Technical Field

The invention relates to a bullet group locking device of a missile box, in particular to a multi-azimuth self-adaptive locking mechanism.

Background

Due to the limitation of a space structure, part of box bullets need to be stacked for transportation and storage, and are rotated to be opened when in work, and are locked after being in place to bear various loads. However, the conventional locking mechanism at present has problems, such as complex structure, heavy structure, weak bearing capacity, weak locking adaptability and the like, and has a certain degree of potential safety hazard.

For example: chinese patent publication No. CN110736387A discloses a missile multi-unit module positioning and locking device, which comprises a missile multi-unit module, wherein the missile multi-unit module comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, and the upper layer and the lower layer are respectively provided with an omnidirectional positioning and locking unit, a transverse positioning and locking unit, and a guiding positioning and locking unit. When the missile multi-unit modules are stacked, the upper missile multi-unit module and the lower missile multi-unit module can be positioned on the surface with certain precision, and the missile multi-unit modules can be reliably locked. However, the device has a complex structure, requires high requirements for stacking, aligning and positioning due to the need of respectively operating each module during locking, is complex to operate, and has weak locking self-adaptive capacity.

The Chinese patent with publication number CN106643290A discloses an integrated sand-proof and grease-storage missile linkage locking device, which comprises a plurality of locking units connected in sequence, wherein each locking unit comprises a base, a lead screw is rotatably fixed in the base, two ends of the lead screw respectively extend out from two ends of the base and are connected with corresponding ends of the lead screws of the adjacent locking units, a pressing block is screwed on the lead screw and is in fit contact with a self-locking inclined plane of a clamping part of an external storage and transportation launching barrel; and the screw rod is rotated, the pressing block axially moves along the base, so that the clamping part of the storage and transportation launching tube is pushed outwards or inwards to abut against or separate from the positioning surface of the storage and transportation launching tube, and the storage and transportation launching tube is locked and unlocked. The device can only provide object locking force through the pressing block, cannot provide vertical and transverse locking force between the storage and transportation launching tube and the base, and is weak in bearing capacity.

The guide slot is kept away from one side of pivot and is equipped with the shrouding, and the shrouding is stretched into to the pivot, and the relative shrouding of pivot has the space of axial and vertical activity.

And a fourth inclined plane is arranged at the lower part of one side of the sealing plate facing the guide groove, and an inclined plane corresponding to the fourth inclined plane is arranged at the lower part of the clamping jaw.

The edge of the upper part of the guide groove is provided with an inward flange, and the lower part of the clamping jaw is provided with a limiting structure corresponding to the inward flange.

The middle of the driving shaft is provided with a limiting ring, the side face of the supporting beam is provided with a limiting plate, the limiting plate is positioned between the two clamping jaws, the limiting part of the limiting ring is positioned on two sides of the limiting plate, and an axial moving space is arranged between the limiting ring and the limiting plate.

The limiting ring is a whole and is connected with the driving shaft through a pin.

And the third inclined plane is provided with a wear-resistant block.

Two ends of the supporting plate are respectively provided with a positioning pin and a guide seat.

The multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanism comprises two multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanisms, wherein the two multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanisms are integrated into a whole through a supporting beam, an extension shaft is arranged on the side face of one multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanism, and a driving shaft of the other multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanism is connected with the extension shaft through a universal coupling.

And a mounting plate is also arranged below the supporting beam.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

by adopting the box bullet locking device, box bullets and the supporting plate are locked in multiple directions during stacking and transporting of the box bullets, the safety is high, the weight is small, the bearing capacity is strong, the operation is simple, and the box bullets can be locked and unlocked quickly. When the jack catch 7 is close to the supporting plate 2, the first inclined surface 8 contacts the box bullet at first, the jack catch 7 moves up under the action of the inclined surface, so that the jack catch 7 can be smoothly clamped on the limiting structures at two sides of the box bullet, then the second inclined surface 9 contacts the third inclined surface 10 of the supporting plate 2, and under the action of the third inclined surface 10, the jack catch 7 is clamped downwards, so that the box bullet is tightly attached to the supporting plate 2. When the claws 7 are far away from the support plate 2, the claws are unlocked.

By adopting the box bullet locking device, box bullets and the supporting plate 2 are locked in multiple directions during stacking and transportation of the box bullets, the safety is high, the weight is small, the bearing capacity is strong, the operation is simple, and the box bullets can be locked and unlocked quickly. The first inclined surface 8 and the second inclined surface 9 are arranged on the jaw 7, and the jaw 7 has an up-and-down moving space in the guide groove 5, so that the jaw 7 can be smoothly clamped into the box body and is self-adaptively locked; the axial direction of the driving shaft 6 can move, when the clamping jaw 7 on one side is locked and the clamping jaw 7 on the other side is unlocked, the self-adaptive left-right adjustment can be realized, so that the unlocked side is continuously locked, and the adaptability is strong; the supporting plate 2 and the box spring are locked through the clamping jaws 7, the positioning pins 3 and the guide seats 4 are used for tangential limiting, and the bearing capacity is not influenced by moving parts, so that the box spring has strong bearing capacity.

One side that 5 keep away from the pivot of guide slot is equipped with shrouding 11, and the pivot stretches into shrouding 11, and the relative shrouding 11 of pivot has the space of axial and vertical activity. The clamping jaw 7 and the guide groove 5 are clamped conveniently to be matched with the fourth inclined plane 12, so that fixation and sliding prevention are realized.

The middle of the driving shaft 6 is provided with a limiting ring 14, the side surface of the support beam 1 is provided with a limiting plate 15, the limiting plate 15 is positioned between the two clamping jaws 7, the limiting part of the limiting ring 14 is positioned at two sides of the limiting plate 15, and an axial moving space is arranged between the limiting ring 14 and the limiting plate 15. The excessive axial displacement of the driving shaft 6 is prevented conveniently, and the safety is improved.

The limiting ring 14 is a whole, and the limiting ring 14 is connected with the driving shaft 6 through a pin. The dismounting is convenient, the axial positioning is reliable, in addition, the driving shaft 6 can be two sections, and the dismounting convenience is improved.

The third inclined plane 10 is provided with a wear-resistant block 16. Preventing abrasion and being convenient for replacement.

Two ends of the upper surface of the supporting plate 2 are respectively provided with a positioning pin 3 and a guide seat 4. The stability is improved.

The multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanism comprises two multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanisms, wherein the two multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanisms are integrated into a whole through a supporting beam 1, an extension shaft is arranged on the side face of one multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanism, and a driving shaft 6 of the other multi-direction self-adaptive locking mechanism is connected with the extension shaft through a universal coupling 17. The multi-azimuth self-adaptive locking mechanism is formed by two boxes to be used in one group, and each group can simultaneously park two groups of box bullets; the input ends of the two driving shafts 6 can be conveniently extended out from the same end through the universal coupling 17, and the operation is convenient.

And a mounting plate 18 is also arranged below the support beam 1.
