the disinfection cabin is arranged on the conveying device, and the disinfection channel is positioned on the disinfection cabin;

the first ultrasonic atomizer is arranged on the disinfection cabin and used for atomizing disinfection liquid and inputting the atomized disinfection liquid into the disinfection space.

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a disinfection apparatus, which is used to solve the technical problem that after a general airplane is parked at an airport, the general airplane is manually disinfected and then loaded onto a cargo loading and unloading vehicle for transportation, wherein disinfection personnel need to wear protective clothing to enter a cargo compartment for disinfection, and the workload is large.

a sterilizer 100 provided on the conveyor 200 and having a sterilization passage forming a sterilization space with the conveyor 200, the sterilization space being used for sterilizing goods passing therethrough; and

a transfer member 2000 on which the sterilizing member 1000 is provided, the transfer member 2000 being configured to transfer the sterilizing member 1000 and support the sterilizing member 1000 such that one end of the transfer device 200 can be connected to a cargo hatch of the aircraft.

The transfer member 2000 may be any one of various vehicles or other members capable of realizing the above-described functions.

Further, the sterilizer 100 includes:

the disinfection cabin 101 is arranged on the conveying device 200, and the disinfection channel is positioned on the disinfection cabin 101;

and the first ultrasonic atomizer 102 is arranged on the disinfection cabin 101 and is used for atomizing disinfection liquid and inputting the atomized disinfection liquid into the disinfection space.

because the disinfection cabin 101 needs to work at night or in a dark environment, 2 LED waterproof lighting lamps can be arranged at the two end parts of the disinfection cabin 101, and the disinfection equipment is provided for working at night;

the disinfection channel is an inner cavity penetrating through two ends of the disinfection cabin 101, and forms a disinfection space with the conveying device 200, so that goods can be disinfected through the first ultrasonic atomizer 102 when passing through;

further, the sterilizer 100 further includes:

the air curtain machine 103 is arranged on the disinfection cabin 101, is communicated with the disinfection channel and is used for preventing diffused mist from flying with wind;

and the recovery fog decomposer 104 is arranged on the top of the disinfection cabin 101, is communicated with the disinfection channel, and is used for eliminating the chlorine-containing fog spots in the fog for dechlorination decomposition.

The top of the disinfection cabin 101 at the inlet and the top of the outlet of the goods are respectively provided with an air curtain machine 103, or the top of the disinfection cabin 101 at the inlet of the goods and the top of the disinfection cabin 101 at the outlet of the goods are provided with an air curtain machine 103, so that the diffused fog in the disinfection process is prevented from being interfered by outdoor rotating airflow, the purpose of preventing the diffused fog from flying with wind is achieved, and the bottom of the disinfection cabin is provided with a recovered fog decomposition device for eliminating chlorine-containing fog spots in the fog and performing dechlorination decomposition.

In some embodiments, in consideration of the convenience of workers who enter and exit the cabin of the airplane to open the door, a walkway and a guardrail are provided at the side of the sterilizing machine 100, the walkway extending in the same direction as the guardrail and being arranged in parallel with the conveyor 200 and the sterilizing tunnel.

The walkway is made of stainless steel with patterns, a telescopic chain-type wire casing is arranged below the walkway, the pipelines and power cables, liquid and gas pipelines required by the disinfection cabin 101 are flexibly connected with the disinfection host 300 in the embodiment, when the height of the conveying device 200 is adjusted up and down, the pipelines are conveniently telescopic, meanwhile, the pipelines are hidden under the walkway, and the appearance is relatively attractive. The stainless steel guardrail is arranged on the side surface of the pedestrian path, workers can safely enter and exit the cargo hold of the airplane through the pedestrian path beside the disinfection cabin 101, and the guardrail is provided with a hanging buckle, so that the maintainers can conveniently hang a safety belt and other protection devices;

Further, the sterilizing part 1000 further includes:

a sterilization main machine 300, which is disposed on the transfer member 2000, is connected to the first ultrasonic atomizer 102 and the second ultrasonic atomizer 203, and is configured to provide a chemical solution and power to the first ultrasonic atomizer 102 and the second ultrasonic atomizer 203;

an air tank 303, said air tank 303 being in communication with said compressor 302 and with said sanitizing space for cleaning passengers' luggage and cargo.

the total mass of the disinfection host 300 is within 120KG, the driver is a permanent magnet motor, the permanent magnet motor directly drives the scroll compressor 302 to operate, compressed air of 0.8Mpa is generated and cooled, the compressed air is stored in a stainless steel air storage tank 303 to obtain a constant driving air source of 0.5Mpa, and the driving air source is input into the first ultrasonic atomizer and the second ultrasonic atomizer to work; when the disinfection cabin 101 works, gas is consumed, when the pressure of the gas storage tank 303 reaches a set minimum value, the operation is automatically started, the output compressed air is automatically subjected to constant pressure and filtration treatment, and the driven compressed air is clean, so that oil pollution can not be caused in the process of disinfecting the luggage and goods of passengers.

Further, the disinfection host 300 further includes:

a tank 304 for storing a disinfecting liquid, which is in communication with the first ultrasonic atomizer 102 and the second ultrasonic atomizer 203;

one end of the regulating pump is connected with the liquid storage tank, the other end of the regulating pump is connected with the first ultrasonic atomizer 102 and the second ultrasonic atomizer 203, and the regulating pump is used for the pressure and the flow output by the gas storage tank;

a waste liquid tank 305 connected to the recovery unit 205 for recovering the used disinfectant liquid.

When the transfer component 2000 stops working and returns to the centralized parking position, the waste liquid is uniformly discharged to the bulk waste liquid barrel and is transferred to the harmless center for centralized disposal.
