The invention aims to provide a shear wall which is simple in structure, improves construction efficiency and can improve the shock resistance of the shear wall.

The invention also aims to provide the fabricated shear wall which is convenient and quick to construct, high in construction efficiency and strong in seismic capacity.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a shear wall construction method which is simple and convenient in construction and high in construction efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the assembled shear wall connecting mechanism provided by the invention comprises at least two steel anchor rings, anchoring parts respectively fixedly connected with the steel anchor rings and at least one round-section steel bar, wherein the steel anchor rings are provided with central holes, all the steel anchor rings are coaxially overlapped in a central shaft manner, and the round-section steel bar penetrates through the central holes of all the steel anchor rings.

In addition, by adopting the structure, the vertical joints of the two shear walls can be smaller, so that the grouting into the vertical joints can be reduced, and the assembling speed is accelerated.

Detailed Description

In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and effects achieved by the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the assembly type shear wall connection mechanism 100 of the present invention includes at least two steel anchor rings 1, an anchoring member 2 fixedly connected to the steel anchor rings 1, and at least one round-section steel bar 3, wherein the cross section of each steel anchor ring 1 is circular, a central hole 11 is formed in the middle of each steel anchor ring 1, all the steel anchor rings 1 are coaxially stacked on each other in a central axis manner, and the round-section steel bar 3 penetrates through the central holes 11 of all the steel anchor rings 1. The round section steel bar 3 is coaxial with the central shaft of the steel anchor ring 1. I.e. one part of the anchor 2 is anchored to one of the shear walls 201 on one side and the other part of the anchor 2 is anchored to the other shear wall 201. In this embodiment, the fabricated shear wall connection mechanism 100 includes a plurality of steel anchor rings 1, a plurality of anchors 2, and a round-section steel bar 3. As shown in fig. 6, the shear wall construction method of the present invention includes the following steps:

step S1, prefabricating a plurality of steel anchor rings 1, anchoring pieces 2 and round section steel bars 3.

Step S3, assembling the two shear walls 201 to form a vertical joint 202 therebetween, and coaxially and alternately stacking the steel anchor rings 1 on the two shear walls 201 in a central axis manner.

And step S4, the round section steel bar 3 is arranged in the central holes 11 of all the steel anchor rings 1 in a penetrating manner.

Step S5, setting a template enclosing the front and rear sides of the vertical seam 202 and the holes at the lower end of the vertical seam 202.

Step S6, pouring a curable filling material through the hole at the upper end of the vertical joint 202, so that the two shear walls 201 are connected into a whole after the filling material is cured. The filler material is the same as the material of the shear wall 201, and is a concrete material.

And step S7, removing the template to obtain the shear wall.

According to the invention, the steel anchor ring 1, the anchoring piece 2 and the round-section steel bar 3 are used as the connecting mechanism 100 between the two shear walls 201, when the shear walls 201 are prefabricated, the anchoring piece 2 can be pre-embedded firstly, so that the anchoring piece 2 and the steel anchor ring 1 are arranged on the shear walls 201 in advance, and when the two shear walls 201 are assembled, the round-section steel bar 3 penetrating through the central hole 11 of the steel anchor ring 1 only needs to be placed on the vertical seam 202 between the two shear walls, therefore, the steel wire is not needed for binding and positioning, the structure and construction are very simple, the vertical seams 202 of the two shear walls 201 can be formed to be small, the grouting into the vertical seams 202 can be reduced, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
