1. The preparation method of the uncovering-free image cement product is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) processing the picture to be imaged by using picture software to obtain a pattern style;

2) spraying and painting the prepared functional ink on an imaging film through a digital plotter;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an image cement product without film uncovering.

Background

Concrete is a general term for engineering composite materials in which aggregate is cemented into a whole by a cementing material. The term concrete generally refers to cement concrete which is obtained by mixing cement as a cementing material, sand and stone as aggregates, water and an additive according to a certain proportion and stirring, and is also called ordinary concrete, and is generally used in the field of building engineering. However, with the progress of modern society and the improvement of people's living standard, people have not only satisfied their practicability but also have artistic quality, which is reflected in the field of building industry, that is, higher requirements are put forward for the decoration of building facades and the beautification of environment, and image cement products are also appeared on the market, and the image cement products form images on the surface of cement mixtures by using the plasticity and the solidification characteristics of the cement mixtures through media such as molds, imaging films and the like.

However, most of the image cement products in the current market are manufactured without the important link of uncovering the film, the film uncovering time is too early, the reaction between the cement and the functional ink on the imaging film is insufficient, the scouring effect is poor, and the final imaging effect is not ideal; when the film is uncovered too late, although cement can react with the functional ink on the imaging film completely, the imaging film is firmly adhered to the surface of a cement product and is difficult to wash away, and the final imaging effect is also influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of an image cement product without film uncovering, which not only avoids unstable influence on a cement image caused by a film uncovering process, but also can make an image effect more obvious; the invention also provides the uncovering-free functional ink applied to the image cement product.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:

According to the scheme, the functional ink consists of 40-50 wt% of water-soluble ink, 30-40 wt% of functional material and deionized water; the functional material comprises a retarding component, a tackifying component and a paper dissolving agent; the slow-setting component is one or any mixture of sodium gluconate, white sugar and sodium citrate; the viscosity-increasing component is one or a mixture of cellulose ether, xanthan gum, polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide; the paper dissolving agent is one or a mixture of a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution.

According to the scheme, the retarding component, the tackifying component and the paper dissolving agent in the functional material are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.2-0.4): (0.1-0.3).

According to the scheme, the imaging film is one of weak solvent PP paper, PVC paper, non-woven fabric and photographic paper.

Preferably, the imaging film is a weak solvent PP paper.

According to the scheme, the forming mold is a plastic mold, a glass mold, a wood mold, a steel mold, an aluminum mold or a foam mold; foam molds are preferred.

According to the scheme, the surface airing time in the step 3 is 24-48 h.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the image cement product is manufactured without uncovering the film, on one hand, cement can completely react with the delayed coagulation component in the functional ink on the imaging film, the development of the strength of the part of cement is fully delayed, and meanwhile, the part of the imaging film can be washed away together with cement paste on the imaging film under the action of a high-pressure water gun due to the existence of the paper dissolving agent; on the other hand, the part without the functional ink on the imaging film can be firmly adsorbed on the surface of a cement product along with the continuous hydration of the cement, and finally becomes a part of the image cement product, the natural white color of the imaging film has larger color difference with yellow sand, machine-made sand or black gold sand exposed by washing away the cement paste or black naturally formed by not washing away the cement paste, and the imaging effect is more obvious.

Detailed Description

The following examples further illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a functional ink for a non-uncovering film image cement product, which comprises 40-50 wt% of water-soluble ink, 30-40 wt% of functional material and deionized water;

wherein the functional material comprises a retarding component, a tackifying component and a paper dissolving agent; the slow-setting component is one or any mixture of sodium gluconate, white sugar and sodium citrate; the viscosity-increasing component is one or a mixture of cellulose ether, xanthan gum, polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide; the paper dissolving agent is one or a mixture of a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution; the functional material comprises a retarding component, a tackifying component and a paper dissolving agent in a mass ratio of 1: (0.2-0.4): (0.1-0.3).

Preparation of functional inks used in the specific embodiments:

functional ink 1: washing a glass beaker, adding 50g of yellow water-soluble ink, stirring for 30min, adding 27g of sodium gluconate, stirring for 30min, adding 8g of cellulose ether after the sodium gluconate is completely dissolved, stirring for 40min, adding 5g of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring for 20min, and finally supplementing 10g of deionized water to obtain yellow functional ink, wherein the cyan water-soluble ink, the magenta water-soluble ink and the black water-soluble ink are added respectively according to the steps to obtain the corresponding functional ink.

Functional ink 2: washing a glass beaker, adding 40g of yellow water-soluble ink, stirring for 30min, adding 20g of white sugar, stirring for 30min, adding 4g of cellulose ether after the white sugar is completely dissolved, stirring for 40min, adding 6g of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring for 20min, and finally supplementing 30g of deionized water to obtain yellow functional ink, wherein the cyan water-soluble ink, the magenta water-soluble ink and the black water-soluble ink are respectively added according to the steps to obtain the corresponding functional ink.

Outputting the functional ink 1 onto weak solvent PP paper according to the adjusted pattern style by a digital plotter, after the surface is dried for 24 hours in a dry environment, flatly paving the surface onto the bottom of a mold, arranging air bubbles side by side, tensioning an imaging film from the periphery, and enabling one side printed with the pattern to be upward.

Adjusting the ambient temperature to 20 ℃; pouring cement mortar on the imaging film on one side with the pattern after the relative humidity is 50 percent, removing the mold after pouring for 36 hours, and washing the unset cement mortar and the imaging film at the corresponding position to obtain the image cement product without uncovering the film, wherein the proportion of the cement mortar is P.O 4252500 g of ordinary portland cement, 500g of yellow sand with the grain diameter less than 4.75mm, 50g of pure water-reducing admixture mother liquor with the solid content of 50 percent and 720g of water.

Example 2

A method for preparing a film-uncovering-free image cement product comprises the following steps:

Adjusting the ambient temperature to 20 ℃; pouring cement mortar on the imaging film on one side with the pattern after the relative humidity is 50 percent, removing the mold and washing the unset cement mortar and the imaging film at the corresponding position after pouring for 48 hours to obtain the image cement product without uncovering the film, wherein the proportion of the cement mortar is P.O 4252500 g of ordinary portland cement, 500g of yellow sand with the grain diameter less than 4.75mm, 50g of pure water-reducing admixture mother liquor with the solid content of 50 percent and 720g of water.

Example 3

A method for preparing a film-uncovering-free image cement product comprises the following steps:
