1. An eye cream composition with an effect of removing pouches is characterized in that: based on the total weight of the composition, the composition consists of the following raw materials:

1.0-35.0% of an eye pouch-removing effective component, wherein the eye pouch-removing effective component comprises: kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.1-30%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.1-30%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.1-30%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.1-30%;

5.0-40.0% of an emollient;

2. The eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight based on the total weight of the composition:

1.0-25.0% of an eye pouch-removing effective component, wherein the eye pouch-removing effective component comprises: kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.5-20%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.5-20%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.5-20%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.5-20%;

3. the eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the eye pouch-removing effective components comprise:

1-10% of Kappaphycus alvarezii extract, 1-10% of tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide butyrate trifluoroacetate, 1-10% of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate and 51-10% of acetyl tetrapeptide.

4. The eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the eye pouch-removing effective components comprise:

kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.5-5%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.5-5%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.5-5%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.5-5%.

5. The eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the emollient is at least one selected from caprylic capric triglyceride, squalane, avocado oil, shea butter, jojoba oil, glycerol, butanediol, hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, tocopherol acetate, polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone, C12-16 alcohol, phytosterol/octyldodecyl lauroyl glutamate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, rapeseed oil, polydecene, soybean oil, olive oil, isododecane, isohexadecane, stearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol;

the emulsifier is selected from at least one of olive oil, palmitic acid, cholesterol, PEG-7 esters, PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides, sorbitan olive oleate, polysorbate-20, octyldodecanol, laureth-23, stearic acid, hydrogenated lecithin, oleyl erucate, steareth-21, palmitol and PEG-75 stearate and mixtures of glyceryl stearate and steareth-20, polysorbate-80, soya lecithin PC60, mixtures of glyceryl stearate and PEG-75 stearate, poloxamer 407, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, ceteareth-25;

1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

2) adding eye pouch removing functional components, an emollient, a filler and a preservative into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely disperse the eye pouch removing functional components;

3) adding an emulsifier and a daily essence into the step 2), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and heating to 65 ℃ to obtain the eye cream composition with the effect of removing the pouches in the eyes.

7. A cosmetic characterized by: the cosmetic comprises the eye cream composition with the function of removing the pouch, which is prepared by the preparation method of claim 6.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a cosmetic composition and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to an eye pouch removing eye cream composition containing various eye pouch removing functional components and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Under-eye bags are a skin problem that seriously affects the beauty of the face and are also a sign that predicts aging. The occurrence of bags under the eyes is mainly due to two factors: on the one hand, the eye skin loses elasticity with age, the eye muscles are also relaxed, wrinkles are formed on the eyelid, and fat lining the eye orbit is transferred from the eye cavity and accumulated on the eyelid to form eye bags. Yet another important reason is that the lymphatic circulation is weakened and the permeability of the capillaries is increased, resulting in edema and thus formation of pouches. In life, the people have irregular work and rest habits, and often stay up all night, so that the sleep is insufficient, and long-term fatigue causes unsmooth eye microcirculation and pouch generation. In addition, the lack of water in the eye skin is also strongly related to the appearance of loose pouches. Under-eye bags are a difficult cosmetic technique to mask the face, severely affecting the individual's mental appearance.

However, the skin care products for removing the pouches in the current market often have various defects of unobvious pouch removing effect, long effective period, high sensitization and the like. In the current research, although some components are applied to cosmetics singly or pairwise, the combination of a plurality of components with the pouch removing effect is not applied to eye cream, the pouch removing effect is exerted synergistically, and the effects of fading black eye circles on eye lines and the like are achieved.

Accordingly, there is an increasing need for non-invasive, effective and risk-free cosmetic formulations that can reduce and minimize the appearance of ocular skin defects, thereby providing a perpetual youthful and vibrant appearance. How to provide an eye cream skin care product with better pouch removing performance is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an eye pouch-removing eye cream composition which contains multiple functional components and can synergistically increase the pouch-removing effect.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the eye cream composition with the function of removing the bags under the eyes.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows.

The eye cream composition with the effect of removing the bags under the eyes comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight:

1.0-35.0% of an eye pouch-removing effective component, which comprises: kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.1-30%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.1-30%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.1-30%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.1-30%;

5.0-40.0% of an emollient;

0.5-30.0% of emulsifier;

0.5-20.0% of a filler;

0.1-10.0% of a thickening agent;

0.3-5.0% of preservative;

0.01-1.0% of daily essence;

the balance of deionized water.

Further, the eye cream composition with the function of removing the pouch on the eyes comprises the following components in parts by weight:

1.0-25.0% of an eye pouch-removing effective component, which comprises: kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.5-20%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.5-20%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 5-20%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.5-20%;

further, the eye pouch removing effective component comprises the following raw material components:

kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.5-10%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.5-10%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.5-10%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.5-10%.

Further, the eye pouch removing effective component comprises the following raw material components:

kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.5-5%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.5-5%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.5-5%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.5-5%.

Further, the eye pouch removing effective component comprises the following raw material components:

kappaphycus alvarezii extract 0.5-3%, tetradecylaminobutylamidobutanamide urea trifluoroacetate 0.5-3%, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.5-3%, and acetyl tetrapeptide-50.5-3%.

Further, the eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect on the eyes comprises the following components in parts by weight:

2.5-9.0% of an eye pouch-removing effective component, which comprises: 1-5% of Kappaphycus alvarezii extract, 0.5-1.0% of tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide butyrate trifluoroacetate, 0.5-1.0% of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate and 50.5-1.5% of acetyl tetrapeptide;

further, the emollient is selected from at least one of caprylic capric triglyceride, squalane, avocado oil, shea butter, jojoba oil, glycerin, butylene glycol, hexylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, tocopherol acetate, polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone, C12-16 alcohol, phytosterol/octyldodecyl lauroyl glutamate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, rapeseed oil, polydecene, soybean oil, olive oil, isododecane, isohexadecane, stearyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol. The emulsifier is selected from at least one of olive oil, palmitic acid, cholesterol, PEG-7 esters, PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides, sorbitan olive oleate, polysorbate-20, octyldodecanol, laureth-23, stearic acid, hydrogenated lecithin, oleyl erucate, steareth-21, palmitol and PEG-75 stearate and mixtures of glyceryl stearate and steareth-20, polysorbate-80, soya lecithin PC60, mixtures of glyceryl stearate and PEG-75 stearate, poloxamer 407, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, ceteareth-25. The content is selected from the range of 0.5-15%, preferably 1-10%.

The filler is at least one selected from titanium dioxide, mica, boron nitride, polymethylsilsesquioxane, diatomite, kaolin, cellulose acetate, aluminum starch octylsuccinate, talcum powder, zinc sulfate and volcanic ash. The content is selected from the range of 0.2-20%, preferably from the range of 0.5-15%, and most preferably from the range of 1% -4%.

The thickening agent is at least one selected from hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1, 3-propylene glycol, xanthan gum, carbomer, acrylic acid (ester)/copolymer, polymer EMT-10, polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, polyethylene and arabic gum. The content is in the range of 0.5-8%, preferably in the range of 1-5%.

The antiseptic is at least one selected from phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, triclosan and chlorphenesin.

In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the eye cream composition with the effect of removing the pouch of the eyes, which comprises the following process steps:

1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

2) adding eye pouch removing functional components, an emollient, a filler and a preservative into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely disperse the mixed solution composition;

3) adding an emulsifier and a daily essence into the mixed liquid composition formed in the step 2), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and heating to 65 ℃ to obtain the eye cream composition with the eye pouch removing effect on eyes.

Specifically, the eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect for the eyes has a pH value within a range of 4-10, preferably a pH value within a range of 5-8, and most preferably a pH value within a range of 5-7.

Specifically, the eye cream composition with the pouch removing effect for the eyes can be in a solvent dispersion or suspension mode, can also be in the form of emulsified particles or polymer wrapping mode.

2) The eye pouch-removing efficacy component composition is selected from Kappaphycus alvarezii extract, tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide butyric urea trifluoroacetate, dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate and acetyl tetrapeptide-5, and cosmetics can effectively remove eye pouches through preferable combination and efficacy test, and the most preferable composition proportion is found.

3) Compared with most of cosmetics sold on the market, the pouch removing eye cream composition provided by the embodiment of the invention has a remarkable synergistic effect, is suitable for more people with different skin types by using the eye cream, is wide in application range, and is obviously reduced in pouch and obviously improved in skin elasticity after being used by a user. The components for relieving swelling and removing pouch of the eye of the invention cooperate with each other to achieve the efficacy of relieving swelling and removing pouch safely and effectively.

Detailed Description

The invention discloses an eye cream composition with an eye pouch removing effect and a preparation method thereof. The eye pouch-removing cream composition comprises the following raw material components:

1.0-35.0 percent of eye pouch-removing effective component, 5.0-40.0 percent of emollient, 0.5-30.0 percent of emulsifier, 0.5-20.0 percent of filler, 0.1-10.0 percent of thickener, 0.3-5.0 percent of preservative, 0.01-1.0 percent of daily essence and the balance of deionized water.

The eye pouch-removing effective component is prepared by mixing Kappaphycus alvarezii extract, tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide butyric urea trifluoroacetate, dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate and acetyl tetrapeptide-5.

