The engine self-ventilating, self-oil-returning dipstick structure of claim 1, further comprising an oil return baffle disposed at an upper end of said second connector, said oil return baffle having a tapered ring structure, a small end of said tapered ring structure being connected to a large end of said first connector, said tapered ring structure facing said main spring.

4. The engine self-ventilating, self-scavenging dipstick structure of claim 3, wherein the outer diameter of the large end of the oil return baffle matches the inner diameter of the dipstick sleeve.

5. The engine self-ventilating, self-scavenging oil dipstick structure of claim 1, wherein the oil dipstick spring further comprises a plurality of oil dipstick equally spaced score lines disposed evenly between the oil dipstick upper score line and the oil dipstick underline.

The self-ventilating, self-oil-returning oil dipstick structure of claim 1, further comprising an oil return ball disposed at a lower end of said oil dipstick spring, said oil return ball having an oil return hole disposed therein, said oil return hole communicating with an inner bore of said oil dipstick spring.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of engine manufacturing, in particular to an oil scale structure which is applicable to self-ventilation and self-oil return of self-ventilation and self-oil return engines of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, special-purpose machinery, fuel oil engines and gas engines.

Background

The role of engine oil in the engine is crucial: 1. as lubricating oil, the friction and damage of parts are reduced; 2. as coolant, absorb the heat of the combustion chamber and piston; 3. as a sealant, fills the space between the piston ring and the cylinder sleeve.

The engine oil is too little, so that the engine is poor in lubrication and the engine abrasion is increased; the engine oil is too much, the engine load is increased, and the oil consumption of the automobile is increased. Therefore, the amount of engine oil should be maintained between the upper and lower scale lines of the oil scale.

The current oil scale mainly has the following three structures as shown in fig. 1a to 1 c:

1. the structure is as follows:

1) structure 1: the oil level gauge consists of a pull ring, an oil level gauge (made of metal or plastic and the like), an upper limit scale of the oil level gauge and a lower limit scale of the oil level gauge.

2) Structure 2: the oil level gauge is composed of a pull ring, a pull rope (made of metal or plastic and the like), an oil level gauge (made of metal or plastic and the like), oil level gauge upper limit scales and oil level gauge lower limit scales.

3) Structure 3: the oil level gauge consists of a pull ring, an oil level gauge (made of iron sheets or plastics and the like), an upper limit scale of the oil level gauge and a lower limit scale of the oil level gauge.

2. The disadvantages are as follows:

2) Oil gas in the crankcase is cooled in the oil scale sleeve, oil drops are formed and attached to the oil scale sleeve, and due to the lack of a ventilation structure, the oil drops stay and gather between the oil scale and the sleeve to form large oil drops, and the oil drops gather most at the position which is farthest close to the pull ring. When the oil scale is just pulled out, a large amount of oil drops are sprayed out from the oil scale sleeve along with the oil scale.

3) Oil gas in the crankcase is cooled in the oil scale sleeve, oil drops are formed and attached to the oil scale sleeve, and because the temperature of the pull ring is the lowest, the oil drops are more close to the pull ring, and a plurality of oil drop gathering areas are formed. Because of lacking oil return structure, oil drips can't in time flow back to the oil pan, so when the oil scale is pulled out, have oil to drip to follow the oil scale and constantly spout from the oil scale sleeve.

The invention aims to provide an oil scale structure with self-ventilation and self-oil return functions for an engine, which can realize the self-ventilation function of an oil scale by utilizing pressure difference and pressure fluctuation through a ventilation hole and prevent oil drops from being sprayed out when the oil scale is pulled out.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a self-ventilation and self-oil return oil scale structure of an engine, which is used for being inserted into an oil scale sleeve of the engine to check the liquid level height of engine oil, and comprises a pull ring, a first connecting body, a main spring, a second connecting body and an oil scale spring; the pull ring comprises a cylinder; the first connecting body is of a cylindrical structure, the cylinder is inserted into one end of the first connecting body, and the first connecting body comprises a vent hole; one end of the main spring is inserted into the other end of the first connecting body; the second connecting body is in a conical cylinder structure, and the other end of the main spring is inserted into the large end of the second connecting body; one end of the oil scale spring is inserted into the small end of the second connecting body, and the oil scale spring comprises an oil pointer upper line and an oil pointer underline; the oil pointer upper scribing line is arranged at the upper part of the outer surface of the oil scale spring; the oil pointer underline is arranged at the lower part of the outer surface of the oil scale spring; wherein the ventilation holes are used for ventilation inside and outside the main spring.

