Background

The packaging sheet is the first choice for high-grade packaging of cigarette labels, medicines, cosmetics and the like, but the existing packaging sheet has poor touch and is not glossy. Therefore, there is a need for a packaging sheet having a flocked feel, a method of making, and uses thereof that at least partially address the problems of the prior art.
