and a common biodegradable mulching film, the covering time, the covering place and the types of crops are the same, the preparation method of the common biodegradable mulching film is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the difference is that no dripping agent and no antifogging agent are added, after the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and the common biodegradable mulching film which are not added with the dripping agent and the antifogging agent are covered for the same time, the quantity of water drops of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and the common biodegradable mulching film which are not added with the dripping agent and the antifogging agent are observed for the same area at the same time and the same area, so that a large number of densely distributed connected water drops are generated on the common fully biodegradable mulching film, and no obvious water drops are generated on the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film.

The transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film in the embodiment is prepared by the following preparation method, and comprises the following steps:

s1: respectively weighing the raw materials corresponding to the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer according to the weight percentage, and respectively putting the raw materials into a double-screw extruder for extrusion and granulation;

s2: respectively putting the mixed raw materials obtained in the step S1 into raw material ports corresponding to a three-screw extruder, and firstly, enabling the granules to be molten at 162 ℃;

s3: and (4) carrying out three-layer co-extrusion film blowing on the molten raw material obtained in the step S2 to obtain the transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film.

The thickness of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film obtained in the embodiment is 0.013mm, and the tensile strength of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film is 25mPa, the longitudinal elongation at break is 370%, and the transverse elongation at break is 420% through tensile testing; the transparent non-dropping full-biodegradable mulching film has excellent mechanical property and good ductility, and can adapt to the covering of different crops.

The transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film obtained by the embodiment is used for a full-biodegradation experiment, the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film with the area of one square meter is put into 1kg of soil, can be degraded for 90% in about 90-120 days, can be completely degraded for about 150 days without residue, meets the national full-biodegradation standard, is high in degradation rate, does not produce white pollution, and has extremely high popularization and application performance.

In a farmland with the day-night temperature difference of 5-10 ℃ in winter, a comparison experiment is carried out by adopting the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and a common biodegradable mulching film, the covering time, the covering place and the types of crops are the same, the preparation method of the common biodegradable mulching film is the same as that of the fifth embodiment, and the difference is that no dripping agent and no antifogging agent are added, after the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and the common biodegradable mulching film are covered for the same time, the quantity of water drops of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film and the common biodegradable mulching film which are not added with the dripping agent and the antifogging agent are observed in the same area at the same time, so that a large number of densely distributed connected water drops are generated on the common fully biodegradable mulching film, and no obvious water drops are generated on the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulching film.

In a first comparative experiment, a transparent non-dripping full-biodegradable mulching film is prepared by the same method as in the first comparative example, wherein the content of PBAT in the inner layer and the middle layer of the first comparative example is 69%, and the content is as follows in the following table 5:

The transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film and the common biodegradable mulch film are adopted to carry out a comparison experiment in a farmland with the day and night temperature difference of 5-10 ℃ in winter, the covering time, the place and the types of crops are the same, the preparation method of the common biodegradable mulch film is the same as the three phases of the embodiment, and the difference is that no dripping agent and no antifogging agent are added, after the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film and the common biodegradable mulch film are covered for the same time, the number of water drops of the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film and the common biodegradable mulch film without the dripping agent and the antifogging agent in the same area are observed in the same time and the same area, and therefore, a large number of densely distributed connected water drops are generated on the common fully biodegradable mulch film, and no obvious water drops are generated on the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film.

A second comparative experiment was conducted, and the transparent non-drip fully biodegradable mulch film was prepared in the same manner as in example six, except that the PBAT content of the second comparative example was 86%, and the content was as follows in table 6:

By the above embodiment, it can be derived that:

the transparent non-drop full-biodegradable mulching film prepared by the method has the advantages of good mechanical property, long service life, high applicability, no water drop when the temperature difference between day and night is large, good light transmittance, long fog dissipation time, high fog dissipation rate, high germination rate of crops, high degradation efficiency and good degradation effect, and can meet the national full-biodegradation standard without causing white pollution.

The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