In a preferred embodiment, the self-ventilating and self-oil-returning oil scale structure of the engine further comprises a sealing ring which is arranged in a sealing groove on the cylinder of the pull ring, and the sealing ring is used for sealing between the cylinder and the oil scale sleeve.

In a preferred embodiment, the self-ventilation and self-oil-return oil scale structure of the engine further comprises an oil return baffle plate which is arranged at the upper end of the second connecting body, the oil return baffle plate is of a conical ring structure, the small end of the conical ring structure is connected with the large end of the first connecting body, and the conical ring structure faces the direction of the main spring.

In a preferred embodiment, the outer diameter of the large end of the oil return baffle matches the inner diameter of the oil scale sleeve.

In a preferred embodiment, the oil scale spring further comprises a plurality of oil pointer equal-dividing scribe lines which are uniformly arranged between the oil pointer upper scribe line and the oil pointer underline.

In a preferred embodiment, the self-ventilating and self-oil-returning oil scale structure of the engine further comprises an oil return ball head which is arranged at the lower end of the oil scale spring, and an oil return hole is formed in the oil return ball head and communicated with an inner hole of the oil scale spring.

Compared with the prior art, the self-ventilation and self-oil return oil dipstick structure of the engine has the following beneficial effects: according to the scheme, firstly, through the structures such as the first connecting body, the vent hole, the main spring, the second connecting body, the oil scale spring, the oil scale oil return ball head and the like, the self-ventilation function of the oil scale is realized by utilizing pressure difference and pressure fluctuation, and oil drops are prevented from being sprayed out when the oil scale is pulled out; secondly, the self-oil-return function of the oil scale can be realized through the structures such as the main spring, the oil return baffle, the second connector, the oil scale spring, the oil scale oil return ball head and the like, oil drops on the oil scale sleeve are returned to the oil pan, and the oil drops are prevented from being sprayed out when the oil scale is pulled out; can also go up marking off, oil scale spring, oil scale underline and oil scale oil return bulb structure through main spring, oil return baffle, second connector, oil scale, with the oil droplet of oil scale sleeve pipe, oil scale from returning oil to the oil pan, prevent to measure the deviation, divide equally simultaneously through increasing the oil scale and rule, guaranteed the high accuracy that the oil scale measured the machine oil volume more, prevent that the machine oil volume is too little or too much, avoid engine wear and power reduction.

The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.

Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.

As shown in fig. 2, the self-ventilation and self-oil-return oil scale structure of the engine according to the preferred embodiment of the invention is used for being inserted into an oil scale sleeve of the engine to check the oil level height, and comprises a pull ring 1, a seal ring 2, a first connecting body 3, a vent hole 4, a main spring 5, an oil return baffle 6, a second connecting body 7, an oil scale upper marking line 8, an oil scale equal marking line 9, an oil scale spring 10, an oil scale lower line 11, an oil return ball head 12 and the like.

In some embodiments, the pull ring 1 comprises a cylinder, and the pull ring 1 is fixedly connected with one end of the cylinder. The first connecting body 3 is a cylindrical structure, the other end of the cylinder is inserted into one end of the first connecting body 3, and the first connecting body 3 comprises a vent hole 4. One end of the main spring 5 is inserted into the other end of the first connecting body 3. The second connecting body 7 is in a conical cylinder structure, and the other end of the main spring 5 is inserted into the large end of the second connecting body 7. One end of the oil scale spring 10 is inserted into the small end of the second connecting body 7, and the oil scale spring 10 comprises an oil pointer upper marking line 8, an oil pointer equal marking line 9, an oil pointer underline 11 and an oil return ball head 12. The oil pointer upper scribe line 8 is provided on the upper portion of the outer surface of the oil level gauge spring 10. An oil underline 11 is provided at a lower portion of an outer surface of the oil scale spring 10. A plurality of oil pointer equal division lines 9 are uniformly arranged between the oil pointer upper division line 8 and the oil pointer underline 11. The oil return bulb 12 is arranged at the lower end of the oil scale spring 10, and an oil return hole is formed in the oil return bulb 12 and communicated with an inner hole of the oil scale spring 10. In some embodiments, the self-ventilating, self-scavenging oil scale structure of the engine further comprises a sealing ring 2 disposed in a sealing groove on the cylinder of the pull ring 1, the sealing ring 2 being used for sealing between the cylinder and the oil scale sleeve.

