Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a combined platform structure for a well wall of a sunk well and a construction method of the sunk well.

Background

In the municipal engineering construction, the open caisson is not only a foundation, but also a building enclosure structure during construction, has the advantages of high bearing capacity, good impermeability, strong integrity, good stability, small influence on adjacent buildings and the like, and is widely applied to the construction of municipal engineering such as foundation pits of large piers, sewage pump stations, shield assembly wells, jacking pipes and the like. The large-diameter open caisson is used as a common building envelope structure and applied to pipe jacking engineering with deep depth.

At present, in the open caisson construction process, because the open caisson construction is carried out in sections, the sinking depth of the open caisson is increased along with the increase of the number of sections of construction, and a higher blank face is formed in the well wall, a working platform needs to be set up and is used for construction operations such as operator walking, open caisson reinforcement binding, formwork setting, concrete pouring, formwork removing and the like. The traditional method mostly adopts a mode of erecting a floor type steel pipe scaffold from bottom to top on the inner side of the wall of the open caisson as a working platform, and the open caisson is constructed in sections, so the scaffold needs to be repeatedly erected and dismantled in the construction process.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a combined platform structure for a wall of a caisson, which can reduce the cost and improve the construction efficiency.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing an open caisson.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, the present invention provides a caisson wall combined platform structure 100, which is disposed in an inner wall 101 of the caisson. The open caisson wall combined platform structure 100 comprises a plurality of support frames 10 fixed on the inner wall 101 of the open caisson, and the support frames 10 are equidistantly distributed in the inner wall 101 of the open caisson according to a preset height. The preset height is the work of formwork support, pouring, formwork removal and the like which can be performed by an operator standing on the operation platform 20 in each open caisson. Of course, the distances between the supporting frames 10 may not be equal, as long as the installation heights of the supporting frames 10 are substantially the same. Specifically, support plates 21 are arranged on two adjacent support frames 10, and a plurality of support plates 21 are connected end to form an annular operating platform 20 on the inner wall 101 of the open caisson.
