A high-pressure curtain grouting construction platform is characterized by comprising a platform body arranged on one side of a tunnel face in a tunnel, a slope arranged on the platform body, ditches arranged on two sides of the slope respectively, and a drainage steel pipe arranged on the right side of the platform body and extending from the interior of the platform body to the ditches.

the width of the platform corresponds to the width of the tunnel.

6. The application of the high-pressure curtain grouting construction platform comprises the following specific steps:

(1) taking materials of hole slag dug in the tunnel at one side of the tunnel face, and manufacturing a platform with the height of 3.1 m;

(2) pre-burying a drainage steel pipe in the platform;

(3) laying a hardened layer of concrete on the platform;

(4) manufacturing a slope on the platform by using hole slag;

(5) digging a groove acting ditch on the section of the platform and the section of the side edge of the slope on the right side of the slope;

(6) finally, the drilling equipment drives into the platform, drilling can be carried out on the whole tunnel face through angle adjustment of the drilling equipment, and the construction platform does not need to be adjusted repeatedly;

the drainage steel pipe extends into the ditch.

7. The use of a high pressure curtain grouting construction platform as claimed in claim 6, wherein the platform is densely filled with grouting to prevent leakage of grouting when curtain grouting is performed.

Background

In recent years, with the increasing number of mountain tunnels in southern areas of China, mud outburst and water inrush phenomena occur in a plurality of tunnels, the tunnel construction progress and safety are seriously affected, and full-section curtain grouting is needed. The operation platform needs to be adjusted repeatedly under the limitation of the height and angle of the grouting drilling equipment and sudden water burst of the high-pressure water burst hole, and the operation platform needs to be arranged in order to shorten the construction period and complete advanced curtain grouting construction with quality and guarantee. Compared with the non-operating platform, the method has the advantages of convenience in construction, high efficiency and the like. In the process of curtain grouting, the construction period is influenced because no operation platform is arranged or the operation platform is unreasonable and needs to be adjusted repeatedly.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a high pressure curtain grouting construction platform and application thereof, which is convenient for construction, improves construction efficiency, and saves cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a high-pressure curtain grouting construction platform, which comprises a platform body arranged on one side of a tunnel face in a tunnel, a slope arranged on the platform body, ditches arranged on two sides of the slope, and a drainage steel pipe arranged on the right side of the platform body and extending from the inside of the platform body to the ditches.

The invention has the advantages of convenient construction, improved construction efficiency and cost saving. Because the problems that the height and the angle of the existing tunnel inner curtain grouting drilling equipment cannot cover the full-section construction, the construction operation platform needs to be adjusted repeatedly and the like are solved, local materials are convenient to use after improvement, the drilling equipment drives into the operation platform, drilling can be carried out on the whole tunnel face through the angle adjustment of the drilling equipment, the construction platform does not need to be adjusted repeatedly, the influence of high-pressure water gushing holes is avoided, the purpose of full-section curtain grouting is achieved, and the loss of the construction period is avoided. Therefore, compared with the construction platform which is adjusted repeatedly, the construction platform has high cost performance, is a curtain grouting construction platform in the tunnel, greatly enriches the tunnel construction technology, and has extremely wide popularization value; in addition, when the drilling equipment drives into the operation platform, drilling can be carried out on the whole tunnel face through angle adjustment of the drilling equipment, the construction platform does not need to be adjusted repeatedly, and the influence of high-pressure water gushing holes is avoided, so that the purpose of full-section curtain grouting is achieved, and the loss of the construction period is avoided. The construction efficiency is improved and the cost is saved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a high-pressure curtain grouting construction platform includes a platform body 2 provided at one side of a tunnel face 1 in a tunnel, a slope 3 provided on the platform body 2, gutters 4 provided at both sides of the slope 3, and a steel drain pipe 5 provided at the right side of the platform body 2 and extending from the inside of the platform body 2 to the gutters 4. The ditch 4 is a groove for digging the section of the platform body 2 and the side section of the slope 3 downwards. The platform body 2 includes a platform 21 and a hardened layer 22 provided on the platform 21. The platform 21 is 3.1m high. The thickness of the platform hardening layer 22 is 15 cm. The platform 21 has a total length of 10 m. The height between the hardened layer 22 and the top surface of the tunnel arch is 4.7 m. The width of the platform 21 corresponds to the width of the tunnel. The ramp 3 has a length of 10 m.

The application of the high-pressure curtain grouting construction platform comprises the following specific steps: (1) taking hole slag dug in the tunnel from one side of the tunnel face 1, and manufacturing a platform 21 with the height of 3.1 m;

(2) pre-burying a drainage steel pipe 5 in the platform 21;

(3) laying a hardened layer 22 of concrete on the platform 21;

(4) a slope 3 is made on the platform 21 by adopting hole slag;

(5) a groove acting ditch 4 of the section of the platform 21 dug and taken on the right side of the slope 3 and the section of the side edge of the slope 3;

(6) finally, drilling equipment drives into the platform, drilling can be carried out on the whole tunnel face 1 through angle adjustment of the drilling equipment, and the construction platform does not need to be adjusted repeatedly;

the drain steel pipe 5 extends into the gutter 4.

The platform is filled compactly by grouting, so that the slurry leakage is prevented when curtain grouting is implemented.

The drilling equipment is KLEMM KR805-2 type drilling equipment.
