step one, heating and drying: heat conduction oil is added into the heating tank (5), industrial steam is input from an input port (402) of the steam heating coil (4), and is discharged from an output port (401), so that the heat conduction oil in the heating tank (5) is uniformly heated; the filter (1) is connected with negative pressure equipment to suck out moisture in the drying barrel (26);

step two, vibration stirring: the driving motor (12) drives the impact hammer (9) to rotate, the impact hammer (9) continuously impacts the vibration platform (15), and the drying barrel (26) vibrates, so that powder attached to the inner wall of the drying barrel (26) falls to the bottom of the drying barrel (26); when the impact hammer (9) rotates, the spline shaft (902) at the top of the impact hammer drives the driving shaft (8) to rotate, so that the stirring blade (6) is driven to rotate, and the stirring blade (6) continuously stirs and mixes the powder in the drying barrel (26).

In order to mix dry drug powders, it is necessary to use a mixing and drying apparatus.

The existing powder mixing dryer has the problems of low efficiency caused by slow heating and temperature rise and slow mixing speed in the using process.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems of slow heating temperature rise and slow mixing speed of the existing powder mixing dryer, the invention provides the dryer suitable for powder mixing and the drying method thereof.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.

A drying machine suitable for powder mixing and a drying method thereof comprise a base and a drying barrel, wherein the drying barrel is a uncovered barrel body with a hollow interior, and the bottom of the drying barrel is provided with a through hole; the drying machine also comprises a stirring blade, a driving motor and a vibration mechanism, wherein the stirring blade is positioned in the drying barrel; the vibration mechanism comprises a vibration platform and an impact hammer; the vibration platform is positioned above the base, and the drying barrel is arranged on the upper surface of the vibration platform; the impact hammer is rotatably arranged on the base; the top of the impact hammer is in contact with the lower surface of the vibration platform; the driving motor is arranged on the base, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the bottom of the impact hammer; the top of the impact hammer penetrates through a through hole at the bottom of the drying barrel and is connected with the stirring blade inside the impact hammer.

According to the technical scheme, a first bulge is arranged at the top of the impact hammer, a first groove is formed in the lower surface of the vibration platform, the first groove is in contact with the first bulge, and the shape of the first groove is matched with that of the first bulge.

step one, heating and drying: heat conducting oil is added into the heating tank, industrial steam is input from an input port of the steam heating coil pipe, and is discharged from an output port, so that the heat conducting oil in the heating tank is uniformly heated; the filter is connected with the negative pressure equipment and is used for sucking out the moisture in the drying barrel;

step two, vibration stirring: the driving motor drives the impact hammer to rotate, the impact hammer continuously impacts the vibration platform, and the drying barrel vibrates, so that powder attached to the inner wall of the drying barrel falls to the bottom of the drying barrel; when the impact hammer rotates, the spline shaft at the top of the impact hammer drives the driving shaft to rotate, so that the stirring blade is driven to rotate, and the stirring blade continuously stirs and mixes powder in the drying barrel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

Example 1

The present embodiment provides a drying machine suitable for powder mixing and a drying method thereof, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a base 11, a drying tub 26, a stirring blade 6, a driving motor 12, and a vibration mechanism. The supporting legs of the base 11 are fixedly arranged on the ground of a production workshop, and the table top of the base 11 is round or square. The vibration mechanism comprises a vibration platform 15 and an impact hammer 9.

The vibration platform 15 is erected above the table top of the base 11, and the drying barrel 26 is installed on the upper surface of the vibration platform 15. The drying barrel 26 is a barrel body with a hollow inner part and no cover, and a through hole is arranged at the bottom of the barrel body. The stirring blade 6 is installed in the drying tub 26.

The impact hammer 9 is rotatably mounted in a central hole in the base 11 by a first thrust bearing 23. As shown in fig. 8, the top of the impact hammer 9 is provided with a first protrusion 901, the lower surface of the vibration platform 15 is provided with a first groove 1503, the shape of the first groove 1503 matches the shape of the first protrusion 901, and the first protrusion 901 at the top of the impact hammer 9 contacts the first groove 1503 at the lower surface of the vibration platform 15.

As shown in fig. 3, a driving motor 12 is mounted on the base 11, and an output shaft thereof is connected to the bottom of the impact hammer 9, thereby rotating the impact hammer 9. The top of the impact hammer 9 is provided with a spline shaft 902, the spline shaft 902 is matched with the driving shaft 8, and the top of the driving shaft 8 penetrates through a through hole at the bottom of the drying barrel 26 and is connected with the stirring blade 6 inside the drying barrel. The diameter of the top of the driving shaft 8 is the same as that of the through hole of the bottom of the drying tub 26.

The driving motor 12 drives the impact hammer 9 to rotate, and the impact hammer 9 continuously impacts the vibration platform 15 to enable the drying barrel 26 to vibrate, so that the medicinal powder attached to the inner wall of the drying barrel 26 can fall to the bottom of the drying barrel 26; meanwhile, the driving motor 12 drives the stirring blade 6 to rotate, the medicine powder in the drying barrel 26 is mixed, and the mixing efficiency is high.