Kappaphycus alvarezii is a red algae growing in tropical or subtropical regions, such as Hainan, Xisha Islands, Taiwan and the like. The extract contains carrageenan as main ingredient, and also contains abundant amino acids (such as glycine, leucine, glutamic acid, etc.) and small amount of polyphenols. Therefore, the Kappaphycus alvarezii extract has better hygroscopicity, improves the stratum corneum structural integrity of dry skin and the biosynthesis function of epidermis, provides sufficient water and nutrient minerals for the skin, is beneficial to keeping the water level of the skin all day long, regulates the dynamic balance of the skin and improves the phenomenon of water deficiency and relaxation of the skin.

The preparation method of the Kappaphycus alvarezii extract comprises the following steps:

1) selecting algae: selecting fresh Kappaphycus alvarezii, removing impurities such as straw sticks, silt and the like attached to the leaves of the Kappaphycus alvarezii, soaking in a 75% ethanol solution for 15-30 min, and airing for later use;

2) drying and powdering: drying the kappaphycus alvarezii pretreated in the step 1) in an environment of 50-80 ℃ for 36-48 hours until the water content in the algae leaves is reduced to below 8%, taking out the dried kappaphyalvarezii alvarezii, powdering, and sieving with a sieve of 80-200 meshes to obtain algae powder;

3) foaming and ultrasonic treatment: mixing and stirring the algae powder in the step 2) with water according to a mass ratio of 1:20, soaking for 8 hours to obtain a mixed solution, placing the mixed solution in an ultrasonic cell crusher, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 6-8 hours under the condition of 200-500W of power to obtain an ultraphonic solution of kappaphycus alvarezii;

4) and (3) enzymolysis and fermentation: adding citric acid into the algae ultrasonic solution obtained in the step 3), adjusting the pH value of the solution to 4.0-6.0, and adding 6 multiplied by 10 into the algae ultrasonic solution4~8×104U/L pectase and 0.1X 104~1×104Carrying out enzymolysis on U/L cellulase for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 40-60 ℃; heating the algae ultrasonic solution subjected to enzymolysis to boiling, inactivating enzymes for 5-20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain an algae enzymolysis solution;

5) filtering, distilling and collecting under reduced pressure: adding 90% ethanol into the algae enzymolysis liquid in the step 4), extracting for 12h at 30 ℃, filtering, taking the filtrate, distilling under reduced pressure, and removing the ethanol in the solution to obtain the Kappaphycus alvarezii extract.

The tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide butyrate urea trifluoroacetate can promote the generation of basement membrane glycan and decorin glycan of a dermis layer, endogenously promote the generation of epidermal and dermal hyaluronic acid, help skin absorb water from the body and the skin surface layer, also can enhance the long-time water retention capacity of the skin, can improve the quality of collagen fibers after long-term use, and has the effects of reshaping and firming the skin. Can act on the dermis layer, and can improve the skin relaxation phenomenon by promoting the synthesis of hyaluronic acid of natural skin and increasing the synthesis of collagen fiber.

Dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate is a small peptide that mimics the activity of the snake venom toxin Waglerin I, acts on the postsynaptic membrane, and is a reversible antagonist of the muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nmAChR). Acetyl tetrapeptide-5 counteracts this situation by binding to one of the proteins involved in glycosylation, preventing that protein from binding to the next substance required for continued glycosylation, thereby stopping glycosylation on its trajectory. The pouch-removing effective component starts from factors of pouch-inducing eye skin relaxation and edema, and can effectively alleviate visible eye pouch protrusion problem, so as to bring more attractive appearance.

The present invention is illustrated by the following examples, which are provided for the purpose of further illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Other insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Unless otherwise specified, the following percentages (%) are mass percentages. All the raw material components of the invention are commercial products.

Examples 1 to 4

An eye cream composition with an eye pouch removing effect is prepared into eye pouch removing eye cream, and the content of the raw material components is shown in the following table 1.

The preparation method of the eye cream composition with the effect of removing the bags under the eyes comprises the following process steps:

1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;

2) adding eye pouch removing functional components, an emollient, a filler and a preservative into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely disperse the eye pouch removing functional components;

3) adding an emulsifier and a daily essence into the step 2), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and heating to 65 ℃ to obtain the eye cream composition with the effect of removing the pouches in the eyes.

The pH values of examples 1 to 4 were 6.0 to 7.0, respectively.

Experimental results as shown in fig. 2, the effect of the efficacy composition of synergistic example 1 on the expression of both proteoglycans was greater than that of the efficacy composition of both efficacy. Specifically, the efficacy composition increases the expression level of basement membrane polysaccharides by 70%, increases the expression level of decorin by 77%, and the expression level of the two proteoglycans is higher than that of the efficacy raw materials combined in pairs. Through the synergistic effect of the functional compositions, the expression of two proteins with sugar is obviously increased, so that the collagen fiber is thinner, and the fiber quality and strength are better.

