Background

With the rapid development of the modernization construction industry of the power industry, the transformation of a power grid is started in all directions. When the underground main line cable needs to realize multi-loop branch power distribution at a certain distance, the cable branch box is adopted as important corollary equipment for power distribution, and the method is economical, convenient and safe. The cable branch box is a matching device for urban network cabling transformation, can be arranged outdoors, indoors or buried, can connect a power cable with a box-type transformer substation, a load switch cabinet, a looped network power supply unit and the like, provides great convenience for cable networking, and plays roles in cable shunting and switching. However, the existing cable branch box installed outdoors has poor installation environment and is inconvenient to hoist and transport, and a crane or manual transport is often adopted, so that the manpower and financial resources are increased; in addition, outdoor normal rain ponding still makes the bottom of cable branch box by the water logging easily, has the potential safety hazard.

Those skilled in the art have therefore endeavored to develop a cable breakout box base that is easily removable.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects in the prior art, the invention discloses a cable branch box base convenient to move, and aims to solve the technical problems that the existing cable branch box is inconvenient to move and the bottom of the existing cable branch box is easy to be soaked in water.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a conveniently-moved cable branch box base which comprises a base body with an open bottom, wherein two opposite side surfaces of the base body are symmetrically provided with communicating positioning holes which are arranged up and down and communicated, wheel shafts are arranged in the communicating positioning holes, and two ends of each wheel shaft are respectively provided with a roller; the wheel shaft can move in the communicating positioning hole and can be fixed so that the rolling surface of the roller can be in two states of exceeding the bottom of the base body and being positioned in the base body.

Preferably, the communicating positioning hole comprises a first positioning hole, a second positioning hole and a communicating hole, the first positioning hole is located above the second positioning hole, two ends of the communicating hole are respectively communicated with the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, and the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole are respectively lower than two ends of the communicating hole.

Preferably, the base body comprises two first supporting plates and two second supporting plates, each first supporting plate is vertically connected with each second supporting plate at two ends, the two first supporting plates and the two second supporting plates form a hollow cuboid, the two first supporting plates are respectively provided with extending parts which are turned outwards, and the communicating positioning holes are symmetrically formed in each first supporting plate.

Preferably, the extension part is provided with a foundation bolt hole.

Preferably, a bearing is arranged between the wheel shaft and the roller.

Preferably, threads are arranged at two ends of the wheel shaft, locking nuts are sleeved at two ends of the wheel shaft, and a gasket is arranged between each locking nut and the base body.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a conveniently movable cable branch box base, which comprises a base body 1 with an open bottom, wherein two opposite side surfaces of the base body 1 are symmetrically provided with communicating positioning holes 2 which are arranged up and down and communicated with each other, a wheel shaft 3 is arranged in each communicating positioning hole 2, two ends of each wheel shaft 3 are respectively provided with a roller 4, and a bearing is arranged between each wheel shaft 3 and each roller 4; the wheel shaft 3 can move in the communicating positioning hole 2, and the wheel shaft 3 can be fixed so that the rolling surface of the roller 4 can be in two states of exceeding the bottom of the base body 1 and being positioned in the base body 1.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the communication positioning hole 2 includes a first positioning hole 21, a second positioning hole 22, and a communication hole 23, the first positioning hole 21 is located above the second positioning hole 22, both ends of the communication hole 23 communicate with the first positioning hole 21 and the second positioning hole 22, respectively, and both ends of the first positioning hole 21 and the second positioning hole 22 are lower than both ends of the communication hole 23, respectively. Through the setting of intercommunication locating hole 2, can remove shaft 3 in intercommunication locating hole 2 to realize the conversion of gyro wheel 4 and ground contact and withdraw two kinds of states, convenient and fast. As shown in fig. 5, in the first embodiment of fixing the wheel axle 3, two ends of the wheel axle 3 are provided with threads, two ends of the wheel axle 3 are sleeved with lock nuts 31, and a gasket 32 is arranged between the lock nuts 31 and the base body 1 to increase friction. When the cable branch box needs to be moved, the locking nuts 31 are loosened, the base body 1 is obliquely lifted from the bottom, the wheel shaft 3 is moved into the second positioning hole 22, the roller 4 is contacted with the ground, the locking nuts 31 at the two ends are screwed down to fix the wheel shaft 3, and then the base body 1 and the cable branch box on the base body can be pushed. As shown in fig. 7, for the second embodiment of fixing the wheel axle 3, two ends of the wheel axle 3 are provided with limit nuts 33, the outer sides of the limit nuts 33 are slidably sleeved with limit rings 34, the peripheries of the limit rings 34 are fixedly provided with limit wedge blocks 35, and the limit wedge blocks 35 are matched with the upper portions of the first positioning holes 21 and the second positioning holes 22. When the cable branch box needs to be moved, the base body 1 is obliquely lifted from the bottom, the wheel shaft 3 is moved into the second positioning hole 22, the roller 4 is in contact with the ground, the limiting ring 34 is slid, the limiting wedge-shaped block 35 is moved into the top space in the second positioning hole 22, the wheel shaft 3 is fixed by the limiting wedge-shaped block 35, the wheel shaft 3 is prevented from moving, and the base body 1 and the cable branch box on the base body can be pushed. When the cable branch box needs to be placed, the base body 1 is obliquely lifted from the bottom, the limiting wedge-shaped block 35 is moved out of the second positioning hole 22, the wheel shaft 3 is moved into the first positioning hole 21, and the roller 4 is moved into the base body 1, so that the base body 1 is in contact with the ground. In order to prevent the limit ring 34 from shaking, the periphery of the end part of the wheel shaft 3 can be set to be square, and the center of the limit ring 34 is provided with a square hole matched with the square wheel shaft at the end part.
