Background

The traditional washing machine motor comprises a stator and a rotor which are matched with each other, the outside of the rotor is connected with a washing machine impeller through a rotor shaft, so that the rotor can drive the impeller to rotate through magnetic field repulsion force between the rotor and the stator, and clothes can be cleaned in an inner barrel in a rotating mode. However, the driving method of fixing the inner barrel and rotating the impeller causes the problem that the clothes are difficult to clean because of too low kneading force. The requirements of manufacturers and users cannot be met.

To solve the problem, manufacturers add a rotor on the basis of the existing motor structure to form a dual-rotor motor, so that the inner barrel and the impeller can be driven by the two rotors to rotate in opposite directions, and the cleaning effect is improved. The dual-rotor motor has two driving modes for the rotors, the first mode is to drive the two rotors to act by using a group of stator windings, but the matching effect between the stator and the rotors is relatively limited and the driving effect is poor due to the fixed number of pole slots of the stator windings in the driving structure. The second is that two sets of different stator windings are respectively arranged at the inner side and the outer side of the stator component, and the two sets of stator windings respectively correspond to the inner rotor and the outer rotor and realize driving; compared with the first structure, the structure can independently control the pole slot matching between the stator and the rotor, but the structure only actually combines two motor stators, and the wiring structure, the occupied space and the production cost of the stator winding of the structure are twice of those of the existing motor stators, so that manufacturers cannot meet the actual pursuit of a double-rotor motor. Therefore, there is a need for a motor for a washing machine having a good driving effect and a small occupied space.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a combined type double-rotor motor and a washing machine. The driving device has the characteristics of good driving effect and small occupied space.

(2) through the optimization of the winding structure, two groups of stator windings can be arranged along the circumferential direction of the stator assembly, so that the occupation of a radial area of one group of stator windings can be effectively reduced compared with the arrangement structure of the existing double stator windings, and the radial space of the stator windings can be the same as the structure of the existing single stator winding;

(3) the stator core can be changed into a plurality of single tooth-shaped structures from the original annular structure through the structural matching of the stator core and the connecting layers, and the connecting and fixing among the core teeth are realized by utilizing the connecting layers; the single iron core teeth can be arranged more tightly when in punching and stock layout, thereby reducing waste materials generated in the punching process, improving the material utilization rate of the invention and further reducing the raw material cost;

(4) by optimizing the buckling structure of the stator framework and the stator core, the connection stability of the stator core after buckling can be effectively improved, so that the stator core is prevented from loosening and moving in the radial direction after buckling; through the plastic coating layer outside the stator framework, on one hand, the rigidity of the motor stator after being formed can be improved, and on the other hand, the relative position between the stator core and the stator framework can be limited, so that the roundness and the concentricity of the stator core after being formed are improved, and the driving effect of the motor stator is further improved;

(5) the two Hall sensors arranged on the stator component can respectively sense the magnetic pole positions of the inner rotor and the outer rotor, so that the positioning accuracy of the invention is improved;

Example 1.
