The first rotating member 22 and the second rotating member 24 are respectively provided with through holes 221, the through holes 221 are distributed annularly, the through holes 221 are used for enabling steel shots to enter the first shot distributing wheel 25 by means of centrifugal action at the coincidence moment and relieving shot distributing pressure inside the first shot distributing wheel 25 at the staggering moment, the first shot distributing wheel 25 and the second shot distributing wheel 26 are respectively provided with a first discharge hole 251 and a second discharge hole 261, the first discharge hole 251 and the second discharge hole 261 are distributed annularly, the first discharge hole 251 is used for enabling the steel shots inside the first shot distributing wheel 25 to enter the projectile 27 through the second shot distributing wheel 26 under the centrifugal action in cooperation with the second discharge hole 261, and the steel shots are evenly distributed into the projectile 27, so that the phenomenon that the surface treatment degree difference of the template is caused by different forces of the steel shots to be thrown to the template every time is avoided.

A support frame 11 is fixedly arranged on one side of an inner cavity of the working box 1, the support frame 11 is used for installing a power device 4, the power device 4 is movably arranged on one side of the support frame 11 and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the template in the template cleaning process, the steel shots cast completely fall into the bottom of the working box 1, the power device 4 comprises a balance disc 41, a connecting piece 42, a guide rod 43, an installation plate 44 and an extrusion piece 45, the balance disc 41 is movably arranged on one side of the support frame 11, the balance disc 41 is used for installing the guide rod 43, the connecting piece 42 is fixedly arranged on two sides of the top of the balance disc 41 and used for connecting the balance disc 41 and the guide rod 43, the guide rod 43 is fixedly arranged on one side of the connecting piece 42 and used for matching the extrusion piece 45 to enable the balance disc 41 to move left and right under the action of the steel shots, the extrusion piece 45 is movably inserted in the inner cavity of the guide rod 43, mounting panel 44 is used for cooperation fixing device 6 to carry out fixed mounting to the template, the one end fixed mounting that guide arm 43 was kept away from to extruded article 45 has mounting panel 44, mounting panel 44 bottom both sides fixed mounting has spring 441, the one end fixed mounting that mounting panel 44 was kept away from to spring 441 is on support frame 11, spring 441 is used for alleviating the effort of mounting panel 44 to support frame 11, it is too big to avoid mounting panel 44 to act on support frame 11, it is used for inserting guide arm 43 at mounting panel 44 motion in-process to lead to the support frame 11 to take place to damage extruded article 45 inside, make balance disc 41 side-to-side movement, and then make the shot of throwing to the template surface all fall into work box 1 bottom.

The cleaning device 5 comprises a cleaning box 51, a motor 52, a screw 53, a shell 54, a moving rod 55, a sliding piece 56 and a brush 57, the cleaning device 5 is used for cleaning the surface of steel shots, the cleaning box 51 is fixedly arranged at two sides of the bottom of the support frame 11, the motor 52 is fixedly arranged at the outer side of the cleaning box 51, the cleaning box 51 is used for collecting the steel shots after projection treatment, the output end of the motor 52 penetrates through the cleaning box 51 and is connected with the screw 53, the motor 52 is used for driving the screw 53 to rotate, the shell 54 is rotatably arranged at one end of the screw 53, the screw 53 is used for installing the shell 54 and the sliding piece 56, the shell 54 is used for installing the moving rod 55 and moving towards the sliding piece 56 under the action of the motor 52 and the screw 53, and then the sliding piece 56 is matched for adjusting the heights of the moving rod 55 and the brush 57, the moving rod 55 is rotatably arranged at the outer side of the shell 54, and the moving rod 55 is used for adjusting the height of the shell 54 in the moving process, the end of the screw 53, which is far away from the motor 52, is fixedly provided with a sliding part 56, the sliding part 56 is used for installing a brush 57, and the brush 57 can freely move in the inner cavity of the screw 53 under the action of the screw 53 and the moving rod 55, the sliding part 56 is positioned in the inner cavity of the shell 54, the inner diameter of the shell 54 is larger than the outer diameter of the sliding part 56 entering the shell 54, the shell 54 stops advancing when the sliding part 56 is abutted against a convex block in the shell 54, at the moment, the brush 57 slides in the inner cavity of the sliding part 56 to adjust the height of the brush 57, the inner cavity of the sliding part 56 is provided with the brush 57 in a sliding manner, one end, which is far away from the shell 54, of the moving rod 55 is connected with the brush 57, and the brush 57 is used for cleaning the surface of the steel shot.

The bottom of the cleaning box 51 is provided with a discharge port 511, the discharge port 511 is used for discharging cleaned steel shots, an electric heating element 512 is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the discharge port 511, the electric heating element 512 is used for drying the surfaces of the steel shots, a sponge 58 is fixedly mounted on one side of the inner cavity of the cleaning box 51, the sponge 58 adsorbs a surfactant, the setting position of the sponge 58 is consistent with that of the brush 57, the sponge 58 is used for extruding the sponge 58 in the movement process of the brush 57, so that the adsorbed surfactant is adhered to the brush 57, and oil stains on the surfaces of the steel shots are cleaned.