In some embodiments, the self-ventilating and self-oil-returning oil scale structure of the engine further comprises an oil return baffle 6 disposed at the upper end of the second connecting body 7, the oil return baffle 6 is in a conical ring structure, the small end of the conical ring structure is connected with the large end of the first connecting body 3, and the conical ring structure faces the main spring 5. The outer diameter of the large end of the oil return baffle 6 is matched with the inner diameter of the oil dipstick sleeve.

In some embodiments, the ventilation hole 4 communicates with the inside and outside of the first connecting body 3, so that the ventilation hole 4, the inside of the first connecting body 3, the inner hole of the main spring 5, the inside of the second connecting body 7, the inner hole of the oil scale spring 10 and the oil return hole of the oil return ball head 12 communicate with one air, and thus, the engine ventilates automatically, the oil scale structure returning oil automatically can utilize pressure difference and pressure fluctuation, the inside and outside self-ventilation function of the oil scale is realized, and oil drops when the oil scale is pulled out are prevented from being sprayed out. Meanwhile, oil drops are also in the self-ventilation process, are accelerated to be condensed into oil drops in the oil scale sleeve and the oil scale, and are accelerated to return to the oil pan through the self-oil return function.

In some embodiments, due to temperature changes, oil drops condensed outside the main spring 5 may slowly flow down along a spring spiral groove naturally formed outside the main spring 5 under vibration of the engine, and finally flow into the second connecting body 7, and then flow back to the oil pan along an inner hole of the oil scale spring 10 and an oil return hole of the oil return ball 12.

In some embodiments, due to temperature changes, oil drops are condensed on the inner wall of the oil scale sleeve, when the engine is self-ventilated and the oil scale structure with self-oil return is pulled out of the oil scale sleeve, due to the fact that the oil return baffle 6 structure with a large opening facing upwards is arranged at the upper end of the second connecting body 7, the outer diameter of the upper portion of the oil return baffle 6 is equal to the inner diameter of the oil scale sleeve, at the moment, the oil drops condensed on the inner wall of the oil scale sleeve can be scraped by the oil return baffle 6, and then the oil drops cannot flow to the positions of the oil scale upper marking line 8, the oil scale equal marking line 9 and the oil scale underline 11 on the oil scale spring 10, so that the accuracy of observing the oil level of the engine is affected. When the oil scale is pulled out, the pressure in the space between the oil scale sleeve and the oil scale is greater than the internal pressure of the oil scale, and the oil-gas mixture in the space between the oil scale sleeve and the oil scale enters the oil scale through the ventilation hole 4, so that the engine oil is prevented from being sprayed out. Meanwhile, the oil return function of the self-return oil drops from the oil scale to the oil return hole in the oil return bulb 12 is enhanced.

In conclusion, the self-ventilation and self-oil return oil dipstick structure of the engine has the following advantages: according to the scheme, firstly, through the structures such as the first connecting body, the vent hole, the main spring, the second connecting body, the oil scale spring, the oil scale oil return ball head and the like, the self-ventilation function of the oil scale is realized by utilizing pressure difference and pressure fluctuation, and oil drops are prevented from being sprayed out when the oil scale is pulled out; secondly, the self-oil-return function of the oil scale can be realized through the structures such as the main spring, the oil return baffle, the second connector, the oil scale spring, the oil scale oil return ball head and the like, oil drops on the oil scale sleeve are returned to the oil pan, and the oil drops are prevented from being sprayed out when the oil scale is pulled out; can also go up marking off, oil scale spring, oil scale underline and oil scale oil return bulb structure through main spring, oil return baffle, second connector, oil scale, with the oil droplet of oil scale sleeve pipe, oil scale from returning oil to the oil pan, prevent to measure the deviation, divide equally simultaneously through increasing the oil scale and rule, guaranteed the high accuracy that the oil scale measured the machine oil volume more, prevent that the machine oil volume is too little or too much, avoid engine wear and power reduction.