Example 2

The basic structure of the dryer suitable for powder mixing and the drying method thereof is the same as that of the dryer in embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, a base 11 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, a vibration platform 15 is provided with second mounting holes 1501 the number of which is the same as that of the threaded holes, and the positions of the threaded holes correspond to the positions of the second mounting holes 1501. And the lower end surface of the vibration platform 15 is provided with a discharge port 13.

The threaded hole is in threaded fit with a first screw 17, the threaded part of the first screw 17 is assembled with a second nut 14 and fixed on the base 11 through the second nut 14, and the second nut 14 is positioned on the lower surface of the base 11.

The length of the first screw 17 is greater than the height between the vibration table 15 and the base 11. The periphery of the first screw 17 positioned above the vibration platform 15 is sleeved with a first spring 7, and the periphery of the first screw 17 positioned below the vibration platform 15 is sleeved with a second spring 10. The diameter of the circular hole of the second mounting hole 1501 is larger than the diameter of the first screw 17 and smaller than the diameters of the first spring 7 and the second spring 10, so that the vibration platform 15 vibrates up and down by the elastic force of the first spring 7 and the second spring 10.

Example 3

This embodiment provides a drying machine and a drying method thereof suitable for powder mixing, the basic structure of which is the same as that of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and further comprises a heating tank 5, and the shape of the heating tank 5 is matched with that of the drying barrel 26. Heating tank 5 overlaps the periphery of establishing at drying bucket 26 and welds the upper surface at vibration platform 15, and heating tank 5 and drying bucket 26 flange joint.

The drying barrel 26 is circular ring-shaped, the heating tank 5 is circular ring-shaped, and the inner diameter of the circular ring of the heating tank 5 is the same as the outer diameter of the drying barrel 26. Inside the heating tank 5 is mounted a steam heating coil 4, which is shaped as a spiral. To enhance the heating effect, steam heating coils 4 are spiraled on the inner wall of the heating tank 5. A fill port 18, an input port 402 of steam heating coil 4, and an output port 401 of steam heating coil 4 are formed in the side of heating tank 5.

Example 4

The present embodiment provides a drying machine and a drying method thereof suitable for powder mixing, the basic structure of which is the same as that of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, a first flange 2602 is provided on an outer shaft of a drying barrel 26, a first mounting hole 2601 is provided on an upper surface of the first flange 2602, the first flange 2602 is mounted on an upper surface of a heating tank 5, a stud 501 on the upper surface of the heating tank 5 passes through the first mounting hole 2601, a first nut 25 is mounted on a surface of the first flange 2602, and the first nut 25 is mounted on a surface of the stud 501.

Example 5

The present embodiment provides a dryer suitable for powder mixing and a drying method thereof, the basic structure of which is the same as that of embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 4, the dryer further includes a filter 1, a cover 20, a pressure gauge 21 and a temperature gauge 24, the cover 20 is provided with a first interface 2001, a second interface 2002 and a third interface 2003, the pressure gauge 21 is mounted on the upper surface of the cover 20 through the second interface 2002, and the temperature gauge 24 is mounted on the upper surface of the cover 20 through the third interface 2003.

The cover 20 is detachably mounted right above the drying barrel 26 through the second clamp 3, and a second sealing gasket 19 is mounted between the cover 20 and the drying barrel 26, so that the sealing effect is enhanced.

The filter 1 is detachably mounted on the first interface 2001 of the cover 20 through the first clamp 2, and a first sealing gasket 22 is mounted between the first interface 2001 and the filter 1, so that the sealing effect is enhanced.

Example 6

This embodiment provides a dryer and a drying method thereof suitable for powder mixing, and the basic structure is the same as that of embodiment 5, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a dust cover 16 is mounted on the upper surface of a base 11.

The dust cover 16 is square or cylindrical, and a circular through hole is formed in the center thereof. The diameter of the circular through hole in the center of the dust cover 16 is the same as the outer diameter of the heating tank 5, and the height of the dust cover 16 is larger than that of the vibration mechanism, so that the vibration mechanism is protected.

Example 7

The embodiment provides a dryer suitable for powder mixing and a drying method thereof, the basic structure is the same as that of the embodiment 6, and the working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the upper end of the filter 1 is connected with a negative pressure device to continuously suck out moisture in the drying barrel 26, the steam heating coil 4 is connected with an industrial steam pipeline, industrial steam enters from an input port 402 of the steam heating coil 4 and is discharged from an output port 401 of the steam heating coil 4, and steam circulation heating is carried out. The heat conduction oil is added into the heating tank 5 through the filling port 18, and the heat conduction oil is sealed through a valve (not shown in the figure) from the discharge port 13 at the bottom of the heating tank 5, so that the heat conduction oil in the heating tank 5 can be uniformly heated by industrial steam, the drying barrel 26 is uniformly heated, and the purpose of evaporating moisture is achieved.