The fixing device 6 is slidably mounted at two sides of the inner cavity of the work box 1, the fixing device 6 comprises a first moving part 61, a second moving part 62, a cylinder 63, a moving part 64, a fixing rod 65, a connecting rod 66 and a fixing clamp plate 67, the fixing device 6 is used for fixing the templates, the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 are slidably mounted at two sides of the inner cavity of the work box 1, the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 are used for mounting the cylinder 63 and the moving part 64, the cylinder 63 is fixedly mounted between the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62, the cylinder 63 is used for controlling the working states of the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 in the expansion and contraction process, and the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 drive the moving part 64 to reciprocate on the fixing rod 65, so as to adjust the distance between the two fixing clamp plates 67, and realize effective fixing of the templates with different specifications, the fixing rods 65 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the mounting plate 44, the fixing rods 65 are used for mounting the moving parts 64, the moving parts 64 are slidably mounted on the outer sides of the fixing rods 65, the moving parts 64 are used for matching the fixing rods 65 to limit the distance between the two fixing clamping plates 67, two ends of the moving parts 64 are rotatably mounted on the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62, one ends, far away from the air cylinder 63, of the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 are rotatably mounted with the connecting rods 66, the connecting rods 66 are used for connecting the fixing clamping plates 67 and the first moving part 61 or the second moving part 62, one ends, far away from the first moving part 61 or the second moving part 62, of the connecting rods 66 are fixedly mounted with the fixing clamping plates 67, the fixing clamping plates 67 are slidably mounted on one side of the mounting plate 44, and the fixing clamping plates 67 are used for effectively fixing the formwork.

A guide pipe 12 is fixedly arranged on one side of the working box 1, two output ends of the guide pipe 12 are connected with the feeding pipe 3, and the guide pipe 12 is used for being matched with the feeding pipe 3 to enable the cleaned steel shots to enter the shot blasting device 2.

One end of the feed pipe 3, which is far away from the guide pipe 12, is connected with the shot blasting device 2, the feed pipe 3 is used for being matched with the electromagnet 31 to adsorb the steel shots in the guide pipe 12 to the inner cavity of the shot blasting device 2, the electromagnet 31 is fixedly arranged in the feed pipe 3 and the inner cavity of the guide pipe 12, and the electromagnet 31 is used for adsorbing the steel shots.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the worker firstly puts the steel shots into the inner cavity of the conduit 12, then the electromagnet 31 is electrified, the electromagnet 31 after being electrified adsorbs the steel shots in the conduit 12 to the interior of the shot blasting device 2 through the feeding pipe 3, meanwhile, the template is placed on the mounting plate 44, then the air cylinder 63 is driven, the air cylinder 63 drives the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 to extend in the stretching process, meanwhile, the moving part 64 moves on the fixing rod 65 to limit the extending distance of the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62, the fixing clamping plate 67 effectively fixes the template when the first moving part 61 and the second moving part 62 extend inwards, then the electric rotating shaft 21 is driven, the electric rotating shaft 21 drives the driving component 23, the second shot separating wheel 26 and the first rotating part 22 to rotate, the driven wheel 232 drives the second rotating part 24 and the first shot separating wheel 25 to rotate towards the opposite direction of the electric rotating shaft 21 under the action of the driving wheel 231, ensuring that steel shots in the first rotating member 22 enter the first shot distributing wheel 25 when the through holes 221 of the first rotating member 22 and the second rotating member 24 are overlapped, avoiding that a large number of steel shots are blocked in the first shot distributing wheel 25, under the centrifugal action, when the first discharge holes 251 and the second discharge holes 261 of the first shot distributing wheel 25 and the second shot distributing wheel 26 are overlapped, the steel shots uniformly enter the projectile 27 and are projected to the surface of the template under the centrifugal action, the extrusion piece 45 on the mounting plate 44 is inserted to the bottom of the guide rod 43 under the action of the steel shots on the template, the balance disc 41 inclines to one side under the action of the guide rod 43, the template is driven to incline to one side, so that the steel shots on the template completely enter the cleaning box 51, at the moment, the motor 52 drives the screw rod 53 to rotate, the shell 54 moves towards the direction of the sliding member 56 under the action of the screw rod 53, and when the shell 54 abuts against and rotates to one side of the sliding member 56, the moving rod 55 drives the brush 57 to move inside the sliding part 56, the height of the brush 57 is adjusted, when the brush 57 is in pressing contact with the sponge 58, the surfactant on the sponge 58 is adhered to the surface of the brush 57, then the motor 52 is controlled to move forward and backward to clean the surface of the steel shot, after cleaning is completed, the steel shot is discharged to the guide pipe 12 through the discharge port 511, and when the steel shot passes through the discharge port 511, the electric heating element 512 dries the surface of the steel shot.