1) The tester: 32 healthy people (20-45 years old), female: the face has no obvious redness, skin damage, scars and other conditions;

2) test samples and sites: example 1; the periphery of the eye;

3) testing an instrument: primos is used for facial image acquisition and wrinkle and pouch analysis;

4) testing indexes are as follows: the pouch volume; wherein, the rate of change is (post-use measurement-pre-use measurement) ÷ pre-use measurement × 100%;

the test results are shown in FIGS. 3-5 and tables 4-6 below:

Compared with the prior use: after 7 days of sample application, the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 7.61; after 14 days of sample application, the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 9.44; there was no significant decrease in pouch volume in the sample area by 5.77 days after using the sample; the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 12.42 days after using the sample.

Meanwhile, the calculation results of the change rate show that: after 7 days of sample application, the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 10.32%, and the pouch volume in the control area was not significantly increased by 8.36%; after 14 days of sample application, the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 12.80%, and the pouch volume in the control area was not significantly reduced by 2.31%; after 28 days of sample application, the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 7.83%, and the pouch volume in the control area was not significantly increased by 1.34%; after 42 days of sample application, the pouch volume in the sample area was significantly reduced by 16.85%, and the pouch volume in the control area was not significantly increased by 0.48%.

As can be seen from the data in FIGS. 3-5 and tables 4-6, the pouch volume reducing effect of example 1 of the present invention is significant, and the pouch removing effective ingredient used in the present invention has a very good effect.

During the use of the samples, 0 subjects had adverse reactions at the sites of eyelids, lid margin and eyelashes, palpebral conjunctiva, cornea, anterior chamber, light reflex, and the like.

Safety verification test example 4

4) The evaluation criteria are as follows in table 9:

The results show that: the result of the human skin patch experiment shows that the score grades of 0.5h, 24h and 48h of 3 observation time points of 30 subjects after the patch is removed are all 0. The subject did not cause adverse skin reactions to the subjects of this batch as specified in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).

Synergistic test example 5

1) The tester: 90 healthy people (20 ~ 45 years old), 9 groups, 10 people of every group, women: the face has no obvious redness, skin damage, scars and other conditions; example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were used, respectively;

2) testing parts: the periphery of the eye;

3) testing an instrument: primos is used for facial image acquisition and wrinkle and pouch analysis;

4) testing indexes are as follows: pouch volume.

The test results are shown in tables 10-11 below:

The pouch-removing effect test was performed on example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 8, and the test results are shown in tables 10 to 11.

As can be seen from table 10, after 7 days of use, the pouch volume sizes are ranked as: comparative examples 7>6>8>5>3>2>4>1> example 1; after 14 days of use, pouch volume sizes were ranked as: comparative example 1>2>4>3> example 1; after 28 days of use, pouch volume sizes were ranked as: comparative examples 7>6>8>5>3>2>4>1> example 1; after 42 days of use, pouch volume sizes were ranked as: comparative examples 7>6>8>5>3>2>4>1> example 1.

As can be seen from table 11, after 7 days of use, the reduction in pouch volume values are ranked as: example 1> comparative example 1>4>2>3>5>8>6> 7; after 14 days of use, the reduction in pouch volume values were ranked as: example 1> comparative example 1>4>2>3>5>8>6> 7; after 28 days of use, the pouch volume reduction values were ranked as: example 1> comparative example 1>4>2>3>5>8>6> 7; the pouch volume reduction values are ordered as: example 1> comparative example 1>4>2>3>5>8>6> 7.

The results of each period of use show that the pouch volume reduction values of example 1 are significantly greater than those of the control group, which indicates that the four effective components of the invention have synergistic pouch removing effects.

The eye pouch removing effect composition consisting of the kappaphycus alvarezii extract, the tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide trifluoroacetate dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate and the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 can synergistically exert the eye pouch removing effect and realize mutual synergism. Firstly, the kappaphycus alvarezii extract can effectively replenish water, moisturize, relieve dry skin relaxation and inhibit melanin generation; the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 can diminish inflammation and eliminate eye edema by changing vascular permeability, and then the tetradecyl amino butyryl valinamide butyric urea trifluoroacetate, the dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzyl amide diacetate and the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 exert the effects of tightening skin and improving skin elasticity, and the eye pouch dispelling effect is improved by the synergistic effect, and meanwhile, the eye fine wrinkles and melanin deposition fading effect are achieved.

In conclusion, the pouch removing effect compound has a relatively obvious pouch removing effect through the synergistic effect of the components, and the pouch removing effect is more obvious than that of the pouch removing effect of the combination of two or three components.
